Room smells awful, parang amoy lumang gamit , lalo na yung banyo, ang baho! parang amoy pawis na natuyo ang amoy, maybe yung mop na ginamit nd malinis, shampoo & conditioner luma din mukhang hindi nagrefill, yung labatory barado, yung maliit na unan nd bagong palit ang cover, amoy anit na! Ewww.pero isang tawag lang gagawin naman nila lahat,tho nice location , malapit sa lahat, staffs are very friendly & accomodating naman. Breafast is good! Over all stay ok naman. 👍

Very nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

We had a great stay at this hotel after we had our family reunion on their sky lounge. The breakfast options was less than other hotels but the taste was good. The amenities were also okay and the pool was big. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely go back.

Service was impeccable throughout, highlighted by an outstanding breakfast buffet with fresh Filipino and international options, including customizable omelets and healthy juice stations. The staff’s attentiveness shone brightest with our group of persons with disabilities (PWDs); they proactively selected accessible seating in the pool dining area, with ample space, making everyone feel truly cared for. Located in the serene Nuvali estate, it offered easy access to nearby malls and greenery, providing the ideal calm retreat as we prepared for my son’s wedding. Outstanding value, eco-friendly practices, and top-notch facilities make this a standout choice for families or events.

A experiência é realmente divertida, especialmente para famílias. Houve tantas atividades divertidas, tais como o Mercado de prazer, a noite de cinema, a caça de escavadores, a alimentação dos animais e o fogo de mel, que fizeram a nossa estadia especial. Os campos de jogo também foram um Grande golpe e nos deram tempo para relaxar enquanto as crianças estavam divertidas.Em geral, era UMA estadia memorável e divertida, e NOS amo certamente voltar.

Service and quality of experience was outstanding for a boutique resort in the Philippines. Food was very good, but I felt the menu could use a few more options. For example, it's fine to offer an extravagant ultra-indulgent double sized burger (which tasted good by the way), but sometimes guests with smaller appetites might like a burger, too.

Our stay at Summit Ridge Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and the staff are warm, respectful, and accommodating especially to elderly guests and PWDs. We truly felt well taken care of and wish we could have stayed longer and availed discounts ❤️

Its our 2nd time here, and definitely not our last. The room is so spacious, complete basic toiletries, clean bedsheets and towels. The resort is huge and a lot of activities to try like biking, inflatables, billiards, basketball,spa,restaurants etc.. adults and kids will enjoy. Club balai isabel is on our top go-to-resort near metro manila😊 Only one concern is their pool area, I think it needs a deep cleaning, there were moss/lumot in tile spaces. It might cause accidents especially for the kids. Hope they pay attention to that, but nevertheless, pool is still great

The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well prepared. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The amenities were excellent, well maintained, and added a lot of comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay with family and friends. They have a wide area and good distance between cabins. Some cabins (farthest from the beach) have weak mobile signal for both Smart and Globe. Some cabins also have weak wifi due to distance with the router but they do have Starlink in the lounge and dining area. Our CR is a bit messy because water from our wet suits pools on the floor because water doesn’t flow properly into the drain.
