As a high-end hotel on Shenzhen's west coast, it complements the commercial facilities of Shekou's coastal area, becoming a new destination for leisure and travel. Under the night sky, it truly showcases the modern charm of a coastal metropolis. I must particularly mention the hotel's service. The day before check-in, a dedicated staff member reached out to me, thoroughly detailing the hotel's facilities. Tinny from the guest services team was very attentive. Specifically, upon learning that our visit coincided with our wedding anniversary, she even secretly arranged a surprise for us. After checking in, a heartfelt card and a celebratory cake were directly delivered to our room – incredibly thoughtful! Thumbs up! Dining at the hotel's 32nd floor for dinner was a delight, offering a commanding view of the beautiful scenery. Enjoying delicious food while taking in the views was truly a pleasure! The hotel's buffet breakfast, located in the 6th-floor lobby, was of excellent quality with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The ambiance was elegant, and the service was attentive. The hotel's accompanying swimming pool and 24-hour gym were both in good condition, and the pool water quality was excellent. MARK WU and ALISON LI, guest relations managers at the front desk, both provided patient and enthusiastic service. Finally, I want to mention the hotel's travel photography service. The photographer, Ah Hong, was superb! In just half an hour, he captured many beautiful and outstanding photos!
