A localização é Muito conveniente, apenas Na direita Da Plaza Tunjungan.O pessoal é amável e nos sauda com um sorriso Quando nos vê.A sala é limpa e a cama é tão confortável. A minha única sugestão é que eles possam fornecer banhos no quarto.

Amenities include a rooftop terrace and sky lounge for relaxing with panoramic city views, an on-site restaurant (Zhang Restaurant), 24-hour room service, spa services, meeting rooms, and free parking.

Reasonable goog rooms for the price you pay. Big rool room with clear valley view. The restaurant nx door offer delicious meals. Don't mind to stay here again for nx visit to Sapa.

Quite a pleasant experience. The accommodation has a comfortable ambiance with a modern and clean design. The room was tidy, facilities were adequate, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The location is also quite strategic, making it easy to get around Surabaya. Overall, this place is worth considering, especially for those looking for comfortable accommodation at a friendly price.

Booked two rooms. Great service, location was right smacked in the middle of the city centre. About 5-10 minutes walk to Tunjungan Plaza. Breakfast spread was not bad, quite a variety to choose from. The downside was that there were no mini fridges in our rooms and no day curtains. Also, one of our rooms had cracks on the walls and the paint was fading. The curtain was also torn at eye level. It looked like they didn’t maintain much. Apart from that, all was good.

First time I arrived I thought it was a little outdated. Then when I saw the room doors they look strange too, but I could easily walk past that. Room needs some renovation or upgrade. One of the front office staff were not even giving off smile (the male one), but yeah I didn’t want to give him too much attention. Didn’t try their breakfast buffet so I cannot comment on that. Tried their soto ayam dish a la carte and it was quite comforting. There was snacks provided, that was well appreciated. Also the housekeeping lady was nice and polite. Overall I may have to put this hotel as a second option next time I’m coming to Surabaya.

I stayed here for another day today. The number of guests has increased recently. The service attitude has also improved. It is friendly, so I still choose this hotel. It is worth it. The room is quiet and spacious.

From the outside, it's a little small, when I entered, it turned out that there were a lot of rooms. The elevator is large. The air conditioner TV is ok, the toilet hot water is not on. There is a gap in the door of the room, so it looks like it is taken from the outside. Near the rsj sleeping. Not bad for a tight rest.

Very low standards of cleanliness. After checking in, I asked for the floors to be washed because there was dust and small debris everywhere. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.
