Very spacious and luxurious rooms, fantastic amenities, great breakfast with many options, and very dedicated staff. I opted for an express dry clean and received my clothing in less than three hours. Overall fantastic service!

Everything was perfect during our stay in Langham! The service lost one star because one of the staff who was loitering around the lobby area was telling us langham was pronounced “LANG HAAAM” 😅 and his attitude was not the best. Otherwise, everything else was perfect! They even left us a personalized note while cleaning our room. How thoughtful

Top notch hotel in the heart of Shanghai. Friendly and professional service. Clean and beautiful room and nice breakfast buffet. I’d only improve the light system in the room - it wasn’t very user friendly.

Overall, it is an excellent hotel. The location is extremely convenient, right at Xintiandi. The hotel is not brand new, but very well maintained. Two points I would like to make: 1. if you book your trip through third party, you cannot use your stay toward your frequent stay points (not a huge deal). 2. they do not have room to fit our family of 4. We need to reserve two rooms. This is because of the room type, not really anything to do with the hotel itself.

Nicest people I have met during the trip. One of the most wonderful memory of Shanghai. I lost my passport and everyone helped me like it was their problem. Thanks to Johnny, Gilbert, Fernando, Victoria and other staffs from club lounge and front desk thank you.
