Hotéis 4-Star em Penang, Malaysia

"Good stay at Jazz Hotel Penang 👍 Really satisfied with my trip here. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a bathtub and even a complimentary bath bomb which made the stay extra relaxing. Love the rooftop pool and the overall modern vibe. Location is convenient — walking distance to Straits Quay and easy access to Gurney area for food. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall a pleasant experience, will definitely come back again!"

O processo de check-in pareceu estranho. Inicialmente, cobraram RM80 de imposto, mas quando verifiquei minha reserva, disseram que já tínhamos pago mais de RM60. Depois de uma série de ligações e verificações, finalmente nos cobraram RM12. Outros serviços foram excelentes, incluindo a limpeza dos quartos duas vezes ao dia."

"The hotel was exceptional! Our room was really clean and very comfortable, we had a slight issue with the air conditioning being loud, but when we told the staff and they weren’t able to fix it, they upgraded us to a new room. The breakfast every morning was delicious! We really enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool, and the location was good because it was very close to a lot of places we wanted to visit. The only issue we had was that we had to pay the deposit in cash and couldn’t pay on our debit card, so we were left with cash when we were leaving Malaysia after staying here. However, in all this hotel was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful."

"Stayed at 88 Armenian, Penang – and absolutely loved it! Location: Right on Armenian Street — super convenient and walkable to all the popular spots, cafes, and attractions. Room: My room was quiet and cozy with a luxurious bathtub and the most comfortable bed. The whole room smelled amazing and everything was spotless with great amenities. Service: The service was perfect. You can even request a bath butler to help set up your bath (such a treat!). Every day there were thoughtful little touches, like different snacks in the room, handwritten notes and even a birthday cake! The staff were so friendly, kind, and always ready to help. Thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping everything so clean and fresh . Breakfast: Breakfast was good! They change the menu daily when I stayed there, and I got to try both the international and Nonya breakfasts — both were delicious. Overall: One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Everything from the location to the service was amazing. Highly recommend this place and would 100% come back again!"

"Overall is nice and new hotel, I love the hidden gem beach. just a little bit noisy from outside, i can heard the motor sound at night, soundproof need to be ungrade and the spoon in the room got a stain, quite disgusting."

"Estadia de fim de semana agradável. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. A reforma acaba de ser feita e o novo mobiliário tornou o ambiente mais arejado e maior. A pequena deficiência era o novo material da cortina, que era um pouco fino demais e tornava a sala muito iluminada durante o dia, mesmo quando as cortinas estavam totalmente fechadas. Pude fazer o check-in mais cedo, às 12h30, pela simpática equipe da recepção. No geral, uma estadia muito satisfatória."

"First time going to Penang, loved the location of the hotel. Amazing view of the beach from our room, and saw fireworks one night was a treat. They keep the beach clean for the property, each day saw it being cleared. The pool is a good refreshing temperature. Majority of the time isn't overly busy. Good depth and size of pool. I enjoyed swimming laps each day and relaxing on the sunloungers. Kept clean, fresh towels available. Good pool toys for the kids. The gym was amazing, good equipment and machines- beautiful view of the ocean. I would prefer the air con colder as the one in there didnt cool the room down enough and if wasn't standing near it, it got very hot. The water provided in there also isn't cold which i didnt like ( is in a machine that says keeping warm, which i dont understand shouldn't drink warm water when working out, don't know if it's a culture thing? Wasn't to my liking anyway) The room is spacious, bathroom bit tight but made do. Nice amenities topped up daily. Bed comfortable. Air con in room works amazing. Cleanliness in room noticed could've been better as after room being 'cleaned' noticed my hair still on floor and sand in corner from shoes. So seems the floor doesn't get swept or mopped as much as we thought. Buffet breakfast was great, yummy food and lots of everything. Plenty of staff i just think they need to be more attentive and watch the buffet e.g kids touching food ( saw few things) and make sure the food is safe for other guests to eat. We ate at the hotel lunch and dinner also, the staff mean well but there is a language barrier and was few instances where our meals didn't come out correct like we got a tomato soup when we pointed and said on the menu tomato pasta. We are patient enjoyed the food and kept going back despite the mistakes. We understand a second language can be difficult. Amazing fresh cakes in fridge we just about tried them all. The staff also did a lovely birthday song and candles on cake my husband brought. Overall had a lovely time."
