The hotel is just outside of train station, very convenient for taking bus to the city center, taking train to other places for a day trip and direct train to airport. The room is clean and comfortable. A little small, bit enough for two.

Os detalhes do design da sala são muito bons. Talvez eu tenha acabado de chegar à exposição. Então só posso reservar por uma noite. O preço dobrou no dia seguinte. A localização do hotel é muito boa.As grandes janelas do chão ao teto são muito agradáveis.A única desvantagem é que há muitas pessoas e o serviço de recepção é muito lento. Você tem que fazer fila quer faça check-in ou check-out. O valor errado foi cobrado no check-out. Felizmente, tomei a iniciativa de me lembrar porque é que o imposto municipal é de duzentos euros. Só então ela percebeu que havia abotoado errado.

Para pessoas que viajam com o carro, o hotel está idealmente localizado na auto-estrada. Os quartos são limpos e bem equipados com camas. A casa de banho tinha uma cabeça de chuveiro na banheira. Esta foi a minha segunda visita e o mesmo banho que na minha estadia de solteiro. Eu só vou mencionar se eles pudessem ter problemas com a entrada na banheira. Quem chegar com o comboio tem de continuar com o autocarro e talvez mais alguma coisa. Mas vale a pena, eu vou voltar.

Hotel was very close to the train and Frankfurt’s main areas so very easy to get around. Room AC wasn’t working but room was changed on day 2 after the staff attempted to fix it. The breakfast buffet had amazing options. Unfortunately the gym was inoperable during the length of my stay which was the main reason I opted for the hotel. I was told I could have vouchers for a local gym but when requested they said they must have run out. I was grateful to have a taxi ride to and from the camp where I dropped off my daughter for the week.

Eu fiz uma avaliação pensando que estava sendo nessa localidade rsss. O hotel é maravilhoso fica a 5-7 min. Do Aeroporto, muito prático. Eu só senti falta de bebidas na geladeira ou alguma como comida prática também, igual esses guuchês que vem com numeração que vemos no Aeroporto que aceita cartão de credito. Como eu perdi meu voo tive que resolver coisas burocráticas e cheguei 5 min. Antes de finalizar o Checkin era 23:55. Nesse horário dificilmente o restaurante do hotel fecha e quase não existe entrega para comida. Acho que um guichê c/ comida ajudaria bastante nessas situações, fora isso estadia Maravilhosa. Inclusive um ponto positivo foi tem Shampoo e condicionador no banheiro o primeiro hotel que vou c/ essa oferta gostei bastante.

The problem was that it had no USB ports in the room, which is quite standard nowadays, and the reception staff didn't have anything like that to lend out.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. I asked in an email about early check in which is why I booked that hotel - the email outlined the charge but was not specific in saying before 10 am was another night charge. Wish hotel policy was clearer. Arriving at 05:30, and having to sit in the lobby for hours after 15 hours of flying was unacceptable.

Muito amigável, útil e pessoal engraçado na recepção. Como viajante sozinho, senti-me bem-vinda. Super central, e assim por diante, mas a minha sala estava lá atrás. O hotel está muito saboroso em modernos, baróquios silencioso. Como visitei amigos neste pequeno-almoço, não posso dizer nada sobre isso. Eu reservava lá sempre, porque o preço também era muito bom!

Location convenient, next to train station and a shopping mall nearby. I like the gym and sauna bath. Only one place may do better is … the room service department didn’t notice i used the laundry bag. I have to ask in reception to take it for my 2nd laundry.

This hotel location is incredible, 300 meters to Main station, 300 meters to Messe. The hotel is also very clean with friendly staff. Rooms were big and clean and bathrooms are good size and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel for business travellers - specially going for any events in Messe.
