Comfortable Stay, but Lobby Needs Better Ventilation
I stayed at Savero Style Hotel Bogor and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-located in the city, right in front of the main road—very convenient for getting around Bogor.
The lobby area is spacious and nicely designed, but unfortunately, it felt quite stuffy. There was no air conditioning running during my visit, and the ventilation could really be improved. It made waiting in the lobby a bit uncomfortable, especially in the Bogor heat.
On a positive note, the room was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were just right, and everything felt fresh and tidy.
If the hotel could improve the air circulation or keep the air conditioning on in the lobby, it would really enhance the overall guest experience. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay in Bogor for comfort and convenience.
If you need a place just to relax and do nothing, its the best place for you. Cozy Place, no need to use AC, silent and you can feel the nature…. They provide water in a Galon, no need to bring your own.. you can watch Netlix, Youtube, WeTV.

When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. I booked for 2 rooms for family of 3. The room is next to each other but there is no connecting door. The hotel is not well maintained. Can see the toilet are yellowish. It’s more of a motel not hotel. The room is just nice for 2 with sufficient to put bag.
The staffs are excellent. They are friendly and approachable. Always there to assist. The meal at cafe also very nice. I had my bfast there. Overall, good experience.
Secara keseluruhan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini cukup baik. Pelayanannya ramah dan stafnya bersikap sopan kepada tamu. Namun dalam beberapa situasi terlihat bahwa ketika ada hal yang tidak mereka ketahui, kebingungannya cukup terlihat sehingga informasi yang diberikan kurang meyakinkan. Mungkin ke depannya bisa ditingkatkan lagi dari sisi pelatihan staf.
Untuk fasilitas hotel secara umum tergolong lengkap, bersih, dan nyaman. Area kamar maupun fasilitas lainnya cukup terawat sehingga memberikan pengalaman menginap yang cukup menyenangkan.
Namun ada beberapa catatan khusus untuk tipe kamar rooftop. Pada bagian kamar mandi, area toilet duduk terpisah dan tidak dilengkapi exhaust fan. Walaupun terdapat ventilasi, bau dari area tersebut masih cukup terasa sehingga agak mengganggu kenyamanan.
Selain itu, fasilitas TV juga beberapa kali mengalami kendala karena koneksi WiFi yang sering gagal tersambung ke TV. Koneksi WiFi untuk penggunaan biasa juga terkadang mengalami gangguan atau galat.
Hal lain yang perlu diperhatikan adalah pada bagian balkon kamar rooftop. Balkon tidak memiliki penutup seperti hordeng atau tirai sehingga terasa cukup terbuka. Selain itu, kedap suara kamar kurang optimal sehingga suara dari lapangan di luar masih cukup terdengar dari dalam kamar.
Untuk akses menuju lokasi hotel, agak membingungkan karena tidak terdapat plang atau penanda hotel yang cukup jelas di area sekitar. Selain itu, petunjuk dari Google Maps juga sempat mengarahkan ke lokasi yang kurang tepat sehingga beberapa kali tersasar sebelum akhirnya menemukan hotelnya. Akan lebih membantu jika tersedia penanda yang lebih jelas di area sekitar.
Terlepas dari beberapa kekurangan tersebut, secara umum hotel ini tetap nyaman untuk menginap. Dengan sedikit peningkatan pada fasilitas, konektivitas internet, serta penunjuk lokasi hotel, pengalaman menginap tentu bisa menjadi jauh lebih baik.
Over all bersih, kasur enak cukup nyaman, fasilitas sesuai harga lah ya, lokasipun lumayan gak jauh” bgt dr pusat kota cuma emang agak muter aja krn bandung emg satu arah. Cuma yg disayangkan adlh pas saya check in dan masuk kamar bau asap rokoknya sangat tercium, saya yg gak bisa sm sekali hirup asap rokok badan jadi sakit krn gak menghirup si asap rokok tsb pdhl pas booking udah pilih yg non smoking room. Mohon room nya diperhatikan kembali, kalo ada yg merokok dalam kamar harusnya ditegur krn akan mengganggu customer lain yg gak bisa menghirup asap rokok. Dan utk karyawannya juga jgn merokok di lobby bawah krn itu sangat mengganggu sekali buat cust yg sensitif thdp asap rokok seperti saya.
Pros : The hotel is good, the room is good, the food was okay. The location is great, you can visit some tourist places that near from the hotel, its saving your time.
Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁

