The location of the hotel is almost perfect, except for one big problem: it is very noisy in the room (5th floor) even though all windows are closed. Seems they need triple-pane window for noise isolation.

Great trip, close to ” mansions” and Newport music festival...Staff was very helpful, kind. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. There were certain fees for amenities Etc; I wish they would give US the option as to whether WE WANTED THE ” amenities” and accordingly adjust the bill :) Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite. We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use .

Estou tão feliz por minha última estadia no Loom, e desde o momento EM que cheguei, tudo sentiu-me pensado, bem-vindo e excepcionalmente bem-vindo. A chegada era suave e profissional, e a equipe de Frente de serviço imediatamente se apresentou o tom quente, eficiente e verdadeiramente hospitalizado.Após um Longo dia de viagem, foi refrescante ser saudada por pessoas que se preocupam claramente com a experiência do convidado. Ao Longo Da minha estadia, todas as interações se sentiam consistentes: amigáveis, atentas e proativas, sem serem intrusivas. Se se tratava de uma questão rápida, de um pedido ou simplesmente de passar o pessoal no hall, o nível de profissionalismo e gentileza foi notável. É raro ver esse tipo de coerência em toda a equipe, e faz com que a estadia se sinta sem esforço. A minha sala estava insensível, tranquila e confortável, a cama e as roupas eram excelentes, e dormi melhor do que esperava. Apreciei também OS pequenos detalhes, um banheiro limpo, UMA pressão forte sobre a água e UMA configuração que se sentiu funcional e relaxante.É claro que a manutenção Da casa é orgulhosa no trabalho. As áreas comuns eram limpos e convidadoras, e a atmosfera global sentiu-se tanto alargada como confortável. Apreciei a segurança e a organização de tudo, especialmente Durante períodos ocupados.A experiência de pequeno-almoço/restaurante era excelente, fresca, bem apresentada, e um Grande começo para o dia. O serviço era tão forte Como o resto Da propriedade.A localização também era UMA Grande Mais conveniente e fácil de navegar, com tudo o que EU precisava perto. Em geral, esta foi uma das melhores experiências do hotel que tive em um longo tempo. Obrigado por entregar uma estadia que sentia verdadeiramente alta qualidade do início ao fim. Eu vou absolutamente voltar a Providência a próxima vez

It met my expectations but I realized that I overpaid for the room because I booked too early:(

酒店的位置不錯，走過一個街區就有商場和Cheesecake Factory。大堂漂亮、前台接待也挺友好，等候區還有熱咖啡和熱茶。衹是拿到的房間望出去讓人心塞，不曉得為什麼給我這樣一個房間，無語😓房間倒是很大，還有個連通衞生間的壁櫥暗門，小朋友覺得很新奇。沒有拖鞋，床單上有頭髮，還好衹住一個晚上。沒有風景的房間影響了入住體驗。

Hotel was clean, comfy and great location for me.

Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.

É conveniente. A beleza do hotel é Muito online.Satisfazer Vá para o Museu de Arte Da Universidade de Brown 20-30 minutos, UMA Pequena Cidade é Muito adequada para andar

Nice location with tons of restaurants around. Stylish design and pretty new. Bed is also good. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Newport.
