Hotéis 5-Star em Sal, Cape Verde

Embora seja um resort encantador, as opções de alimentação poderiam ser melhores. Também seria bom se houvesse um minimercado adequado, já que não há opções de lanches/almoços além do resort e do bar da piscina. Além disso, nunca me hospedei em um hotel em que paguei antecipadamente pelo jantar, mas tive que pagar separadamente pelos refrigerantes (ou água).

Tínhamos lido várias avaliações pouco favoráveis ​​sobre esta propriedade, o que nos deixou um pouco preocupados. No entanto, devo dizer que tivemos uma ótima estadia e a propriedade nos acomodou muito bem, pois, infelizmente, devido a um atraso no voo, chegamos à ilha com dois dias de atraso. É um ótimo lugar para relaxar e também está bem localizado para explorar a ilha do Sal.

Can’t complain! Was a good beautiful hotel with plenty of food and drinks for all guests! Very easy to get there from the airport and everyone speaks English if you don’t speak the native language or similar. Most requests are done via their handy app which is easy to navigate and all inclusive is true to the name! You only pay for anything extra such as treatments in the Spa or items from the shop located on site otherwise everything else is included in the cost of your stay! I would have preferred more options for the 24hr “snack/food option” but this was only used out of hours so not many times for me.

Just the standard RUI Hotel setup…unable to get a booking in any of the specialty restaurants. Buffet restaurants the same repetitive food. Polite cleaning staff. Reception staff need to be more customer focussed I arrived at 8pm given a keycard and a map and pointed in the direction of the room…no one to help with baggage. Requested late checkout on the RUI app had it confirmed and then I find keycard not working on the day after spending the morning by the pool headed to reception was told I should have requested this at reception…at no point in time did the app state this. I was told that the bell boy had put a note under my door..that’s ok if I could actually get into the room to read it, but there was no note ! Would not say this is a 5* hotel more a 4*.

O resort é bom. Eu não diria que é 5 estrelas porque as instalações são um pouco antigas. Mas o custo-benefício é bom.
