I was visiting relatives in Shanghai and didn't want to trouble them with arrangements, so I just picked a hotel close to Nanjing Road. I'm really satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone. Here's why: 1. **Excellent Location:** After a long day of exploring Nanjing Road, my partner and I were exhausted, so it was super convenient to just walk 200 meters back to the hotel. 2. **Outstanding Service:** The service was impeccable. Ms. Starry Cui at the front desk was so warm and generous, and another gentleman who checked us in was also very polite. They even upgraded us to a suite, which we really appreciate! 3. **Fantastic Food Options Nearby:** There are so many delicious places to eat close by, including white-cut chicken, yakitori, and Cantonese cuisine, all within 100 meters of the hotel. It was great to have a few drinks and then just head straight back to our room. 4. **Thoughtful Concierge:** The concierge was very attentive to the elderly in our group, which I really appreciated and added a lot to our positive experience. 5. **Classic 5-Star Room:** The room had a standard 5-star setup with a somewhat retro feel and a bathtub, which my partner absolutely loved.

When booking a hotel, I always pay close attention to the negative reviews. After a lot of searching, I decided to give this place a try. Even though some of the negative comments seemed quite exaggerated, its excellent location convinced me. And I'm so glad I did! This hotel is nothing like what the bad reviews claimed. Overall, the location, cleanliness, environment, and service were all top-notch. Being in the city center, it's truly a prime spot in Shanghai. During check-in, Oliver at the front desk recommended an upgrade to a deluxe suite, which I happily paid for. The room layout was perfectly to my taste. Oliver's service was also fantastic; he was very considerate and helpful throughout our stay, offering great advice and assistance. Thanks to his recommendation, we even discovered a fantastic hidden gem restaurant, haha! A big thank you to Oliver for his enthusiastic help. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Our late-night arrival was made so much warmer by the hotel's service team; they truly deserve a huge commendation! We didn't get to the hotel with our child until after 10 PM. What was so touching was that Daisy at the front desk had already confirmed our arrival time in advance and thoughtfully offered to save us a room with a nice view. When we were checking in, she saw our sleeping child and our exhausted selves. Not only did she complete the formalities as quickly as possible, but she immediately brought us fresh welcome fruits, softly saying, ”Get some energy first.” This thoughtfulness went far beyond our expectations. Even more heartwarming, when the lobby manager, Eamon, saw us carrying our child with one hand and dragging luggage with the other, he proactively took all our bags and insisted on delivering them to our room. Along the way, he quietly mentioned the breakfast times for the next day. Upon reaching our room door, he carefully organized the luggage by category. Our late-night exhaustion was completely swept away by the genuine care of the staff. This ”thinking from the guest's perspective” service attitude truly made us feel at home. Next time we visit Shanghai, this will definitely be our top choice!

Booked this place for New Year's Eve, and it was excellent value for money. My child absolutely loved the hotel, especially the little cats in the garden. Every evening, walking past after dinner, we'd see kind people feeding them, which my child adored. We booked a suite because we had a tutor coming the next day, and the price for the suite was fantastic. Breakfast was quite crowded, and we had to queue for a bit. I initially thought there wouldn't be much variety, but it turned out to be pretty decent! The Japanese breakfast was good, though I didn't try the burdock mixed rice. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, which we took with us even though we don't drink. Overall, I thought it was great! On our way out, we even went to the second floor to pick up two boxes of fresh meat mooncakes. My parents really enjoyed them, but you do need to order them via a mini-program.

5-Star Review | Pullman Shanghai Jing'an, A City Center Gem Choosing Pullman Shanghai Jing'an for my trip to Shanghai was definitely the right decision; the entire experience was fantastic, earning it a mandatory five-star recommendation! The hotel's location is absolutely superb. It's just a 5-10 minute walk to Shanghai Railway Station, and Metro Lines 1, 3, and 4 are right next door. Iconic attractions like The Bund and Jing'an Temple are just a 10-20 minute drive away. Whether you're catching a high-speed train or exploring the city, it's incredibly convenient – perfect for travelers. Check-in was super efficient, and the front desk staff were gentle, professional, and even thoughtfully provided a travel guide. I immediately felt a strong sense of hospitality. My room had a fantastic view, with full-size floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city. The bedding was incredibly soft, allowing me to unwind instantly. It's perfect for both business and leisure. The room was clean and tidy, reflecting the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. The hotel's facilities are also excellent. The heated swimming pool on the 6th floor has wonderful natural light, and the gym is fully equipped with professional gear, making workouts very enjoyable. It’s a great way to relax after work, and it truly boosts your well-being. The dining was also to my taste; the breakfast offered a rich variety, catering to different palates. From service and facilities to its prime location, Pullman Shanghai Jing'an excels in every aspect. It's the perfect choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

