"Our stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely. But for the reasons listed I will not be staying at this all inclusive again, although you can still make the most of it and have a lovely experience overall. I'd recommend a stay if you're not going for the main reason of enjoying the pool and the beach."

"O hotel tem uma localização excelente, no topo de um ”7”. Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e oferecem boa privacidade. Há vários restaurantes à escolha, sendo os restaurantes francês e italiano particularmente deliciosos. A praia do hotel não é muito grande, e a piscina e os bons guarda-sóis na praia são pagos e bastante caros, deixando relativamente pouco espaço para atividades de lazer."

"Boa comida e comodidades. Voltamos alguns dias depois para uma segunda estadia, após mudarmos nossos planos de viagem. O serviço em todo o hotel era misto, às vezes bom, às vezes muito ruim. Depende muito de quem te atende. Ótimos drinks e coquetéis. Este hotel não te ajuda a pegar táxis do aeroporto. Eles nos disseram que esse não era um serviço que eles oferecem..."

"위치는 밤에가면 어디 구석에 대려가는것 같은 길이라서, 차가없으면 절대 나올수 없는 곳입니다. 호텔 중에 가장 시설이 좋은것 같아요. 깔끔하고 군더더기 하나 없습니다. 레스토랑도 개방감 있고 너무 좋아요. 서비스도 너무 좋았지만, 스칼렛 아르떼를 바로 전에 숙박했었기에 직원들의 친절도는 아쉬웠었지만, 회사의 적극적인 활동으로 모든것을 커버할 수 있을거라 생각합니다. 밥은 스칼렛아르떼보다 맛있고, 퀄리티도 좋아요. 액티비티가 없어서 아쉬운데, 추후에 회사가 더 투자하면 생길것이라 생각합니다. 퀄리티 정말 좋습니다. 최고"

"Interfone Muitas camas de praia e guarda-sóis, extremamente limpos, não designados para que pessoas de outras propriedades venham e usem, os garçons oferecem constantemente comida/bebida NÃO grátis 100 pesos para corona, comida mais do que em casa no Canadá cerca de 300 pesos para asas ou hambúrguer ou tiras de frango . Peixe acabado de cozer 750Pesos/kg, 3 tacos-300pesos. Buffet minúsculo, se você acha que terá fileiras e mais fileiras de comida, pense novamente, pode ter um buffet de 20 pés de comprimento, EXATAMENTE a mesma comida por 10 dias (brutal). Uma pessoa trabalhando na estação de omelete com espera mínima de 12 minutos. você assina um recibo de 1100Pesos, não conseguia entender o porquê, então depois do 4º dia estávamos recebendo serviço ZERO, sim, nem oferecia uma xícara de chá / café, acabei descobrindo, eles esperam uma gorjeta de 10% sobre os 1020Pesos (custo do café da manhã para 2 pessoas), então 100 pesos cada vez que você come (NÃO estou brincando), então nossas gorjetas de 20 a 50 pesos foram suficientes! Para jantares, SEMPRE saímos dos resorts quando estamos em Cancún, porque há tantas opções ótimas, este hotel não fica a poucos passos de restaurantes como Harry's, Mono, Ilios, mas a estação rodoviária fica do lado de fora (12 pesos em cada sentido) Quarto de frente para a Lagoa, que é a estrada principal, pode ouvir TODOS os carros, pessoas conversando, tão barulhento dia e noite, além disso, nosso quarto ficava ao lado do quarto do zelador, então entrava e saía batendo a porta e falando no rádio das 6h às 18h (BRUTAL!) chuveiro é grande, pia flutuante, colchões duros como pedra, mas lençóis são super brancos, AC funcionou bem, 2 piscinas, restaurante e bar da piscina vazios. Muitas camas disponíveis, Check in/out super rápido e pessoas da recepção são extremamente prestativas! Então tem posto de gasolina do outro lado da rua a cerveja custa 25 pesos, tem supermercado a 7 minutos a pé a cerveja custa 15 pesos e tem frutas frescas, bebidas, jarras de água Basicamente, se você está procurando uma experiência mexicana com tudo incluído, comida / bebida barata, NÃO é isso! Se você procura um refúgio tranquilo com preços mais altos, mas ainda está no México, este é o lugar para você! Se você procura a mesma areia e tudo incluído, definitivamente precisa procurar outro lugar, a menos que não se importe em fazer compras em suas férias. Eu voltaria a este local - duvido, simplesmente não faz sentido para mim no sentido da experiência no México! Definitivamente, não estou com vontade de gastar mais $ do que em casa"

"The hotel had just opened, so there were a few minor issues, but these were quickly resolved and didn't bother us too much. Our personal butler, Gabriela, took excellent care of us. The food was fantastic (10/10). The staff was very friendly, but the service at the beach and pool was disastrous. After several complaints and requests for towels and drinks, the situation improved somewhat, but only for that one day. We had to repeat our complaints daily, even though we were VIP guests! We got the impression that the hotel is heavily geared towards guests from the USA and neglects guests from other countries. Under these circumstances, we cannot recommend the hotel. Management should reconsider this."

"Instalações lindíssimas, atendimento ao cliente muito atencioso, mas sem ser invasivo. Se você quiser ficar sozinho, ninguém vai te incomodar, mas se precisar de alguma coisa, basta enviar uma mensagem para a recepção pelo chat. O restaurante é muito bem apresentado e tudo é delicioso, até mesmo no café da manhã. O único ponto negativo, para mim, é que fecha cedo. O lugar é encantador."

"先説優點： 1.價格合理，海景房跟其他家基礎房型差不多（但景色不完美，我的房間前面有一個光禿禿的大平台） 2.裝修翻新過了，沒有老酒店味。非親子酒店，適合情侶度假。mini bar 每天補充。 3.墨西哥，地中海，日料，法餐，牛排，自助幾個餐廳都不需要早起預約，直接walkin即可，雖然沒有驚艷的菜，不算太踩雷。 再説缺點： 1.浴室的水忽冷忽熱，有時候會突然特別燙！ 2.前台非常不專業，跟我説衹有法餐廳有dress code，其實晚餐所有餐廳都有，衣服沒帶夠，第一天晚上沒有任何餐廳能用餐，argue了很久才説給我送room service，酒店就一副規則如此，給你解釋但不解決的態度很噁心大差評！ 3.餐廳不需要預約代表要排隊，上菜很慢，去晚了就排不上了（尤其牛排餐廳）。 4.床上有那種透明的小蟲子爬，起了幾個紅色小包很癢。"
