Love, love, love this place. Plan to come back winter to experience the winter vibe. Hosts are exceptional, old world charm feeling. We had a fire place and balcony with amazing rural view.
Would rate as one of the best places that I have stayed. Can’t wait to head back.

The room is large, the bathroom is large, the water is very good, the facilities are complete, the first time I stayed in the Greek room to watch TV, the balcony is facing the old city mosque, quiet, clean, the front desk service is too good.

The design style of the hotel is really great. In the castle, it is quiet in the middle of noisy, the environment is really like it, and the service is very good.

This lovely boutique hotel is conveniently located in the historic centre of Ioannina city. It is a stone throw away from the lake in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I spent 4 nights here and will definitely return.

In the castle tourist area of the Lake District, the overall is good, the room is not big, the sparrow is small and complete, the facilities are better to use, the breakfast is also very good.

Disadvantages: Cleaning is sub optimal as some mould in the bathroom room .
No welcome coffee or water in the room
Very very basic breakfast need some improvements

Mmarcus meyerVery friendly and helpful staff. They speak all the languages. 😅. The location is just across the ferry port, plenty of shops/restaurants around. The room was good and big, all functional a c a balcony too.
Recommend it if you arrive by ferry to start your Greece adventure

Η καθαριότητα ήταν σε πολύ καλό επίπεδο . Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό , ορισμένα εδέσματα ( όπως τυρόπιτα , σπανακόπιτα ήταν κρύα ).
Δεν λειτουργούσε κεντρική θέρμανση , αλλά υπήρχε η δυνατότητα λειτουργίας κλιματιστικού για θέρμανση στο δωμάτιο .

GGuest UserThe hotel is brand new, very nicely designed, and in a quiet location - a short drive from the closest town. The wonderful Vasiliki at reception was exceptionally nice, and made our stay absolutely delightful! Nothing was too much for her, and she went out of her way to ensure that we were happy with everything, and was always there with a smile. Breakfast is very nice with local pies, jams and fresh cheese and vegetables. A perfect stay!