The hotel’s location is very good. It is about a 5-minute walk to a huge Starbucks, Nanjing West Road, the MRT station, and Wujiang Road, which has several nice bakeries and food options. This made getting around very convenient. There was also a 7-11 just across the road. However, the Premier Two-Bedroom Suite was disappointing for the price paid. The rooms are rather small, especially the master bedroom, where there was not enough space to place or open any luggage. We had to keep our luggage in the living room instead. The bathroom, particularly the shower area, looked very dated. The tiles appeared old and there was a musty smell, which was unpleasant. Another inconvenience was that the light switches were only on one side of the bed, making it very inconvenient to switch off the lights from the other side. The kitchenette was also very small. Cutlery was stored in a drawer above the bin, which was not ideal, and there were no extra plates provided. The tiles looked old with visible cracks, and some of the drawers were faulty. Overall, the room did not feel premium and felt overpriced for what was offered. The hotel rooms clearly need a glow-up to match the Kempinski brand and the rates charged. Additionally, the reception area was undergoing renovation, with no seating or waiting area. The pick-up and drop-off driveway is very narrow, only a small lane. When loading our luggage, we had to do so very quickly as other cars were waiting. The driveway would benefit from being more spacious. While the location is excellent, the room condition, layout, and facilities did not meet expectations for a Premier suite.

The room was great! Initially, there was a strange smell, and when I reported it to the staff, they promptly moved us to a new room the very next day. Their attitude was super friendly! Every time we entered, someone greeted us warmly, and the front desk ladies were also very enthusiastic and responsible. The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, right across from Yu Garden, just a few minutes' walk away. They even have robots to deliver food ordered through takeout, which is a nice touch. On the day we checked out, the hotel security guard helped us with our luggage, which I really appreciated. The overall experience was fantastic and lived up to my expectations for Shanghai. Thank you! 😊 First round of minibar: The orange soda was delicious, I loved it. Travel photography: The photos turned out great, it's a worthwhile experience to try.

The location is super central and convenient for getting anywhere. The staff honestly told us that the Oriental Pearl TV Tower view was partially obstructed, but it was still stunning. They even provided disposable bath liners and milk bath packets for the bathtub. Xiao Wu was incredibly helpful, always answering our questions promptly and efficiently. A big thank you to Xiao Wu! The only minor issue was the front desk male staff member's insincere expression when we checked in at 6 PM on January 12th, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. However, the front desk staff who checked us in late at night were very friendly despite the late hour. Overall, the staff's attitude was excellent! The hotel definitely has some age, but the TV was smart, and the breakfast was refreshing and cozy. All in all, a good experience!

This hotel is just beautiful and welcoming. People standing at the front will rush to help opening the door and unload your luggage from the car. The receptionist was really lovely and helpful and provide all the details in English. Then you will be brought to your room. The room was really lovely. The beds were a bit small for an adult and kids but this is based on foreigners size. The bathroom was not clean properly with stains on the wall, doors and bathtub ( picture attached) but this may be due of the fact that the room was old. There was a mini bar in the room but no price available. The hotel have a heated pool and multiple restaurant on site. The kids love the pool. The hotel is in the middle of all the places that need to be visited. If you go out from the hotel and turn right. You are 10 min walk from Nanjing Road. If you turn left, you are 10 min walk from YuYan Garden. And if you walk in direction of the back of the hotel, you are at the Bund. If you go straight you ll be most likely at people’s square. We had an amazing stay there and we were joined by our daughter’s friend who booked there aswell to make it convenient for the kids to see each other. I highly recommend this hotel for families and friends catch up. Really convenient location, really lovely and helpful staff.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Radisson. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to Jason of the front desk, he assisted us with all our questions and went the extra mile in making our stay a beautiful experience. The location was perfect, near the major attractions in Shanghai, convenient for walking to the Metro or hailing a ride thru Didi. There were lots of food options near the hotel and the area was safe for tourists. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Although the room was small, it was very well-appointed. From the window, I could see iconic landmarks like Shanghai Tower and the Oriental Pearl, and Jing'an Temple was right in front of me. The service was standard and reliable, always responsive to requests. Breakfast had limited options but was exquisite. The in-room dining service was very convenient. The wonton noodles I ordered the first time were exceptionally delicious, so I ordered them again today for lunch, but the taste and texture were significantly different, and I'm not sure why. The cuisine at the second-floor restaurant, Yuanyuan, was good and reasonably priced. The service there wasn't overly enthusiastic but was very thorough.

