My initial experience was a bad one. The rooms are small especially the toilet and albeit the upgrade, superior and deluxe are exactly the same. The TV didn't work, toilet seat was broken and the the so called city view is miserable. After complaining to the Mallik the duty manager, he thoroughly understood the problem and offered to change my room. Duty manager for evening shift Siva Kumar called me numerous times as I was out in the city to confirm the typr of room and waited till I got back late evening to ensure it was done. Kudos to both of them!!! My new deluxe room with a proper city view felt bigger and more spacious albeit the same type of bathroom but all was functional. Location wise it is next to the 1MG Mall and lots of restaurants literally 1-2mins walk away. Perfect location. Breakfast is decent with international and local dishes. All the staff are very helpful as well. One amazing perk is that they have a pillow list to choose from including hot chocolate or spiced teas before bed. I would suggest this hotel if you're doing short trips or on a mid-tier budget. Many hotels are around such as Conrad, Taj, and Oberoi on the same street with bigger rooms and slightly more only.

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

This is our third stay at Goldfinch in 3 months. The rooms have usually been quite clean but this time the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. My sister developed an allergic reaction and sneezed all night developing a cough by the next day. This kind of mould in the environment is very hazardous to people especially children, the elderly or those who have a weak immune system. The establishment should ensure air-conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly and rooms inspected for mould on a regular basis.

Hotels location service and buffet(Indian) were top notch the dampened was the shower was just a little more than a trickle

The property is located in the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Swimming pool was also well maintained. Buffet breakfast was awesome and most importantly hospitality was amazing. Overall great expereince.

I enjoyed the the stay. The room and bath room is too smaller. I went as a single occupancy. I paid for this roon 5000 . For this money it's not worth. We should remember if we book online they do like this every where. It's common exercise I that I am experiencing

Very good value for money The hotel is really very clean The location is great, 10-15 minutes to the metro, buses nearby, in general it is the center and close to everything There are decent restaurants and cafes nearby like third wave coffee The staff are very nice guys, both at the reception and those who cleaned the rooms. There is a safe in the room, it is quiet, the air conditioner cooled perfectly By the way, there are all the shampoos, gels, a dental kit I will note the breakfasts: they are Indian and with a varied selection, I had a good breakfast. More than happy with my choice of this hotel
