"O serviço de recepção é excelente, eficiente, cheio de sorrisos, não poderia pedir mais. No entanto, a vista para o mar que recebi era uma que vinha com duas fileiras de sacos de areia e uma ponte de ferro em um trecho de praia sem espreguiçadeiras e definitivamente não é adequado para nadar. O design do chalé é bem antigo, evidente pela fechadura da janela e da porta da varanda. O jantar no Spice Market foi de outro mundo! Deve experimentar! Há dois restaurantes disponíveis para o café da manhã do hotel todas as manhãs e você pode visitar os dois todos os dias. A limpeza foi muito lenta, espero que eles possam aumentar a eficiência da equipe neste departamento, pois eles até se esqueceram de incluir um secador de cabelo para mim no quarto e eu tive que ligar para pedir um. Incluo aqui uma foto do secador de cabelo deles, estou surpreso que um hotel de 4 dígitos por noite ofereça um secador de cabelo tão pequeno. Eu não esperava Dyson, mas isso é simplesmente uau. De qualquer forma, permita-me repetir, a equipe da recepção foi fabulosa!"

"Took me a while to decide on Four Seasons due to slight put off by the location as it was rather secluded on the other side of the island. (which also meant privacy and peace) But was pleasantly and amazingly surprised by them. Booking via Trip, I didn’t expect that the hotel will reach out to me directly to check about my trip and how they can facilitate my plans better. Having booked over Trip numerous times, this was a first. This is also not my rodeo with 5stars on Trip. I felt valued and felt the sincerity the hotel expressed on how much they welcomed my stay and looking forward to my arrival. I arrived early for check-in and the whole process was swift, personal and made me feel extremely welcomed. Before I even asked, the team checked on my flight details out of Langkawi, and arranged for my late check-out to match my flight out so that I can stay rested and enjoy the resort till my very last moments in Langkawi. It surprised me as it was extremely personal and showed how well the hotel treated each guest and placed their needs at their utmost priority. I honestly didn’t expect their thoughtfulness. A resort tour was then arranged on a buggy to show me around the area and to introduced to me the different restaurants and facilities. And then we were showed to our room. Room was dated and had visible signs of wear and tear but all in all was within expectations. Clean and spacious and had a giant tub which filled up rather quickly despite the sizes. Room was well lighted with generous amount of day light. Having shared with the team that I was celebrating my birthday, they arranged for cake and champagne in my room to welcome me. Their service was consistent and I also received great attitudes at their restaurant, Kelapa Grill which served great seafood. Thank you Four Seasons Langkawi for such a memorable stay. Your service have been impeccable. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and warm hospitality. I will most definitely be back."

"Beautiful beach, friendly staffs. Peace and cozy. We had a wonderful stay at Tanjung Rhu Beach Resort, Langkawi. The staff were extremely friendly and warm — they greeted us every time we crossed paths, which made us feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good mix of Western and local options. The kueh teow soup was especially nice, and the champagne was a fun and pleasant touch! We also had dinner at the resort restaurant — the pizza and drinks were delicious. Dining by the beach while watching the sunset, with the cool sea breeze and peaceful atmosphere, was incredibly cozy. The view is simply priceless — something money can’t measure. The location is excellent. At the corner of the resort’s private beach, you can easily find mangrove tour providers. During high tide, boats can even come directly to the beach to pick you up. It’s also just a 5-minute walk to the jetty, where there are more mangrove tour companies. The jetty is also a beautiful spot to catch the sunrise in the morning. The resort offers daily activities as well, which were fun and relaxing. Nature lovers will especially appreciate this place — we spotted a family of dusky leaf monkeys, hornbills, squirrels, and many other birds. It truly feels like a protected natural haven. A perfect retreat for those seeking peace, nature, and a relaxing beachfront experience."