Hotelnya bersih,rapi,kaya bangunan baru, cs nya ramah, TV smart, wifi kenceng, AC dingin , perlengkapan mandi lengkap, sudah pasti ini akan jadi hotel langganan saya kl ada tugas luar kota area Pasteur bandung, mantappppp....
Center of town hotel, got so many either food and fashion street market or mall instead within 300m radius for walk and they have staff with good attitude. However, there is neither no staff to bring your luggages or open your main door and they got minimum amenities at bathroom. The restaurant seems looks old and need small renovation. Overall, it's worth for you to find 3 star budget hotel with standard facility and service.
Cannot say any more highly of this hotel .
For a reasonable price , it’s located in a safe and center part of Bandung.
The room was quite tastefully lay out and everything works to perfection
The staff are also friendly to accommodate all requests if possible

AAnonymous UserI had a really pleasant stay in the executive room at Verona Palace. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, although it’s a bit tucked inside a small alley. Some amenities were quite basic, slippers were only available upon request, there was shampoo but no conditioner, and no tissue in the toilet but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What I loved most was how spacious the room was, along with the view overlooking the futsal field and the Bandung sky. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at home.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room design and cleanliness.
The location of the hotel was perfect – close to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, and the service at the restaurant was excellent.

Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape.
Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough.
It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas.
Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana.
Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account.
Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available.
They have several meeting rooms & ballroom.
Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.
HhobistaycationFor the first time staycation disini. Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam.
Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan.
Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel.
Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience.

View is stunning and highly recommended for first timer. Kenapa ? Sebab nak masuk Bobocabin ni, kau kena bayar kawah putih fee + private car (supir) aka extra charges WALAUPUN KAU TAK MASUK KAWAH PUTIH. I’m well aware as I read some Indonesian reviews before come here plus ni pertama kali aku ke Indonesia, so okay la dah alang2 nak masuk kawah putih sekali. Fee IDR 90k per pax untuk kawah putih & IDR 179k untuk private car (supir). Sekali bayar je.
Bobocabin ni MEMANG LAWA GILA. Suhu boleh capai 13degree pada waktu malam. Bawa makanan sesiap Dari Bandung sebab kat sini takda kedai. Sila gerak Dari Bandung selewatnya 1pm sebab kadang jalan jem time weekend & dari entrance kawah putih ke Bobocabin ni dalam 7km by car. Kalau korang sampai selepas jam 5, jalan terlalu gelap & takda proper signage ke Bobocabin ni. We were lucky since we arrived at Kawah Putih around 6pm and got 1 pakcik follow & show the way to the Bobocabin, selain bantu temankan supir aku yang penakut tu. Hahaha. Bless u Pakcik!
Perjalanan dihidangkan dengan ladang teh yang berbukit bukau. Takda lampu jalan, off-road dan kami diberitahu yang BoboCabin ni berada di atas Gunung Mayit (?). Dari atas Bobocabin ni boleh nampak lampu2 dari Bandung, Situ Patenggang, bukit2 dan gunung2.
Pihak cabin ada sediakan water heater, hair dryer, microwave TAPI TAKDA SETERIKA ! 🤣 They sell food but less option. Mostly sold out. Better bawa sesiap k!
Trust me, if you check in early before 4pm, kau takkan menyesal! Sunset dia macam di syurga ! Thanks me later. Kbye!

My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.

The food selection wasn't extensive and should be improved, and there were quite a few flies despite the fly traps. It rained a little when my mom arrived, and since the resort is so big, we couldn't explore everything. The hotel room was a bit far from the reception, but we could WhatsApp them. Our room's drinking water was empty, and they promptly came to refill it. It was a bit cold at night due to the rain. The family room is suitable for families, spacious, and clean. The view is nice, perfect for families looking to relax and unwind. It's a great family room.
