Freundliches Personal, gute Unterkunft, leckeres Frühstück. Der Garten ist klein, erlaubt aber, nachts das Fenster auf Kippe zu stellen, der Innenhof ist ruhig. Altstadt fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar.  Parkplätze sind rar in Wroclaw, unbedingt dazubuchen, falls man mit dem Auto anreist, auf Hotelgelände gibt es einen kleinen Parkplatz und 2 E-Ladesäulen, neben dem Hotel einen grösseren Parkplatz. Parken ist aber teuer.

Gutes Hotel mit großem Zimmer. Service hat noch Luft nach oben, Freundlichkeit und an der Rezeption darf man keine Fragen stellen als Antwort bekommt man, das man ins Internet schauen kann, usw. Kennen wir von anderen 5 Sterne Hotels anders.

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

Muito obrigado pela bela estadia. Tudo foi correcto. Foi uma surpresa para o meu amigo no aniversário e ela conseguiu muito. Acomodação foi muito limpa , tinha uma vista fantástica e uma piscina e sauna para relaxar. A senhora na recepção também foi muito simpática. Ao centro, há cerca de 10 minutos a pé. Parque de estacionamento é adicional no local. Actualmente há trabalhos de construção que estão sendo reconstruídos no edifício e além. De qualquer modo, vamos voltar em breve. Obrigado !

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is superb and has a lot of variety. The spa and the gym are on the smaller side, but both facilities offer everything you need. What I loved especially was the location close to the cathedral and how quiet it was for such a central location.

Personale gentile e disponibile, pronti a risolvere le problematiche in breve tempo. Hotel in posizione centralissima. Camera molto bella e pulita. Assolutamente consigliato.

Pobyt w AC Hotel Wrocław był doskonały pod każdym względem. Hotel jest bardzo czysty i zadbany, a pokoje przestronne i komfortowe. Lokalizacja idealna — blisko Rynku, ale jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie – uprzejma, profesjonalna i zawsze gotowa pomóc. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, z dużym wyborem potraw. Udogodnienia (basen, strefa wellness, restauracja) świetnie utrzymane. Idealne miejsce zarówno na rodzinny pobyt, jak i krótki wypad do Wrocławia. Gorąco polecam!
