The Anandi Hotel and Spa Shanghai

Very relaxing stay and highly recommend. The bed was so comfortable and I had very soundly deep sleep every night. The wellness program is the plus and good for us who had a long flight. The location is a bit far from central but if you enjoy the peaceful lifestyle this place is much appreciated.

Initially, I was planning on purchasing a 12 hr stay at Spa in Shanghai but decided on finding a hotel with a spa instead. I am so glad I did and that I found this place. I will definitely be booking another stay here. The staff was friendly and attentive. The tea they offer was delicious. The room was fantastic. The spa is housed in the building next to the hotel and both are connected. If you get a massage at the spa, ask for Enid. He did a great job. The hotel offers classes and services, all of which I wasn't able to take advantage due to how short my stay was. I look forward to coming back and enjoying thefull experience.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is very clean and absolutely beautiful. We stayed for one night to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was truly special. The room was beautifully decorated, and we received lovely complimentary treats from the hotel, which made the stay even more memorable. We especially enjoyed the hot springs. The hotel offers a wide variety of activities — we attended yoga and deep sleep therapy, and both were excellent and very relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding, with a large selection of food and drinks to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

It’s my third time visit in this hotel and I had the best check in manager this time. I had a fantastic experience during my check-in, thanks to Arif, the check-in manager. His exceptional service truly set the tone for my stay. From the moment I arrived, he guided me with such warmth and professionalism, making the check-in process feel special with beautiful ceremonies and a delightful aura test. Arif's dedication to ensuring a smooth start to my journey was remarkable. I’m grateful for his assistance and highly recommend this experience to others!

An oasis amid the center of the city. Very refreshing experience . One of a kind in its design and facilities. Sizeable room with more amenities than you can imagine. I recommend to for holiday makes as well as business travellers alike.

We loved our stay and were absolutely impressed with the service at The Anandi! Shilpa and Rubina gave us their contact info and helped us with so many things. They were very patient in our requests and assistance. Rubina helped us navigate all the classes and Shilpa helped us change rooms cuz our AC was broken. Gorgeous hotel, and great food. Amazing staff and service, everyone we saw welcomed us with smiles and hand to their heart. The only complaint was the AC didn’t work out first night so it was hot for me. But we enjoyed the hot springs and massage as well. Hope to return.