My stay at The Langham, Xintiandi, Shanghai was excellent. I could truly feel that every staff member provided service with great care and attention. When I returned to my room in the evening, the hotel had already turned down the bed, and they thoughtfully set out the teacup and teapot to remind me to enjoy a quiet cup of tea late at night before going to sleep. The room I stayed in this time was at the end of the corridor, but it was on a mid-to-lower floor, which meant the view was a bit limited and it was a bit noisy. The lighting fixtures in the room showed that the hotel has been around for a while, and renovations are slow, as evidenced by the peeling and damaged wallpaper. In-room entertainment was quite basic, with only regular TV channels available and no screen mirroring or on-demand features. However, the staff's attitude was commendable; they promptly replaced missing linens. A special thanks to the cleaning lady on the 15th floor. As for the executive lounge, the afternoon tea selection was rather limited, offering only three types of pastries and three types of fruit, and the quality was just average. I recommend further improving both the hotel's facilities and services.

Ever since watching the TV series 'Blossoms Shanghai,' I've wanted to stay at the Peace Hotel in Shanghai, and this experience truly exceeded my expectations. First off, I was amazed by how many famous people have stayed here – Qian Xuesen had his wedding here, Soong Ching-ling and Soong Mei-ling got engaged here, and even Queen Elizabeth II of the UK and former US President Obama have been guests, not to mention Charlie Chaplin. On the first day, during check-in, a staff member named Alexander was incredibly detailed and passionate in his introduction. He exuded a strong sense of pride, as if he were part of something sacred and magnificent, and his confidence was truly infectious. After that, when I was shown to my room, unlike most hotels where they just lead you to the door and leave, he thoroughly explained all the features and even proactively helped me connect to the Wi-Fi, which was a very thoughtful touch. Breakfast at the Jasmine Lounge was also exceptional. While the variety wasn't extensive, every single item was delicious and exquisitely presented. My wife even declared it the best meal she's had at a five-star hotel in China. Our Ctrip package also included a performance at their renowned Jazz Bar. Normally, a single ticket with a minimum spend is 418 RMB, and for two people, it’s over 900 RMB. However, our room package on Ctrip included this, so my wife and I got to enjoy it, and it was fantastic. This is a Guinness World Record-holding jazz band, known as the oldest in the world. The performers last night had an average age of 75. My wife absolutely loved it. On the second day, we took a guided tour of the Peace Museum at 10 AM. This tour provided so much insight, revealing the hotel's rich history and numerous stories. The staff member, Xiao Wei, gave a half-hour explanation, and we learned a great deal, making us feel that this was truly a memorable and worthwhile visit.

My nth time in Shanghai, and this time I really wanted a river-view room, so I chose the Kempinski, and it was a great experience! Waking up and opening the curtains to see the Huangpu River truly made this northerner very happy. It's right across from the Bund, next to the 'Three Piece Set' (Lujiazui skyscrapers), so the location is excellent and convenient. **Facilities**: The hotel's overall decor is decent, and the bathroom is really impressive. The shower, toilet, and sink areas are all separate and very spacious. **Service**: I was quite surprised that when I called the front desk and room service in the evening, no one answered… Also, I had to go downstairs to pick up my takeout myself, and there wasn't even a robot, which was also pretty shocking…

First off, the service was exceptional. Before our trip, our concierge, KK, reached out in advance to share important information and let us know we could ask her anything, which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient. After checking in, they offered a body composition test – though not super useful, it showed great attention to service. Then, someone escorted us to the elevator, and another person was waiting there on our floor to take us to our room, explain the facilities, and offer snacks and tea. The next morning, herbal tea was even delivered to our door early. On our last day, we ordered room service, and when the food was a bit late, they not only gave us a discount but also extended our check-out time until 3 PM. So, the service truly was outstanding. Next, regarding the wellness programs, we participated in the deep sleep workshop, yoga, Baduanjin, and the hot springs... Apart from it being a bit crowded at times, the experience was quite good. Finally, the food. The breakfast buffet was abundant with many choices, including low-fat milk. The coffee was custom-made with latte art. For dinner, they offered Western buffet, Chinese, and Japanese options. It’s best to have your concierge book those in advance.

