"I was glad I could book a room with breakfast included at a reasonable price! The room and the entire place were very clean, which was great. It's close to Tenmonkan and the Sakurajima ferry terminal, so I think it's a good location for tourists. The artificial carbonated hot spring was nice, but I wish they would keep the carbonation going until around 11 PM. After sightseeing and eating, it inevitably gets late when you go back to the hotel to prepare for a bath. Also, the door to the public bath has to be closed completely by hand, and since most public bath doors tend to close with a spring, people often left the door half-open one after another, so it might be good to put up a sign on the door asking people to close it completely. The staff and the parking attendant were all very friendly and nice. However, it would be nice if the parking fee was a little cheaper. It would be great if there were a discount for consecutive nights on parking."

"初めての上海旅行の際に利用させていただきました。 部屋も綺麗で地下鉄からすぐの立地なのがとても良いです。ただスーパーや夜の街灯はないので、ホテル近くを出歩く際には時間帯の注意が必要。ATMがあると聞いていましたが実際はありませんでした。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらうことができ、早い時間から観光に行くことができました。総合的にオススメです。"

"叔母のお見舞で今回、初めて利用をさせて頂きました。 何年ぶりの鹿児島滞在〜（幼い頃とは景色の全てが大きく様変わり…）←数年でドンドン変わって… こちらのホテルは以前は東急インさん?だったと記憶をしております…（数十年前の話ですが…） なので…細かいところは老舗で気になる方も、いらっしゃるかも???（防音面←廊下での人の声がかなり聞こえます&お隣とのよくあるドアの開けしめ音&上からの振動音…）←私が一人でしたので余計に音が聞こえ易いとは存じますが… お掃除はキチンとされている感じですが…ワガママな気になる場所は…バスタブ周りの目地埋め部分等の黒点々が少し気になるところです^^; 景観は鹿児島市内全般に言える事ですが… あまりにも近代化してしまい、以前の様に何処からも桜島が全貌出来なくなってしまって…少し寂しい思い…私の部屋の窓からも以前ならば桜島が斜め正面に見えたりしていたんだろうなぁ〜と感慨深い思い… 窓からは残念ながら…都会のビジネスホテルと似た建物の風景なので少々、辛口評価で悪いにしてしまいました(-_-;) フロントの方々の対応は感じがよく、質問にも親切に答えてくださり都会のホテルの様なビジネス的対応とはチョット違う人の温かさを感じるSTAFFさん達でした(^o^)←鹿児島の人達は親切な方が多いですよ〜なので、観光等で場所やバス乗り場等〜迷ったら周りの地元の方に聞いてみてくださいませ〜（100%ではないですが〜^^;）人の親切が嬉しく感じる事と存じます(^o^) ※投稿した写真（イオンの写真・鹿児島中央駅のほぼ真正面）イオン側に渡らず鹿児島中央駅を背にして左手道なりに歩いて5分?もかかりません〜 ホテルの目の前に市電の乗り場ありです(^o^) ※鹿児島市内は市電かバスになります（バスは市バス以外に2社が運行しておりますので、同じ行き場所でもバス会社によって乗り場が同じだったり←必ず番号を確認されてからの乗車をオススメします） ※数日間滞在されるのであればICカード購入をオススメします（通常のICカードは使えないみたいです） 独自のICカードは天文館や鹿児島中央駅のバスターミナル等で売っているのでチャージをしてご利用された方が乗り降りがスムーズだと思いました〜^^; とにかく、以前は鹿児島市内は市電が中心でしたが…今は真横を走る路線のみに近い状態…バスがメインの交通手段です（京都の様な感じです←鹿児島は地下鉄はございません…電車は市電以外はJRのみみたいな交通機関です^^;）"

"The room was very relaxing and I feel that the quality of the hot springs was also effective for skin roughness. I spent a little hurry, but I really wanted to spend more time in the room while looking at the ferry. The clothes in the hall were also prepared for each size of the original 々 room, but I felt very kind to prepare a small size for my 々 small parents and children. Even if you stay without meals, there is an A-corp nearby, so it is quite easy to get food from Kagoshima such as Campach (sashimi). I bought Chiran tea here as a souvenir. The only thing that's really unfortunate is the laundry facilities. Both washing machines and dryers are cheap at 100 yen (payment at the hot spring reception), but they are very ordinary home appliances, and the dryer is certainly 200 yen and does not dry even if it turns for nearly an hour. It is said that it should not be turned for more than an hour, and it can't be helped by raising it with half drying ... It doesn't matter if the price is high, so I hope you will consider introducing a washing dryer for commercial use. But other than that, I really really liked it. I will definitely go to stay again."

"九州一周旅行中にお邪魔させていただきました！ 優しく、親切なスタッフの方とたくさんの子猫たちがお出迎えをしてくれて、一瞬で疲れが飛ぶほどリラックスをすることができました‼ また、部屋も非常にきれいで清掃もしっかりと行き届いており、実家にいるような安心感を得ることの出来る部屋でゆったりと過ごすことができました。 また鹿児島に行く機会があれば、ぜひお邪魔させていただければと思います。 この度はありがとうございました。"

"I loved staying here!! It had such a great communal vibe to it. One of my favorite memories from traveling Japan is sitting at the low tables in the common area, eating a convenience store dinner and watching baseball on the tv. I was only there 3 nights but it felt like it would’ve been an easy place to settle into for a longer stay. There was a fridge and kitchen, two showers & toilets, laundry, luggage storage, lockers, etc. Very close to the train station. Rooms were clean, I felt like the staff did a great job on the upkeep. I would definitely recommend you stay here. The only thing to be aware of is that the mattresses are really thin so the sleeping surface feels really hard."

"The whole trip to the destination is still a bit down, but everyone is sticking to it, and as tourists, we are also very suitable for traveling hard! The room is still very lifelike, that is, 2 pairs of rice and a little crowded, the kitchen is a plus, the boss is very intimate to prepare the salt and black pepper, all drinking water, bags, small snacks are very generous, not to mention very bicycles, overall recommendation"
