恩施之行最正確的決定就是訂了九洲國際！10分鐘車程到高鐵站、15分鐘到機場，自駕免費地下停車場+充電樁，提前預約還有接送服務。大堂挑高採光絕了，新酒店裝修高級無異味。房間全景落地窗，全屋智能（聲控窗簾+馬桶+燈光），慕思床墊+進口床品，隔音超棒，熬夜黨睡得安心。自助早餐太驚喜，土家油茶湯、炕土豆、米豆腐全都有，中西式菜品豐富新鮮。頂樓星空酒吧夜景出片。下次帶家人來恩施，必須再住這家！

Quite a pleasant stay in this hotel. Smooth and quick check-in and out. Easy access to this hotel by MTR Line 4 from Wuhan Railway Station. You can reach the hotel directly by Exit J via B2 carpark. But be noted that it is available only on weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00. The hotel also offers signature Wuhan delicacies for breakfast. Thanks to Housekeeping team on 50th floor. They took quick action and responded promptly to our request.

Nice and clean hotel. The best part is that no payment is required to book the hotel. Will stay here again if I ever come to jingzhou.

I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. To be fair and impartial, I paid an extra 1,400 RMB to upgrade to a 1,500 RMB-a-night room. I'd rate it as the top end of a four-star hotel. First off, the 'reverse upgrade' really threw me. The hot water was genuinely problematic. Even an 800 RMB room can get hot water in seconds, but in this room, I was left taking a cold shower, wondering if I hadn't turned the hot water dial all the way up. The only 'upgraded' feature was the automatic flush smart toilet... If you're a regular tea drinker, you'd know the quality of their afternoon tea with just one sip. I'm saying the room lacks basic amenities. At the very least, there should be something to compensate for that, right? But what I got felt incredibly perfunctory. Thankfully, the fridge in this room worked fine. Finally, I don't know who the hotel owner is, but I can say your staff work incredibly hard. They're very professional, deserving of a five-star rating, and even better than some major brands. However, your hardware really isn't up to par. Breakfast was just average – nothing to complain about, but nothing to praise either. As for the location, I can only say... it's just okay. Wuhan isn't Shanghai, so the location isn't really that crucial. That's all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. Com o nível de um hotel 5 estrelas, e merece uma avaliação de 5 estrelas de viajantes da França que se hospedaram lá por 5 noites. Serviço incrível, camareiras eficientes e simpáticas, ótimo buffet de café da manhã. Localização privilegiada perto da estação de metrô Hongkong Road (literalmente a 1 minuto a pé). Boa localização perto da estação ferroviária de Hankou. De todos os hotéis em que me hospedei, a academia do Wuhan SGL é a melhor de todas. Totalmente equipada com máquinas, barras, rack para agachamento, muitos halteres, máquinas auxiliares, esteira... Nunca vi uma academia de hotel tão bem equipada e, para todos os que gostam de se exercitar, não se decepcionarão. Com certeza voltarei na minha próxima viagem a Wuhan.