Because I was going to Disneyland for two days over the New Year, after considering various factors, I chose this hot spring hotel that I had been eyeing for a while. Let me start by mentioning the regrettable aspects for us: 1. Since we left early for Disneyland and didn't get back from extreme interactions until after 10 PM, breakfast was already over, so we didn't get to experience it. It would be great if they could extend the service hours or offer light meals. 2. The hot spring can only be experienced once during the stay. Although most people probably wouldn't use it multiple times, deciding how to best utilize that single session can be a bit perplexing. 3. The shuttle bus schedule is very clear, but I ultimately decided not to use it. Mainly because there's only one bus per hour in the afternoon, and during peak evening hours, reservations are required for the limited six seats. It's actually better to take International Resort Line 1, which costs 1 yuan, is only two stops, and has buses every 10 minutes or so. Of course, the good outweighs the bad. Having mentioned the downsides, there were also many things I was satisfied with: 1. Bicester Village is right across the street, offering plenty of shopping and dining options with numerous brands. 2. Each room is a standalone unit with its own access control, ensuring safety and privacy. 3. The rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating, as well as complimentary beverages and a capsule coffee machine. 4. After adding the butler, any issues were promptly addressed and resolved efficiently. 5. The lobby offers a wide selection of self-service teas, and there's a farewell gift when checking out. 6. Although there are two indoor hot spring pools with original Taicang water and two outdoor pools with specially filtered soft water (with some occasional sales pitches), overall it's comfortable and not crowded. You can also enjoy a complimentary first milk or beverage with your wristband. The bath and skincare products are Moroccanoil, Half Acre Field, Gatsby, and Dyson hairdryers. Overall, the value for money is quite good. I would definitely consider coming back here next time to make up for the services I missed out on.

The hotel room facilities are good, with everything that should be there. The smoking area outside is also very beautiful. The breakfast in the morning is very good, it is self-service, and there are freshly made noodles to eat. If you are thirsty, you can go downstairs at any time to have some drinks and fruits, which are all included in the hotel package. Why the deduction? Like many reviews wrote, the water in the pool here is really too hot. It is the hottest of all the hot springs in Shanghai that I have been to. It feels too hot. I saw that several children could hardly soak in the water for a while. I don’t know why so many people complained. I saw that the management was still saying in the comments that it met the hot spring temperature requirements. What they said is that your water is too hot, and they are giving you suggestions. Everyone in the hot spring said that the water was hot, not that you violated any regulations... It takes talent to reply like this

I rarely write hotel reviews but this one is a true hidden gem! My partner and I stayed for one night and we used this guesthouse as our little getaway from the busy center of Shanghai. It’s perfect for a romantic and cosy staycation, very quiet and private! The water in the private hot spring, surprisingly, comes from a real underground spring so it’s quite hot. Because it’s summer, we had to wait for it to cool down a little bit but it was perfect later on, especially during the night, we stayed in there past midnight and it was amazing. The staff was also really nice to us, with nice service! Overall, we were really amazed of the quality of this experience for this price, one of the best we have tried! ☺️

I stayed here for two nights. On the first morning, there was a bit of a snag during breakfast. I was having a breakfast meeting with a friend, and throughout the meal, staff kept asking us how many people were dining. It was quite embarrassing to be stopped at the entrance again. I had already informed them that I’d purchased executive lounge access and asked them to check with the lounge staff, but it seems there was still a communication breakdown. I also ordered room service, and the panini was cold, the bread was very dry, and the fries were also cold, so I only ate the filling. Whenever I'm in Shanghai, I always choose this hotel because it's a familiar place and everything is usually great. I hope in the future, communication with guests can be more detailed to avoid misunderstandings.

