O hotel foi bonito e a vista do mar foi absolutamente incrível. O serviço foi muito bom durante toda a nossa visita, e o recepcionista foi particularmente amigável e bem-vinda, o que fez uma grande primeira impressão. Got a one-level room upgrade at check-in and also a late check-out at 2 p.m. I had high expectations of this place because of the Rosewood brand, and how much I loved Rosewood Residences in Hong Kong... however, this is anything but the one I know and love in Hong Kong. There’s a serious cleanliness issue with the sofa. I got multiple bug bites after sitting on it for a few hours. I had to get them to change the covers, but they only replaced the bottom two. In-room dining is a disaster. The list only included a handful of limited, uninspiring, and basic dishes like burgers, pasta, and fried rice. So I had to order food delivery. When it arrived, they refused to bring it up to my room, stating they have the same policy as the hotel. There’s no credible reason why they refused this service on the residence side of the building. This is marketed as a residence, not a hotel. How do they expect people living here long-term to go down by themselves to fetch their own food? Even if they want to make extra profits from selling their own in-room dining, there was literally nothing good enough or extensive enough to entice me to order. The breakfast also had a red flag. After a bite of the French toast and almond croissant, I had a peanut allergic reaction. They still couldn’t confirm which item had cross-contaminated with peanuts. I guess one cannot be allergic to peanuts in mainland China, because it doesn’t exist here. I expected better from Rosewood, even in Guangzhou.

The hotel location is terrific, very clean, perfect facility with great services. We have a great greeting from Lisa who provided us all the information, accommodated us, surprised us by upgrading us with lake view room. Letting us to experience what the lake view is and how great is the hotel located. We have a great time with an enjoyable stay. Will come again, thanks

My overall stay was very pleasant. The hotel's environment is elegant and grand, and the internal facilities are well-maintained. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and convenient, and the concierge service was thoughtful and meticulous. I especially want to thank Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby; she was warm and polite throughout, provided helpful travel guidance, and handled everything calmly and thoroughly. The room comfort was excellent, public areas were clean and refined, and the overall service was detail-oriented. It was a truly memorable stay.

Uma experiência incrível no Four Seasons Guangzhou. O hotel ocupa os andares mais altos do IFC, e as vistas da cidade são simplesmente impressionantes, especialmente à noite. Os quartos são amplos, elegantes e extremamente confortáveis, com janelas do chão ao teto que fazem você sentir que está literalmente acima da cidade. I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Chao Zhou Riverside because of its strategic location for Guang Ji Qiao lighting show from my window. The staff were friendly and attentive, namely Miss Jenny Zhang, who served us promptly at the counter. Another guy, Mr Tom Fang,   took hiring and calling for the 'Didi travel' to and fro for our dinner. Moreover, Mr Jason Chen,who is the 值班经理 also acted friendly, deligent, helpful, and professional in his  services for our stay and tour. In fact, we appreciated it very much for such a warmth hospitality. Besides, the room was clean and conducive, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere here. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends and relatives as well.

Highly recommended! The front desk staff, especially Ev, provided exceptionally thoughtful service. They were polite and gentle, and even proactively offered advice on local attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. My entire experience was excellent, and the attention to detail in their service was truly heartwarming.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!
