I had a wonderful stay at Fili Hotel and was truly impressed from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern interiors and a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every detail, from the lobby to the rooms, feels thoughtfully curated and elegant. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided made the stay even more convenient and relaxing. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to unwind. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which I appreciated. While there were many options available, I feel there is still a little room for improvement in terms of selection and variety. That said, the food was fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, Fili Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again!

The hotel is about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, which is true and very convenient. You're greeted with live music at the entrance. Security is present: security checkpoints, baggage scanning, and guards with dogs. The hotel has its own beach and three entrances to the sea. The water is crystal clear, fish swim right off the shore, and life jackets are free. The hotel is very family-friendly. There are water slides, a kids' club, and a huge playroom. You can even leave your child with a nanny (for an additional fee). There are daily activities for both children and adults, including arcade machines, air hockey, and morning yoga. Breakfast is included, and it's excellent. There are two restaurants, a huge selection of food, and everything is delicious. Even ice cream is included. After breakfast, children are given marbles—a small change, but a nice touch. Lunch and dinner are extra. There are Italian and Cantonese restaurants, as well as various buffets. There are bars on the beach, by the pool, and in the lobby. Live music plays in the evening, creating a great atmosphere. The grounds are vast: golf, mini-golf, tennis, billiards, table tennis, and badminton. Wi-Fi works great throughout the property. The staff is very friendly. The main drawback is the renovations; they need a refresh. However, the service and infrastructure are still excellent.

Esta é UMA coisa difícil, porque temos algumas situações inexplicáveis. Em primeiro lugar, o próprio hotel foi anteriormente um Marriot 5-Star de volta no dia anterior a ser assumido em 2018 pelo Grupo Seda. Em segundo lugar, há tanta renovação e construção em curso que você precisa saber; o ruído de Nova construção, a piscina do hotel não está disponível a partir de Feb-2025 e os hóspedes devem andar por toda a rua para a piscina de outra organização. Infelizmente, isso é um negócio que Pode ser feito para nós, e o alimento é médio com comida Mais barata e Mais saborosa, que está localizado a poucos minutos de distância, andando pelo parque de carros. Em geral, o salão de hóspedes (localizado no nível 12) é um bônus, MAS é super-orçamento, não 4-Star Materiais. Não há Bar de telhado, apenas um Salão que olha para um local de construção. P.S.S A Casa de Lechon é 5 minutos por Grab, o que é um plus.

O resort é literalmente deslumbrante e lindo. Check-in às 6h no dia de Natal e eles nos oferecem check-in antecipado de cortesia quando estamos cansados ​​​​após um longo voo da meia-noite. Os funcionários nos cumprimentam em todos os lugares que os vemos e o café da manhã é maravilhoso!

All bookings at Nustar Resort include breakfast and access to the Executive Club Lounge located on the 23rd floor of Fili Hotel. Mini-Bar is complimentary with a selection of 2 local beers, juices, and sodas. Nespresso machine with 4 capsules. TWG tea. Bottled water is unlimited. I appreciate the fridge being very cold. Gerlain Paris branded bathroom amenities, as well as bath salts for the large bath. Afternoon Tea (2:30 pm - 4:30 pm) Light snacks with a limited selection of savory and sweet bites, they need to improve on this. Evening cocktails and canapés (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm) Excellent food buffet. I like the lechon quesadillas, jalapeño cheese poppers, and siomai. I appreciate the bartender crafting cocktails from a menu of drinks. I understand the hotel is still brand new, but they need to do multiple inspections before releasing the room to guest. Vanity mirror was dusty from construction. The Butler service was very attentive, many thanks to Ice (Butler) for making my stay pleasant, he would escort me to the pool, and even breakfast buffet at Fili Hotel bypassing the crowd at the entrance. Breakfast Buffet is at Fili Hotel which is extensive and one of the best in Cebu. The problem is the crowd, while Nustar Butlers will escort Nustar guests to a table, there’s no dedicated tables for Nustar guests, which confuses the restaurant staff with seating assignments. Alternatively, the breakfast buffet at the executive club lounge is quiet but with limited options, they should have an a la carte menu to expand options like other international luxury hotels. The security at the lobby entrance is wildly inconvenient and inconsistent, every time you enter you need to prove you’re a guest of Nustar and not a guest of Fili or a casino player. It’s weird that they are sometimes overly strict and many times just ignore people passing by. Guests have a keycard to use elevators what’s the point of the guards that have a list of people’s names and room numbers, if anything that’s a security risk. The pool service is lacking. Shared between 2 hotels and the upcoming grand summit. The pool area lacks service of a 5-star hotel, towels need to be claimed at a towel hut. My expectation is that there are staff that will setup loungers with towels for guests. And since the pool facility is shared with the muncher large Fili Hotel it can get crowded. Fortunately, Nustar has a private infinity pool which was closed my stay. Nustar Resort has potential to be Cebu’s most luxurious hotel, they have the hard product with their spacious luxurious rooms, but they need to improve their soft product - the service from the butlers are outstanding and personal, but everyone else seems to be lost. For the asking price of 250-300 usd per night there’s a lot to expect. Nustar is primed for excellence but falls just short of achieving refined luxury. I’m hoping Nustar partners with Marriott and rebrand under Luxury Collection. Or even Hyatt with Unbound Collection.

