"Really enjoyed our stay at Seda Nuvali. We got upgraded and stayed at two nice and spacious rooms. The facilities were excellent: the gym, pool, and game room. The large mall complex was also just across. Breakfast selection was also good and enjoyable. We hurriedly left our room in a mess to attend a wedding and came back to it clean and organized. Great job by the housekeeping staff. We felt so embarrassed leaving it that way. Only down side was that parking was open so the car was exposed to the sun and very hot. The nearer parking area was also full often so at times we had to use the farther parking lot."

"We had a great stay at this hotel after we had our family reunion on their sky lounge. The breakfast options was less than other hotels but the taste was good. The amenities were also okay and the pool was big. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely go back."

"Very nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available"

"It has always been relaxing and homey to stay at Canyon Cove. My husband and I have been its customers since 2018 (except during pandemic era).  There are quite a lot of improvements in terms of home and continuous ramp-up of its services - staff have become more attentive, accommodating and helpful. However there certain things that I, personally would like to see retained like - the wooden windows which add nostalgia and old style appeal to it. It’s like a fusion of old and new - modern TVs, new ACs, working safe (for valuables), electronic doors and the old personal ref (kindly fix lavatory faucet in room 507).  I love the breakfast buffet - the coffee is superb…the  by-request egg cooking has a long waiting line (the cooked eggs I believe would be good already unless you increase the number that cooks the by-request omelette). We also love the sinner grilled food by the sea. One comment on the free dinner though (for the condo presentation). it lessens the crowd for the dinner cook-out, it somehow getting abused by people. The cook-out dinner has become sad when it used to be so much fun. Hoping to see more improvements like building ramps to the beach for seniors to enjoy the sea.  Over-all it was fun, relaxing and lovely to experience Canyon Cove and God’s beauty surrounding it. I will keep coming back."

"Overall, it was a great experience. The amenities were amazing — lots of activities to enjoy, whether you're into relaxing or staying active. You definitely won’t run out of things to do! The food was delicious, and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. They even granted our request for a room with a stunning view of Taal Volcano — waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. Cleanliness was good, I’d give it a 4 out of 5. There’s a little room for improvement, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with great food, fun activities, and breathtaking views, I highly recommend Canyon Woods!"

"I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family."

"Great place to stay with family and friends. They have a wide area and good distance between cabins. Some cabins (farthest from the beach) have weak mobile signal for both Smart and Globe. Some cabins also have weak wifi due to distance with the router but they do have Starlink in the lounge and dining area. Our CR is a bit messy because water from our wet suits pools on the floor because water doesn’t flow properly into the drain. Pros: Free balsa Free kayak Free archery Playground for kids 3 swimming pools Cons: Weak internet/mobile signal Hygiene kits have to be requested Mosquitoes"

"Ponter Fino hotel is my favorite hotel for staycation. However, during my stay on Jan 1, 2026, they checked me in so late. Later than 430pm. The reason was there were still guests in the suite room assigned to for late checkout which I think was unreasonable. They coudn't even find alternative room for me. Worst case, they promised to deliver my luggages (although they said attendants were busy which I understand) However, it took unresonably long enough knowing there are attendant / staff who seemed to be free and just volunteered to deliver them only when they saw me carrying the trolley. So I refused to let them carry my stuff and pushed them all by myself from the lobby to my room located at 2nd floor so still need to carry all of them upstairs (back and forth). They offered late yes but out of ego, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, I told them don't help me and I'll do ot myself."
