Would definitely stay back at this hotel if I come back to Manila. Considering the location it’s walking distance to Glorietta and Greenbelt. Everything about the hotel is presentable as you see on photos. And the buffet..fantastic!

We had a very pleasant stay at Bellevue Hotel. The ambiance is excellent—calm, welcoming, and well maintained. The entire place is clean and organized, which made the stay very comfortable. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay, and I will definitely return again. Highly recommended.

Nós só tentamos Nobu Hotel porque está perto do DreamPlay, onde nossa filha comemorou o seu aniversário. A nossa experiência de hotel não foi a melhor por causa do atraso no check-in (embora eles tentaram fazer isso mais tarde), a guarda de vida foi demasiado estrita, mesmo que os pais estejam literalmente a manter os filhos enquanto na piscina, o buffet de pequeno-almoço foi assim, Entre outras coisas. A melhor coisa sobre isso foi a nossa experiência de jantar no restaurante Nobu.A comida e o pessoal foram incríveis! Provavelmente voltámos para o restaurante.

My husband and pamangkins enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Overall, everything was great—wala akong masabi. The staff were very helpful, except for one receptionist at the Escolta area, if I remember correctly, her name was Julia. She was very rude and was the only one who did not assist us. When I approached her for help, she even walked away from us. Imagine, it was my husband’s birthday and we received that kind of treatment. I mean, we shouldn’t have to mention that it was his birthday just to be treated properly as guests. Our overall experience was excellent, but because of her, it was disappointing. She was the only one who negatively affected our stay at The Peninsula.

The staff is great. Very friendly and was able to get us checked in a little bit earlier than expected. The rooftop pool is a great place to hangout, and the gym is nice to get a workout. Stayed in a corner room facing the airport so the room was a little bit noisy throughout the night. The buttons for the curtains didn't work which took away from the room a bit. But receiving a welcome gift from the staff was a nice touch. Would stay again here especially if having an early flight. Easy to work to the airport.

Here is a **more professional and polished English review**: Our stay at Acacia Hotel was pleasant overall. The property is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment. However, during our stay, the hotel conducted its annual electrical and door lock reset from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, which required us to leave the room and spend time at the mall. While we understand the importance of routine maintenance, it would have been more appropriate if this had been communicated prior to payment or reservation confirmation. Additionally, offering alternative arrangements or some form of consideration, such as a discount or added service, would have helped maintain guest comfort and satisfaction during this inconvenience. Overall, Acacia Hotel is a good place to stay, but clearer advance communication and better guest accommodation during maintenance activities would greatly enhance the experience.

The service was amazing! The staff and managers were very kind and helpful. However, the hotel was fully booked and the breakfast buffet was packed. The pool was also full of guests. It was a bit overwhelming to see too many people. While the place was a bit crowded during the holiday season, I’ll give them a 10/10 for the service and food. We stayed at Nuwa for 3D2N , the experience was great except for the last breakfast day, we went their at around 10am for the buffet breakfast which was located at Hyatt Regency , on the first breakfast day, all went well, no long line, food was good, service was fast, unfortunately on the second day of breakfast service was very bad due high volume of guest who are waiting in line, and the employee who is in charge in the line keep saying that the breakfast will end at exactly 11am, without giving alternative options where can other guest take their breakfast. COD hotels shares one breakfast buffet area (if you want buffet style breakfast) which was in Hyatt Regency Hotel. Good thing I remembered that we could eat breakfast at one of Nuwa's restaurant. But staying at Nuwa's Hotel was a great experience.

Stayed at Fairmont Makati for a quick trip and everything was great. The location is super convenient—right next to Greenbelt and other malls. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. What made it extra special was that they surprised me with birthday snacks in the room. It was such a nice touch and really made my day. Staff were all really kind and helpful too. Would definitely come back.

Great rooms, superb pest control. Water pressure is consistently good (hot/cold). Staffs are accomodating and professional. The food is pretty standard (buffet breakfast). Wish they have private onsen but you can still enjoy the pool with glass bottom if your not into naked bath. The antidote bar will definitely one of our favorite amenity (360 makati skyline). Wifi is slow on some parts of the hotel, i suggest that the management upgrade their tv to a smart one that is capable of streaming. Overall the experience was worth the price.
