We stayed at Henann Alona Resort as a family. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The foods are good lots of selections, and the location is perfect, with the surrounding pools is amazing my kids love it, they have kids and adult pool and what i love in the pool its not crowded worth the money, and our premier  room is big and the view is the pool. Good for family and friends outing.

Os quartos não eram muito grandes, mas eram limpos e perto da piscina. Havia água do lado de fora para lavar os pés na areia. Eles tinham sua própria praia 🏖️, mas cuidado, pois há ouriços-do-mar e você pode ser picado (deveria haver placas avisando sobre isso). Eles também ofereciam aulas de ioga, shows de sereias e apresentações de dança com fogo. No entanto, o atendimento na recepção era um pouco lento e o check-in demorou um pouco. Isso é algo que precisa melhorar. Tirando isso, definitivamente vale a pena passar um dia inteiro no hotel brincando na água! 😆

Grande hotel, na praia de Alona, longe do ruído, mas perto do ruído, para caminhar para os restaurantes e bares.Ficava numa sala de vistas à praia, era grande e limpo com a melhor vista à praia de qualquer hotel que eu tenha ficado. A piscina infinita do céu se sentiu como a piscina juntada ao oceano. Também um dos melhores piscinas de telhado de qualquer hotel que eu tenha ficado dentro e com o bar de piscina acessório um grande lugar para desfrutar de um cocktail ou cerveja na piscina enquanto olha para o pôr-do-sol. O pessoal era muito amigável e útil.Só as áreas de nota que poderiam ser melhoradas, as toalhas de banho eram de menor qualidade do que eu esperava num hotel desse nível e o café no pequeno-almoço era terrível, felizmente a sala tinha uma máquina Nespresso.

I had a wonderful stay at Fili Hotel and was truly impressed from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern interiors and a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every detail, from the lobby to the rooms, feels thoughtfully curated and elegant. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided made the stay even more convenient and relaxing. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to unwind. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which I appreciated. While there were many options available, I feel there is still a little room for improvement in terms of selection and variety. That said, the food was fresh and nicely prepared. Overall, Fili Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Levei meus amigos e filhos para lá. Depois de debater entre três resorts da rede Henann Resorts, escolhemos o Tawala. Foi uma excelente escolha. A Praia de Alona fica perto, e tudo é acessível, o que é ótimo. Reservamos um quarto com acesso à piscina no primeiro andar. Podíamos sair para o terraço e nadar imediatamente. Foi realmente muito bom. Estamos planejando visitar Bohol em novembro e com certeza voltaremos ao Tawala.

O Crimson Hotel tem uma equipe excelente, serviço atencioso e ótimas instalações, como a festa na piscina com bolhas aos sábados e mergulho com snorkel em uma praia privativa. A localização é um pouco distante da cidade, mas o serviço de transporte ajuda. Os quartos são limpos, embora um pouco antigos, e as refeições nos restaurantes do hotel são caras, com custos gerais elevados.

Surely it’s very nice 5 star hotel, but still one thing you need to consider before booking. The beach is sandy and zones nearby are quite comfortable to stay in and have a rest on the shore. But if you’re snorkeling fan - not a good option for you. On the photo you can see what happens on low tide. Surely you need to wear coral boots (mandatory!!!) and walk a long distance before reaching point where you can swim and snorkel. Still famous aero plane wreckage can be easily accessed and seen underwater. Coral bottom of the sea quite poor on this beach. But you can see a lot of different starfishes.

The hotel is about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, which is true and very convenient. You're greeted with live music at the entrance. Security is present: security checkpoints, baggage scanning, and guards with dogs. The hotel has its own beach and three entrances to the sea. The water is crystal clear, fish swim right off the shore, and life jackets are free. The hotel is very family-friendly. There are water slides, a kids' club, and a huge playroom. You can even leave your child with a nanny (for an additional fee). There are daily activities for both children and adults, including arcade machines, air hockey, and morning yoga. Breakfast is included, and it's excellent. There are two restaurants, a huge selection of food, and everything is delicious. Even ice cream is included. After breakfast, children are given marbles—a small change, but a nice touch. Lunch and dinner are extra. There are Italian and Cantonese restaurants, as well as various buffets. There are bars on the beach, by the pool, and in the lobby. Live music plays in the evening, creating a great atmosphere. The grounds are vast: golf, mini-golf, tennis, billiards, table tennis, and badminton. Wi-Fi works great throughout the property. The staff is very friendly. The main drawback is the renovations; they need a refresh. However, the service and infrastructure are still excellent.

Minha estadia no Bai Hotel Cebu foi simplesmente excepcional. Ele oferece a combinação perfeita de luxo moderno, serviço impecável e ótimo custo-benefício. Seja para viagens a negócios ou lazer, o hotel tem tudo o que você precisa para uma estadia confortável e agradável. Twilight Roofdeck Lounge + Bar - Este foi o meu lugar favorito. A piscina e o bar na cobertura oferecem vistas deslumbrantes do horizonte de Cebu. Passei uma tarde lá e o ambiente, a música e a atmosfera eram perfeitos para relaxar. Também fica perto do famoso restaurante Rico Lechon. Recomendo fortemente o Bai Hotel Cebu para qualquer pessoa que visite a região e com certeza o escolherei novamente na minha próxima viagem a Cebu.

It is a nice location to travel to town or even just stay in the hotel. The breakfast has variety choices and wont get bored easily. For the photo of the towel, actually we request for 2 more bottle of mineral water but I don’t know why the house keeping talk about towel. And we check in for two adult but the house keeper insist only give one towel and not even a hand towel. At the end, we call to receiptionist to request the towel and they mentioned they suppose to provide 2 towels. Their internal communication within department shall be enhanced for this. Others cleanliness and hygiene is still acceptable
