Hotéis 5-Star em Okinawa Prefecture, Japan

We stayed for two nights at this hotel in northern Okinawa, near the Churaumi Aquarium. Even though it's far from the city and there's no shopping mall, it was a really pleasant vacation. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the aquarium, so you can sleep in and head over there. There's also a Lawson convenience store nearby for any essentials. Just cross the road from the hotel and you're on a beautiful beach with fine white sand, perfect for kids. The rooms are very spacious, offering plenty of room to move around, and they face the ocean, so you can watch the sunset. The hotel has a public bath. When we booked, the two rooms had different prices. One included two bath tickets, while the other required a purchase of 1700 JPY per person. Luckily, we had two 1000 JPY vouchers to offset the cost. The mini-bar in the room is free, with two cans of beer and two cans of fruit wine soda. Each person can also get a free beer or tea at the lobby every day, so you can fully enjoy Okinawan beer. The breakfast at the restaurant is also quite good, with plenty of Okinawan specialties. My only regret is the hotel restaurant's capacity. When we checked in around 3 PM, we tried to book dinner for that evening, but all three hotel restaurants were already full. The earliest availability was after 8 PM, and they couldn't reach Chinese mobile numbers, so we had to wait for a message in our room. If we hadn't found another restaurant outside the hotel that could seat us, my child would have been hungry for several hours. Being in a hotel already far from the city, I felt quite helpless at that moment.

O hotel era limpo e o quarto tinha um tamanho adequado para 2 adultos e 2 crianças pequenas. Acima de tudo, fiquei satisfeita por podermos tomar um café da manhã saudável por esse preço. Ao nos inscrevermos no programa de fidelidade Vessel, recebemos uma cerveja Orion de presente e, talvez por termos ficado em um quarto temático de Ryukyu, também ganhamos roupas da equipe Ryukyu King. Minha filha esqueceu suas roupas e óculos no banheiro público, mas quando fui à recepção no dia seguinte, eles os haviam guardado em segurança, o que me deixou muito grata.

The hotel is located near beautiful and clean Sesoko beach with marvellous sea abundant with great variety of fish. A perfect location for swimming and snorkeling. Sesoko beach and fantastic view thereof from our balcony has been a huge, but unfortunately the only advantage of the hotel. If you don’t rent a car, you have to be ready for the situation when you are unable to leave the hotel at all. It’s very hard to call a taxi either via Uber or even via local taxi app “Go”. The hotel staff does not provide too much help with this issue either, even when requested to book a taxi to the airport (to be fair hotel concierge finally managed to arrange a car for us, but it arrives 30 minutes late, despite our request being extended at least 12 hours before the planned departure). The hotel management is apparently aware of the transport inconvenience for their guests, but do not seem to care about that at all: they’ve chosen the easiest way “to cope” with the problem: just smile and say “sorry”. There’s another advantage of such approach for the hotel: if guests cannot leave the hotel easily, they wouldn’t have much lunch/dining choice other than having meals in the hotel. And here we come to another issue with the hotel: a very mediocre choice of dining options (no Japanese cuisine options at all) and extremely poor menu (with even poorer service) in the only available lunch venue. Breakfasts are below expectations as well: absolutely same food every morning (the only change from day to day: fried salmon/fried mackerel), no fresh fish/sea-food (we’re still in Japan, aren’t we?), almost no choice of fruits. Verdict: a very overrated hotel, pretty mediocre itself, but located beside the gorgeous sea.

É novo, então está limpo, e o pessoal limpa aqui e ali de vez em quando. No entanto, quando fiz o check-in e entrei no quarto em que fiquei, havia migalhas de biscoito no sofá, o que era desagradável porque não estava devidamente limpo. Todos os funcionários são simpáticos, a vista é muito bonita :) Há um pouco de barulho de avião na direção da pista de decolagem do Aeroporto de Naha, mas não é difícil viver.

Infelizmente, o quarto não estava limpo: cabelos nas camas e cabelos no chuveiro. (Veja a foto) A localização não é muito perto das principais atrações. 10 minutos a pé do monotrilho. 20 minutos da rua da vida noturna. O café da manhã é bom. A piscina é boa, mas pequena.

Good location in the heart of Naha downtown. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Room size is fine and can fit 4 luggages . Only down side is bathroom which is not big. It doesn’t bother me too much when I don’t take bath in hotel.

This hotel is a perfect place for couples and families who are looking for relaxation. The service, food, facilities, and overall environment are all excellent. Unlike most lounges that simply try to look complete, this one offers a truly wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (including non-alcoholic wine) as well as a well-selected range of essential dishes. The location is quite far from Naha Airport, but since almost every area in Okinawa except Naha City is far from the airport, it wasn’t really an issue. The restaurant allows you to having breakfast and lunch, and complimentary drinks are also provided. My favorite part was the siphon coffee provided in the room! We rented bicycles and visited a nearby pottery village, which was also a wonderful experience. The swimming pool area tends to be a bit shaded, so it can feel slightly cool unless the sun is strong, but it was still perfectly enjoyable.

We only stayed 1 night, mid-oct, so the experience is limited. It was spacious. Facilities seemed new. The shower had good pressure and temperature control. Staff were friendly and could speak English. Helped us with managing the parking of the car without zero issues. The location is great, right smack in the middle of the shopping street of Naha. Would definitely return!

O hotel é relativamente novo e a localização é muito boa.Não está longe da Rua Kokusai assim que você sai. Uma coisa que estou muito insatisfeita é o pequeno-almoço.Há muitos turistas aqui.Não há copos suficientes. você tem que usar copos de plástico. Demorou muito para que os talheres me fossem fornecidos. Depois que a caldeira da sala estava cheia de água, o interruptor não voltava. Perguntei ao pessoal e ele disse que era manual. Pedi uma automática, mas ele disse que era para alocação da sala e não poderia ser alterada.