As a long-standing five-star hotel, I found it exceeded my expectations! My impression of older five-star hotels is usually that they have great views but outdated rooms. However, the Grand Hyatt's rooms are very modern, with integrated control panels on both sides of the bed. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and most importantly, they don't feel dirty despite their age; in fact, they feel exceptionally clean, especially the towels, which were very clean and new. The toiletries were my favorite, BALMAIN! The best part, though, was the excellent service. I was traveling with two children, and the friendly front desk lady generously gave me two complimentary kids' breakfasts, and you know how top-notch the Hyatt's breakfast is! The breakfast view is superb, directly facing the Oriental Pearl TV Tower – who could resist a breakfast like that? Coincidentally, it snowed while I was there, and I could even watch the snowflakes from my room, which was fantastic!

Once again, I stayed at the Shangri-La, and the room was clean and tidy. The view of Lujiazui's 'three-piece suit' outside the window was stunning. The lobby was festively decorated, creating a joyous atmosphere. From the doorman to the lobby and room service, everyone was warm, responsive, and accommodating. I had a comfortable and satisfying stay!

A small, design-focused luxury hotel that doesn't participate in the domestic star rating system. The decor is exquisite, and the rooms even come with yoga mats and shoehorns. The guest relations service was warm and attentive; they contacted us in advance to arrange the room, which helped us plan our itinerary in Shanghai. We had a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is worth checking in just for the view alone, it's so incredibly enjoyable to stay here. The price for this room to admire the Bund scenery is an absolute steal! It's right next to Suzhou Bridge, so it's quiet, and the room is very clean. You can enjoy the Bund view directly from your bed. The breakfast is abundant with a huge variety of options, and the service is excellent. A special thank you to Lorna from the hotel for all her help.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by Jing An Kerry Centre. It's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and everything else. The service is also top-notch; everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeepers is really enthusiastic. They even noticed we like tea and left plenty of bottled water in our room. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

I've been going to Shanghai every year since before the pandemic, and at peak times, I went monthly. Almost every time, this hotel was my first choice. In August, I heard about The PuLi's renovation. My last stay in November didn't reveal any obvious changes, and I assumed my floor hadn't been renovated yet, so I was still looking forward to it. This time, seeing that the upgrade was supposedly complete, I stayed again. I feel very disappointed. My disappointment isn't about the widely discussed changes in the soft furnishings' style online. To be honest, if it weren't for the comparison photos online, I wouldn't have even noticed the new soft furnishings; they don't feel out of place. I think this kind of optimization is fine. But after so many years, you'd rather upgrade and replace soft furnishings than change your outdated equipment. PuLi, your hairdryer is still that old-fashioned model, and only suites get a Dyson. Is there a possibility that some people can't stay in a suite, rather than can't afford one? If you think a Dyson isn't worth the room rate, you could at least get a decent domestic brand. What is this hairdryer even blowing? It takes ages to dry my hair. Does your clientele really not own a Dyson? Do you know how much trouble it is to bring an extra hairdryer when traveling? Is holding an old-fashioned hairdryer for half an hour really a better experience than new soft furnishings? I've tolerated that toilet model that never flushes clean, and I've tolerated the lack of a heated seat in winter. But the flush button is still unfriendly to those with long nails. You don't even need to replace parts; just adding a flushing aid next to it would show thoughtfulness. How many beauty influencers promote your hotel for free? Doesn't that warrant a little consideration for their manicures? And the sink where the water splashes everywhere when you turn it on – that could be solved by just changing the faucet. To be fair, so many people have pointed out these issues over the years, yet nothing has improved. I'm truly disappointed. I won't be staying here again.

The hotel's design is stunning. As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed by the beautiful view outside the window. You can admire the 'Bund Three-piece Suit' (Lujiazui skyline) both day and night, it's truly beautiful. The doorman at the entrance was very enthusiastic, opening the car door, handling luggage, and guiding the way – excellent service! The room was clean and bright, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a quiet night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent. Wisteria Plaza is right downstairs, and you can walk to North Bund Park for coffee and a stroll. It allows you to enjoy the beautiful Bund views while avoiding the crowds.

