Sadly, I wasn't impressed with the level of cleanliness in the single room but the double room & bathroom were much. The view of the harbour from the room was outstanding. Lots of activities and Christmas parties taking place.

good experience, staff are nice, close to the shopping outlet. but I would avoid the parking cause when I come back the other day, there is milk on the window, not sure if they are from the above

This is an excellent hotel, with good facilities, lovely central courtyard, plenty of free parking, and very friendly staff. With Chatham and the Dockyard nearby, the location is excellent. Not certain which category to put this hotel in! It's not luxury but better than budget. The rooms are a little dated and the TVs need upgrading. The shower, again, a little dated. We booked a room for three as our adult son has learning disabilities. He was delighted to find he had a separate bedroom with his own, small TV. The rooms were clean, the hotel tidy, and a very good breakfast was included in the price. Overall, good value for money.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just in the center of the town, whether it is to go to the train station or visit the famous pedestrian street The Pantiles , it is very convenient, and the surrounding parks and theaters are also within easy reach. The hotel is located in a very distinctive building, formerly a court (Merevale House), and the internal facilities are very new after modern renovation. Our room was stylish and comfortable, the bed was particularly comfortable and slept well all night. Despite its central location, the room was very quiet and soundproofed. The room was spotless and air-conditioned and showered. The hotel’s own Thyme restaurant is also commendable, we had a delicious dinner here, the breakfast selection was also very rich, the taste was great, and the new day was full of vitality. Most importantly, every staff member of the hotel was very friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. All in all, this was an impeccable stay. Whether it is location, hardware facilities or service, this Premier Inn is doing a great job.

O serviço é muito atencioso. Pego um copo de gelo e peço minha própria cerveja todos os dias. É muito confortável à noite. A água do banho é abundante e confortável. Não custa nada estacionar e tem ligação à rodovia às sextas-feiras, por isso é conveniente ir a qualquer lugar. 1 hora de carro do Aeroporto de Heathrow.

The room very comfortable, breakfast good value for money

L’établissement séduit par la qualité de son accueil : le personnel fait preuve d’une attention constante, sans jamais en faire trop. La chambre réservée offrait une vue dégagée sur la campagne du Kent, apportant calme et sérénité au séjour. Mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner à la carte, d’excellente facture, où chaque plat est préparé avec soin. Une adresse de caractère, où l’on apprécie autant le confort des lieux que le professionnalisme du service.

The room was sparse and not inviting but for a single night to stay seemed ok. The shower was ok and the hairdryer would have benefitted from a note on it's use but when I eventually worked it out it was fine. The beds were very shakey and didn't feel very secure when rolling over in them. They felt as though they were going to break.

Fui para o pequeno-almoço, Como o pequeno-almoço continental FOI incluído.É extra para cozinhar que EU seria feliz de pagar.No entanto, EU Fui completamente ignorado Como UMA Pessoa Muito ocupada dobrando as meias e mantendo-as de Volta para mim. Eu não vou ficar apertado. Não havia fruta, apenas pão, moffins e iogurte.Eu ia falar sobre isso Na mesa de frente, MAS ninguém sobre isso, então EU me deixei sair do parque de carros.
