The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute drive from Daxing Airport, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service. There are also a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel's decor is stylish and elegant. The front desk staff even upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, especially the large bathroom which had a bathtub, separate wet and dry areas, and a very roomy shower. The bedroom also featured a walk-in closet. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, with a gym and a heated swimming pool on the basement level. The restaurant also provides late-night supper service. All departments offered warm and attentive service. For an airport hotel, it offers great value for money!

1: The hotel boasts a great location, surrounded by several unique parks in Beijing, making it incredibly convenient and quick to get anywhere. It's an excellent choice for out-of-town visitors, especially given its relatively good value for money. 2: Putting aside out-of-town tourists, as a local, I wouldn't choose to stay here again. First, there's hardly anything edible for breakfast. The bread is truly awful, and there aren't even any omelets. The restaurant staff offered zero service; when I asked for baby utensils, I was given a filthy set with a huge smudge, and I had to get my own coffee. 3: As someone with mild mysophobia, the general cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but the sliding bathroom door definitely hadn't been wiped down by the cleaning staff – the long-standing grime was evident. The side of the sink and the towel bar were also very dirty; I had to clean them myself with a cotton wipe and water. 4: The bathtub's placement was very awkward, making it difficult to lay out a disposable tub liner. The open-plan bathroom design meant a constant draft while bathing. 5: I woke up at 4 AM scratching uncontrollably. I don't know if it was the water or the sheets, but I was incredibly itchy. I'm not known for having sensitive skin, and in all the hotels I've stayed at, I've never experienced such intense itching. This is the first time in my life I've felt such an all-over prickling sensation. It's been 12 hours since I returned home, and I'm still incredibly itchy. I have no idea what at the hotel made my skin so sensitive. To sum up, this hotel's overall standards are mediocre. I can accept the 80 RMB parking fee cap, but in other aspects, it certainly doesn't live up to a five-star standard.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, the environment is clean and tidy, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were both very quick. The room was quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept really well. I'll definitely choose this place again next time, highly recommended! **Location:** The hotel is centrally located with lots of great food options and shopping malls nearby. Transportation is very convenient, and it's not far from any of the main attractions. **Room:** We booked a deluxe king room, and it was much more spacious than I expected. The decor is new and stylish. The best part was the mattress and pillows – perfectly firm yet soft, they completely relieved my travel fatigue. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, strong water pressure, and hot water comes quickly. The toiletries were also of good quality. **Extra Highlights:** The breakfast selection was rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and tasted delicious. The hotel also provided a complimentary late check-out service, which was a very thoughtful touch.

My last visit here must have been 30 years ago, what a childhood memory! This established five-star hotel has a charm that new hotels just can't replicate. The Christmas atmosphere was incredibly rich! Kella (I hope I spelled that right) contacted me the day before to confirm my check-in details and upgraded my room. The upgraded room type seems to be newly renovated; although it's not huge, it's very new, completely odorless, and extremely clean. The room size isn't large, but the design cleverly uses mirrors to create a visual extension, making the entire space feel very open. The floor was incredibly quiet; no one was shouting or running around in the hallways in the morning or evening, so I slept really well. The included breakfast buffet had a rich variety of options, and the best part is it ran until 11 AM – that's fantastic and so considerate! Kempinski's Black Forest cake is still consistently delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful memory.

I didn't have high expectations for this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. They even packed breakfast for me since I had an early flight the next day. It's incredibly close to Wangfujing, and there are tons of great food options nearby.

The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just one traffic light away from Line 5, and about a 10-minute walk to Wangfujing commercial area. It's also quite close to attractions like the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. We stayed in a family room. The first room we entered had a smoky smell, but the staff immediately switched us to another one. The hotel is a bit old, with cracks on the walls in the room, and the TV and toilet facilities are quite dated. On the third day of our stay, it was a family member's birthday, and they thoughtfully prepared a cake for us. The hotel breakfast isn't great value for money. Since we stayed in a suite, adults were 100 RMB and children over 1.2 meters were 50 RMB. There wasn't much variety, so it's better to find some traditional Beijing breakfast nearby. For food delivery, you have to go downstairs to pick it up yourself; there's no robot delivery service. All the staff were very nice, especially the housekeeping team. They were very attentive, especially since we had two children with us.

Excellent check in and out services especially to Staff Rita Zhang! She even got us a Beijing Fridge Magnet as souvenir..so thoughtful. As for the stay, room size is decently good for both of us (a bonus if the contents in the fridge is complimentary). The bed are comfy and water pressure and temp is good. For location wise, not the closet to Wang Fu Jing but its just a short walk away. Along the way theres lawson , family mart and some local chinese food stalls. There's also nearby bronze hotpot restaurant and i highly recommend the one named 京贝簕. You can easily 'didi' to Forbidden city or Temple of Heaven within 20RMB range. So easy to nagivate and visit. For breakfast, pay only $108RMB for adult. Good spread of food!

I'm completely won over by the heating at Grand Hyatt Beijing! Even though I visited during the coldest time of the year, the entire hotel was wonderfully warm, almost like the 25-degree weather in Shenzhen. The front desk service was incredibly prompt; someone came to take my luggage before I even reached the counter, and check-in was handled swiftly and seamlessly. The fresh flowers in the lobby were elegant and sophisticated, and the carefully placed greenery brought a touch of vibrant green to the winter. The gym facilities are comprehensive, and the swimming area recreates a tropical beach vibe, making guests feel as if they're on a beautiful island at sunset. The breakfast selection is extensive, offering a blend of Chinese and Western dishes and catering to various regional tastes. Room service was warm and attentive. This stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The room's cleanliness was exceptional; every nook and cranny was spotless, and the bedding was clean and soft – a truly comfortable stay. The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Upon check-in, I was offered warm water, and as soon as I entered the room, hot pear juice and fruit were delivered. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and practical, the mattress firmness was just right, and the toiletries were high-quality. What was most thoughtful was that Rose called ahead of time to confirm my needs before check-in. The entire experience was seamless and flawless. Mika and Yolanda were always on hand, responding instantly to any questions. When I accidentally left an item behind, Terry contacted me immediately and stored it safely. Check-out was efficient and hassle-free, with no waiting time at all! I've already recommended this place to everyone I know, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit!

The service was exceptional! A special thanks to Jenson Wang and David Wu from the concierge team. Seeing that I had my child with me, they helped me with all my luggage, from carrying it to my car. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. I also want to express my gratitude to the housekeeping staff on the 18th floor. When my room key wouldn't work and I was about to take my child swimming, they proactively offered to go to the front desk, get a new key made for me, and even delivered it to the pool reception. I'm so thankful for their help!
