We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hue Hotels and Resorts Puerto Princesa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a modern and stylish design that creates a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was excellent - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bunk beds were a fantastic addition, especially for families, and the main bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the famous Robinsons Shopping Mall is just next door, making everything very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The child playroom and gym facilities were also well-equipped and enjoyable. We also tried the in-house massage spa, which was a very relaxing and satisfying experience.

Desde a chegada até à partida, o serviço foi excelente e o pessoal estava constantemente quente, atento e genuinamente amigável, o que nos fez sentir-nos bem-vindos todo o tempo. Apreciamos também OS pequenos extras OS minibars e snacks de complimentar foram um BOM toque e fizemos a estadia sentir-se ainda Mais especial. Em geral, temos uma experiência muito confortável e divertida aqui, e certamente ficaria de novo na próxima viagem para Puerto Princesa. Muito recomendado!

Чудесное место для остановки. У нас было уютное, просторное бунгало с небольшой терассой. Не хватало только холодильника, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление. Мы приехали около 2х часов ночи, нас дождались и заселили, несмотря на то, что заселение до 22.30. Ухоженная, территория, потрясающий сад растений. В отеле есть спа, неплохой массаж. Удобное месторасположение - чуть в стороне от суеты, есть свой пляж. Рядом отели без пляжа с мощёной набережной. Дайвинг брали в другом месте, так как в отеле все было забронировано. У нас был но ер без завтраков. Его можно взять и оплатить на месте. Мы завтракали в разных местах, все в пешей 5-ти минутной доступности. В поисках ужина обошли несколько мест, в итоге оказалось, что в этом отеле самая вкусная еда. Повару отдельное спасибо!

Amazing hotel with the kindest staff! Everyone at the reception was always smiling, helpful and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, although we would have loved to see a bit more meat options since we’re big meat lovers 😄 The room has a beautiful mountain view, and the location is perfect, very close to the downtown. There is also a church nearby! hearing the choir sing in the morning was surprisingly peaceful and lovely😇 The only thing I would add is a shuttle service to the beaches at certain times for hotel guests Thank you so much for your warmth

From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. You get a 5-star experience at a very reasonable price, making it one of the best values in Puerto Princesa. I highly recommend Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel to anyone visiting Palawan. Whether for business or leisure, it’s the perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and Filipino hospitality. I’ll definitely stay here again!

A vista da janela com vista para a baía é de tirar o fôlego — definitivamente evite quartos com vista diferente! A equipe é fantástica, especialmente a equipe da recepção: incrivelmente simpática, sempre pronta para ajudar e cheia de ótimas recomendações de restaurantes e atividades. Um grande obrigado a eles por isso! O serviço do restaurante é bom, mas a comida deixou a desejar — o café da manhã era bem básico. Apenas alguns pratos do cardápio eram saborosos; o restante precisa melhorar. Eles deveriam realmente renovar suas opções. Os quartos são impecáveis e a limpeza faz um excelente trabalho. A piscina é linda e bem cuidada, mas há um problema com odores desagradáveis vindos do porto, o que às vezes torna a natação menos atraente. A academia é mal equipada — poderia ter mais aparelhos ou pelo menos uma barra olímpica.

Minha filha e eu visitamos do Japão! Como não somos fluentes em inglês, ficamos muito ansiosos no caminho para Puerto Galera e até chegarmos no hotel, mas assim que chegamos no hotel, todos os funcionários do hotel nos ajudaram, então não tivemos nenhuma preocupação e me senti confortável. A localização, atividades, comida, pessoas, cães e gatos foram ótimos! É um lugar onde há poucos japoneses, mas se você tiver oportunidade, gostaria que você fosse do Japão para Puerto Galera ♡ e Edgewater Hotel!

Amazing resort staff was so kind well trained the owner is a great person too, a lot of tours offered too. Even though the hotel wasn’t full finished at the time of me staying the treatment I received there makes me really want to return

Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there