"A Beautiful Family Stay with Thoughtful Hospitality & Memorable Experiences We had a beautiful stay at PARKROYAL Langkawi Resort, where we booked a two-bedroom ocean-view suite and visited with our parents. From the thoughtful little details to the genuinely warm hospitality, there were many moments that made our stay special. It was my father’s birthday during our stay, and we had requested a special welcome for him when we checked in. The team went above and beyond with a personalised note, a tasteful balloon and paper birthday decorations on the bed, along with a vegan chocolate cake that was absolutely delicious — incredibly creamy and simply melted in our mouths. It was such a lovely surprise and a wonderful way to begin our stay. The entire team was very warm, supportive and accommodating throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach-facing pool, the beautiful beach and the breathtaking views around the resort. On our last day, both rooms in our suite had been thoughtfully prepared with a beautiful local flower tea setup on the beds along with pillow mists. These little touches really made us feel cared for. We also had a small unexpected situation on our last evening, and what stood out to us was not the situation itself, but the way the team handled it. The housekeeping team had inadvertently picked up my mother’s phone, and once the mix-up was realised, it was immediately handed over to the housekeeping manager. We were understandably quite taken aback initially, but the management handled the matter with genuine concern and gave us a very heartfelt apology. It was clear that it had been an honest mistake and that the team genuinely cared about how we felt. Fakhruddin, the housekeeping manager, went a step further and personally gave my father a lovely luxury bath and body set as an apology. We initially thought we wouldn't be able to carry it on our flight and had to leave it behind, but after reaching the airport and confirming that we could take it with us on our domestic flight, we called Fakhruddin. He personally arranged for someone to bring the gift pack all the way to the airport for us. That level of effort and personal involvement truly deserves appreciation. Beyond the resort itself, we also had some wonderful experiences nearby. The fire show by Budak Api Movement at Hidden Cafe, right next to the resort, was mesmerising. We simply walked down the beach at night and enjoyed the show — such a memorable experience. We also enjoyed a fine-dining experience at Lancava. The food was prepared fresh with so much care in the live open kitchen. We were asked about our dietary preferences right at the entrance, and within minutes we were seated at a beautifully set table and served exceptionally well-crafted vegetarian dishes. The attention to detail was wonderful. Breakfast at Cassia was also enjoyable, with a decent selection of vegetarian and vegan options. One area we feel could be improved, however, is the Indian food. Although there is a separate Indian food counter, we found that the dishes were quite far from authentic Indian flavours. For Indian guests, this could be disappointing, and we would definitely recommend expanding the Indian selection while also working on making the existing dishes more authentic. Overall, our stay was filled with beautiful moments, thoughtful surprises and genuinely caring hospitality. The resort has a wonderful location, beautiful views, great facilities and, most importantly, a team that clearly makes an effort to make guests feel special. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at PARKROYAL Langkawi and would happily return."

"Such great attitude from the moment you enter until check out. I loved this hotel and actually wish I had come back to spend the rest of my trip here, I am not much of a nature girl, but I needed to relax, so it was pleasant to stay somewhere where gekos can’t get into your room. The room was spacious and elegant, loved the Jo Malone products they smelled good. The bath and shower was clean and this a rare thing to find in Malaysia, I felt so comfortable staying here. The bed soft for a good nights rest after laying in the heat by the pool. I’ve read a lot of reviews complaining about the location, but it was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of towns. Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the music played by the pianist. I also enjoyed the little treats brought pool side for us to enjoy. I read a lot of books and had a lazy time, all the staff was lovely and pleasant. The only downside is that the pool closes at 7 pm, the weather is still hot into the night and a night swim is perfect. The beach is good to swim and perfect sunset pics can be taken on the white sandy beach. It was a lovely stay, thank you for welcoming me as a solo traveler a safe and comfortable resting place."

"Nestled within a UNESCO Global Geopark, this resort, only two months old, boasts a stunning backdrop of Mount Machinchang and direct views of the Andaman Sea. It features 650 meters of pristine, private white sand beach and is encircled by lush rainforest. It's a quiet and secluded gem. In the mornings, you might spot monkeys visiting, and you can enjoy searching for hermit crabs and small conch shells on the beach. The breakfast is extensive, and both the dinner buffet and Italian restaurant options are excellent – you can't go wrong with either. It's also within walking distance of Oriental Village and the cable car. We highly recommend this hotel; it's an absolute perfect getaway."

"Great experience in Datai Langkawi. The best resort hotel in Langkawi or in Malaysia i would say. Nice atmosphere if you like to be in a quiet and serene place. Great food and great hospitality. A special shoutout to Hafizam for the guest attending service and Gaurav from the The Dining. Also to the Botanists Ms Ezy. Will come back for sure!"

"We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Langkawi! The staff were warm, friendly, and always so attentive and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The resort is spotless and beautifully maintained, with comfortable lounge chairs by the pool that are perfect for relaxing. The hotel backs right onto a stunning private beach, offering amazing views across the ocean. We even had some cute monkey visitors around the grounds (they are very friendly too), which made our stay even more memorable! The hotel is a bit further away from the popular tourist places like Pantai Cenang and the north of the island, but there is plenty of taxi service around and at very good rates. I would highly recommend The Westin for anyone visiting Langkawi."