Five stars, no hesitation! This stay was absolutely perfect, from the ambiance to the service, everything was flawless. It truly is an architectural marvel that you *must* visit at least once in your life. I'm completely captivated after staying here. The hotel's environment is simply breathtaking! The world's only 88-meter-deep 'pit' hotel lives up to its reputation. Its unique design, built into the cliff face, exudes sophistication. The dynamic water curtain in the lobby is elegant and lively, and a glance out the window reveals stunning cliffside waterfalls. By day, you see the lush green mountains and rocky cliffs in perfect harmony; as evening falls, the lights illuminate, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere. Every corner showcases thoughtful design, incorporating a mining-inspired aesthetic. Every photo you take is magazine-worthy, offering an immersive experience of nature and architecture blending seamlessly. A special highlight was the 8:30 PM cliffside light and water show featuring themes from 'Shan Hai Jing' (Classic of Mountains and Seas) and a drone performance. Light and water intertwined, drones intricately depicted mythical imagery in the sky, and the cliff face transformed with dynamic light and shadow. The visual and auditory impact was incredible, creating an amazing atmosphere. It's an immersive dive into the collision of technology and culture, an experience definitely not to be missed. The room experience was a delightful surprise! The room design is simple yet grand, with meticulous attention to detail. The sapphire-themed interior felt luxurious. Thoughtful amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and high-end toiletries were provided, and the facilities were comprehensive and modern. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the independent bathtub and scenic balcony were definite bonuses. Waking up to the natural scenery in the morning was incredibly blissful, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. The dining experience was a culinary feast! The Chinese restaurant, Cai Feng Lou, lived up to its Black Pearl Restaurant rating. The beef was tender and juicy, and the soup was rich and flavorful. Every dish used high-quality ingredients and had authentic flavors, truly showcasing the essence of Chinese cuisine. The Western restaurant, Fish Eye, had an incredible ambiance, surrounded by an aquarium underwater. The seafood was fresh and sweet, and the Western dishes were exquisite and delicious, both visually appealing and tasty. Whether it was a main meal or a casual snack, everything was incredibly satisfying. And the service was impeccable! A special shout-out to our exclusive butler, Alice. From communicating our needs before check-in and providing detailed explanations of the facilities upon arrival, to offering thoughtful reminders and responding to requests throughout our trip, she was patient, attentive, and incredibly thorough. She anticipated every need, making the entire journey feel so warm and cared for. All the hotel staff were also enthusiastic and professional. The bellhops proactively helped with luggage, and the restaurant staff were attentive and meticulous. You could feel their genuine service attitude everywhere you went. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic. This stay was comprehensively satisfying. The environment, rooms, dining, and service all exceeded expectations. It's definitely a top choice for a vacation or getaway. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone! 🌟

[”The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 6-7 minute walk to the subway station! The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was incredibly soft, truly like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk staff were so thoughtful, even providing a guide to local eateries. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!”,”The room was even more spacious than the photos indicated. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation and was impeccably clean. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, and the freshly prepared noodles were especially fragrant and tasty. This is our re-visit of the hotel. I don’t know why, but it just felt homey instantly (usually it will take me a night to get used to the room), it’s just comfortable with peaceful ambiance and soft lighting. The breakfast was amazing and it really helped to start our day in a pleasant way! We also had a pleasant interaction with the room-service robot who delivered bottle water to our room twice 😄 You just had to try it!!! too bad I couldn’t hug the robot 😄 I also like the Hotel’s good and combined use of technology and human service. I called from the room to ask for bottle water, and it was answered by a lady who said they will send a Robot to deliver. (In another hotel, I also made a call from the room with a small request, but it was an auto answer where you had to talk to a machine and dial the numbers when prompted, which often ended in frustration). Other than that, just one suggestion, I thought the quality of the toiletries and slippers provided could be better compared to the peer hotels, yea, especially for the slippers, they felt too synthetic compared to the slippers from the other two hotels I stayed at during this travel. Overall, great stay, pleasant experience and will revisit!

I stayed here for one night. I came here after leaving another hotel that wasn't good. I'm so glad that I came here instead. I really got such a good night's sleep. One of the hotel staff, Ekko, was extra helpful in answering my questions in English, allowing me to stay longer in the lobby while I waited for my friend and even offered me a bottle of water. He was very welcoming! The the bed is so comfortable and soft and the hotel is very clean. And the breakfast is also delicious. You also have a vending machine on the first floor that takes digital payment and a mini refrigerator in your room. There's also a smart TV with HDMI and screen mirroring. It's great value for money and it's also just a really comfortable place to stay. The interior design is really beautiful and eclectic. I think you'll have fun just hanging out in the lobby, good music playing, for a couple hours doing some work at one of the many sitting areas in the lobby, if you're a digital nomad like me. Really nice vibe!
