A atenção muito boa. O bufê excelente. A estética e as instalações/quartos são um pouco antigas, para ser sincero, mas a cama era muito confortável, limpa e para passar a noite é ótima.
Não há televisão mas, na minha opinião, as coisas importantes (cama, banheiro, buffet e serviço) estão cobertas. Eu repetiria sem dúvida. Relação qualidade/preço altamente recomendada.

The doors to the rooms slam and the lights should be off or dim after a certain time. Beds are stiff and only linens are provided. - terrible sleep quality. 6€ euro for a crappy towel that has a bunch of fuzzies!?! No paper towels or hand dryers in the bathrooms either. The pool and other amenities are nice tho and it was fun to mingle with other travelers

Excelente hotel, convenientemente localizado no centro da cidade. O quarto é espaçoso, claro, modesto para o preço, mas para Ibiza é uma opção normal. A roupa de cama está um pouco suja, de resto, está tudo bem. Há lojas por perto, a praia fica a 3 minutos. O café da manhã é delicioso e variado. Esta é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel e provavelmente voltaremos. Dica: é melhor pagar a mais e ficar em um quarto com vista para o mar no 7º andar, a vista é deslumbrante. Há até uma piscina no andar de cima, mas não a visitamos.

ótima estadia! tivemos alguns problemas iniciais com a reserva, mas a equipe foi muito prestativa e conseguimos resolver tudo sem problemas. os quartos eram muito limpos e bastante espaçosos para o preço. a localização era incrível, a menos de 10 minutos da praia e em frente a um mercado. não poderia ter pedido uma estadia melhor.

É bastante simples e não muito perto da praia, com muitos hotéis nas proximidades. Os funcionários são simpáticos e o hotel é razoavelmente limpo. O banheiro e os móveis precisavam de reforma.
Área aconchegante junto à piscina, para relaxar com uma bebida ou um livro.
Um pouco caro para o serviço e a qualidade da acomodação oferecida.

Good location, 3 minutes walk to the promenade, restaurants and supermarket and 20 minutes walk to the bus terminal.
Studio is fully furnished except for a washing machine. Room is small but with enough space to put your luggage. The toilet is rather small and you have to manoeuvre yourself to close the door. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall enjoyed my stay here but for the price paid it was not good value for money. Guest would feel more welcomed with complimentary water, beverages and facial tissues when they stepped into the room. Even much smaller hotels welcomed their guests with complimentary water and sweets.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin.

S’Arenal beach is very close to the hotel, it’s a 7-minute walk otherwise Playa de Palma is a 45-minute walk or you have the A2 bus to the airport that takes you there. It’s well served.
As for the hotel, you don’t expect luxury but for the price it’s reasonable. On the other hand the walls… are very thin, you can hear the guests next door unfortunately. That’s the only negative point otherwise we have access to everyone. (check with reception)
The area is specifically for party-goers, quite a few Germans, restaurants where German is spoken. If you like to party, welcome to S’Arenal :)

RRenaudVery nice concept. I loved it. Nicely designed rooms with everything securely fixed and easy to use. The neighborhood is just not that nice. But walking a bit around and things are pretty fine immediately. Nice choice for travelling en solo when you're not too old 😄

DDejan SkaljacThe hotel is a mere 100 m away from the sea and a few minutes' walk from a great number of bars and restaurants. The town itself can be reached by the direct airport bus, which you can't say about everywhere in Mallorca, especially not on the East coast of the island. Our breakfast was in the nearby Playa Blanca Hotel and we had a view of the pool. We had car parking for free in and around the disused mini golf course in the back. It was very reasonably priced rates for mid July high season, including breakfast. The only downside was the check-in process - we did NOT know that we were meant to go to the nearby Playa Blanca hotel to check in, so when you arrive at 2.30am (our flight was nearly 3 hours late) you could be a bit puzzled as to what to do and where to go. You live, you learn.

Carolina checked us in, and answered all of our questions - such a great help and very kind too. We also needed help with something and she came to the room promptly! Air con and heating works well in room, and the room is clean and spacious too. Masjid nearby too.
We were checked-out on Friday 26th April with heartwarming farewells by Yasmina and Jessica, we couldn't be happier with our stay at the hotel thanks to the hospitality, care and friendliness of all the staff we encountered throughout the days. Yasmina gave fantastic suggestions for our time on the Island. She listened well to our needs and we had an enjoyable time chatting about life on the island. I wish all staff well, and please extend our thanks to the staff!

WWwtknoyb itsjustmeIf one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi.
10 minutes stroll to the beach.
Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma.
The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.

OOlivia RenataWell located hotel, with a pool, but quite old. It is very common in Ibiza for hotels to be very old-fashioned and to charge rates that in other places would be in higher category hotels. The breakfast could be improved.

GGuest UserLovely little hotel in the heart of San Antonio, was the perfect base for me exploring the island. I expected cheap no frills accommodation but was pleasantly surprised by a lovely hotel, good sized, clean, comfortable room, with fridge, tv, air con, safe & private bathroom. Staff were friendly & helpful. Although no restaurant on site, having vending machines, water, coffee machine (which also dispenses hot water) & and a microwave at reception is a really helpful touch. Would deffo stay again :)