O Crimson Hotel tem uma equipe excelente, serviço atencioso e ótimas instalações, como a festa na piscina com bolhas aos sábados e mergulho com snorkel em uma praia privativa. A localização é um pouco distante da cidade, mas o serviço de transporte ajuda. Os quartos são limpos, embora um pouco antigos, e as refeições nos restaurantes do hotel são caras, com custos gerais elevados.

Minha estadia no Bai Hotel Cebu foi simplesmente excepcional. Ele oferece a combinação perfeita de luxo moderno, serviço impecável e ótimo custo-benefício. Seja para viagens a negócios ou lazer, o hotel tem tudo o que você precisa para uma estadia confortável e agradável. Twilight Roofdeck Lounge + Bar - Este foi o meu lugar favorito. A piscina e o bar na cobertura oferecem vistas deslumbrantes do horizonte de Cebu. Passei uma tarde lá e o ambiente, a música e a atmosfera eram perfeitos para relaxar. Também fica perto do famoso restaurante Rico Lechon. Recomendo fortemente o Bai Hotel Cebu para qualquer pessoa que visite a região e com certeza o escolherei novamente na minha próxima viagem a Cebu.

It is a nice location to travel to town or even just stay in the hotel. The breakfast has variety choices and wont get bored easily. For the photo of the towel, actually we request for 2 more bottle of mineral water but I don’t know why the house keeping talk about towel. And we check in for two adult but the house keeper insist only give one towel and not even a hand towel. At the end, we call to receiptionist to request the towel and they mentioned they suppose to provide 2 towels. Their internal communication within department shall be enhanced for this. Others cleanliness and hygiene is still acceptable

Hospedamo-nos por duas noites com minha família — nossa primeira vez no novo prédio/ala — e superou nossas expectativas. Recebemos dois quartos adjacentes com uma área de acesso comum, o que nos deu a sensação de estarmos em uma suíte privativa. Os quartos estavam impecavelmente limpos, com um design inteligente e muito confortáveis. A vista da piscina dos nossos quartos era relaxante e tranquila, criando o ambiente perfeito para uma escapada em família. O café da manhã no 12º andar foi uma experiência deliciosa. Costumávamos jantar no Abalone, na Ala OJ, em estadias anteriores, mas desta vez foi ainda mais especial — grande variedade, comida de excelente qualidade e uma equipe atenciosa e prestativa que tornou a manhã ainda mais agradável. O serviço em todo o resort foi consistentemente excepcional — do check-in à equipe de limpeza e aos restaurantes, todos foram corteses, acolhedores e sempre prontos para ajudar. As instalações são bem conservadas e todo o ambiente realmente transmite a sensação de um destino de férias em família de alto padrão. Pessoal profissional e educado, sempre prestativo e previdente. A maioria dos convidados eram japoneses e coreanos, talvez alguns rostos europeus (incluindo o meu). Acho que o hotel estava quase lotado, mas havia muitas espreguiçadeiras e espaço para nadar ou brincar na água. Adoro a ideia de ter a opção de tomar banho nas lagoas artificiais de água salgada e nas piscinas/jacuzzi de água doce. Existem muitos locais de atividades para crianças, mas também para adultos. Também aprecio muito o fato de ser um lugar tranquilo, sem música boba tocada na piscina. Você pode realmente relaxar e “desligar”. A comida no restaurante que experimentamos (Route 66 e Fiji) era muito boa, gostamos muito do “kielbasa” 😊. A porção estava perfeita, mas se você quiser uma refeição grande – você precisa pedir mais. Tivemos o quarto no térreo de frente para a laguna, o quarto e o hotel não são novos, mas grandes, limpos e bem cuidados. A transferência de e para o aeroporto, bem como de e para o shopping foi muito bem organizada e tranquila. Embora nosso voo tenha atrasado 2 horas e não tenhamos tido chance de entrar em contato com o hotel (mas eles sabem o número do voo), havia uma pessoa nos esperando no aeroporto para nos buscar – sem problema algum.
