Hotéis 3-Star em Chu, Kyrgyzstan

Escolhemos este hotel pelos cafés da manhã e pelo bar/restaurante no local. Nos deram um hotel bastante antigo. O bar estava fora de serviço e foi difícil encontrar lugares decentes para comer nas proximidades. O café da manhã era entregue no quarto e tínhamos que escolher uma refeição e um café do cardápio todos os dias. No entanto, eles sempre se esqueciam de trazer o café, então tínhamos que lembrá-los todos os dias e esperar de 10 a 15 minutos após a entrega do café da manhã. Em quatro dias, o café da manhã foi entregue apenas três vezes e, em um dia, simplesmente disseram que o cozinheiro não estava trabalhando. Prometeram um reembolso do café da manhã em um dia, mas não cumpriram. O quarto estava muito frio em dezembro e o ar-condicionado era velho e barulhento. O chuveiro não escoava e, no segundo dia, havia um cheiro de esgoto. Como ponto positivo, os lençóis estavam limpos, as toalhas eram frescas e havia chinelos disponíveis. Eles nos ofereceram um upgrade para um quarto ”superior” e fomos conferir. De fato, era espaçoso, mais novo e melhor. No final, pela manhã, nos disseram que o quarto não estaria disponível e nos deram outro, que não era muito diferente do anterior. No geral, tudo estava desorganizado e caótico. Foram muito educados no WhatsApp. O hotel fica longe do centro da cidade e os táxis perdem muito tempo em engarrafamentos. Não nos hospedamos em outros hotéis da cidade, então não temos com o que comparar. Este hotel é bom para alguns dias. No geral, não é ruim, mas poderia ser melhor.

Ficámos no Hotel Urban Bishkek há alguns meses e tivemos UMA experiência maravilhosa.O próprio hotel era exatamente como descrito, limpo, agradável, confortável e bem mantido.Tudo era simples e agradável desde o momento em que chegámos. Parece que temos mais do que o que pagámos. No entanto, o que realmente se deu, foi o compromisso excepcional da equipe para o serviço ao cliente.No dia de partida, tivemos que sair cerca de uma hora antes do serviço de pequeno-almoço começar normalmente. Perguntámos se seria possível ter algo pequeno embalado para nos levar, e em vez de concordar com isso, o pessoal passou muito além das nossas expectativas. Eles ofereceram-nos para pedir Ao cozinheiro para começar a preparar o pequeno-almoço Mais cedo para que possamos vir e desfrutar do pequeno-almoço antes de sairmos.Foi um gesto tão pensativo e realmente nos fez sentirmos olhados. I stayed in this hotel 7 days in total. I spent 3 days and 2 nights just before heading to Almaty. Once my Kazakhstan trip was over, I returned to Bishkek and booked this hostel few more days. The location is in city center and is near to bus station. Staff are friendly and helpful, more importantly they can speak English. The room is clean and it has our own huge locker. Perfect !!

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

My three-night visit was absolutely delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was consistently clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and returning each evening felt like coming home. It was the perfect base for my long weekend, offering both relaxation and convenience. I will definitely be returning.

We arrived very late at night and the receptionist was efficient to check us in. Had a good rest at the hotel. Breakfast was good with some options (not buffet). Would recommend to others!

I enjoyed the peacefulness of this palace like hotel with its lovely rooftop for sunset viewing. The room was comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean. I appreciated the relaxation of the onsite private spa that was a lovely surprise to my stay. The staff were helpful in providing guidance for city landmarks and attendng to any requests I had. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is centrally located. A bit old but clean and spacious. The only thing I would complain about is the air con which doesn’t work very well.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the owner was very nice. They solved the meal problem; the dishes were cooked very well.
