"O serviço de recepção é excelente, eficiente, cheio de sorrisos, não poderia pedir mais. No entanto, a vista para o mar que recebi era uma que vinha com duas fileiras de sacos de areia e uma ponte de ferro em um trecho de praia sem espreguiçadeiras e definitivamente não é adequado para nadar. O design do chalé é bem antigo, evidente pela fechadura da janela e da porta da varanda. O jantar no Spice Market foi de outro mundo! Deve experimentar! Há dois restaurantes disponíveis para o café da manhã do hotel todas as manhãs e você pode visitar os dois todos os dias. A limpeza foi muito lenta, espero que eles possam aumentar a eficiência da equipe neste departamento, pois eles até se esqueceram de incluir um secador de cabelo para mim no quarto e eu tive que ligar para pedir um. Incluo aqui uma foto do secador de cabelo deles, estou surpreso que um hotel de 4 dígitos por noite ofereça um secador de cabelo tão pequeno. Eu não esperava Dyson, mas isso é simplesmente uau. "Took me a while to decide on Four Seasons due to slight put off by the location as it was rather secluded on the other side of the island. (which also meant privacy and peace) But was pleasantly and amazingly surprised by them. Booking via Trip, I didn’t expect that the hotel will reach out to me directly to check about my trip and how they can facilitate my plans better. Having booked over Trip numerous times, this was a first. This is also not my rodeo with 5stars on Trip. I felt valued and felt the sincerity the hotel expressed on how much they welcomed my stay and looking forward to my arrival. I arrived early for check-in and the whole process was swift, personal and made me feel extremely welcomed. Before I even asked, the team checked on my flight details out of Langkawi, and arranged for my late check-out to match my flight out so that I can stay rested and enjoy the resort till my very last moments in Langkawi. It surprised me as it was extremely personal and showed how well the hotel treated each guest and placed their needs at their utmost priority. I honestly didn’t expect their thoughtfulness. A resort tour was then arranged on a buggy to show me around the area and to introduced to me the different restaurants and facilities. And then we were showed to our room. Room was dated and had visible signs of wear and tear but all in all was within expectations. Clean and spacious and had a giant tub which filled up rather quickly despite the sizes. Room was well lighted with generous amount of day light. Having shared with the team that I was celebrating my birthday, they arranged for cake and champagne in my room to welcome me. Their service was consistent and I also received great attitudes at their restaurant, Kelapa Grill which served great seafood. Thank you Four Seasons Langkawi for such a memorable stay. Your service have been impeccable. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and warm hospitality. I will most definitely be back."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The views from the hotel were incredible. The location was also excellent, convenient and close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. This was next to the sky cab which was so convenient so much to do here. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back to stay here!"

"Beautiful beach, friendly staffs. Peace and cozy. We had a wonderful stay at Tanjung Rhu Beach Resort, Langkawi. The staff were extremely friendly and warm — they greeted us every time we crossed paths, which made us feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good mix of Western and local options. The kueh teow soup was especially nice, and the champagne was a fun and pleasant touch! We also had dinner at the resort restaurant — the pizza and drinks were delicious. Dining by the beach while watching the sunset, with the cool sea breeze and peaceful atmosphere, was incredibly cozy. The view is simply priceless — something money can’t measure. The location is excellent. At the corner of the resort’s private beach, you can easily find mangrove tour providers. During high tide, boats can even come directly to the beach to pick you up. It’s also just a 5-minute walk to the jetty, where there are more mangrove tour companies. The jetty is also a beautiful spot to catch the sunrise in the morning. The resort offers daily activities as well, which were fun and relaxing. Nature lovers will especially appreciate this place — we spotted a family of dusky leaf monkeys, hornbills, squirrels, and many other birds. It truly feels like a protected natural haven. A perfect retreat for those seeking peace, nature, and a relaxing beachfront experience."

"Our stay at Parkroyal Langkawi (Timeless Love By The Sea package) in Chenang was one of the highlights of our extended Malaysia trip. We hadn’t originally planned to stay here. While walking the full length of the lively Chenang beach from our Airbnb, we wandered into the hotel grounds and were immediately impressed by the well-maintained facilities and beautiful beachfront. What we thought was a private beach turned out to be wonderfully welcoming. We sat on the deck chairs, watched a couple enjoying a romantic beach dinner, and decided we wanted that experience too. After checking the rates, we found the pricing reasonable for a family. We booked directly with the hotel for two nights in a Premier Ocean View King Room, followed by two nights in Deluxe Ocean View Double Queen rooms via Trip.com. The entire experience truly felt 5-star. We had read mixed reviews beforehand and went in with realistic expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised — almost everything exceeded what we anticipated. Check-in & Service On arrival, Hafeez handled our check-in smoothly. Since we were already on the island, we didn’t need the airport transfer, but we asked about using the return transfer for our whole family (including children arriving later). Concierge Saravannan went above and beyond by crediting the value of both transfers toward a larger 6-seater vehicle. We only needed a small Grab for the rest. This flexibility left a strong first impression. The Room Our Premier Ocean View Room (922) was excellent — stunning sea views, a large circular bathtub, an incredibly comfortable bed, and luxurious shower facilities. Minor signs of wear were easy to overlook. The room was high enough to avoid most pool and jet-ski noise, and we even enjoyed distant fireworks. The welcome chocolate pralines and sparkling wine were lovely touches. Dining The daily buffet breakfast was superb — a generous spread of Western and local dishes. We ate so well that lunch was rarely needed. Our first dinner at Cassia was decent, especially the sweet-and-sour fish with its nice charred flavour, though the pasta portion was small. Direct booking gave us RM50 F&B credit per day, which added good value. The undisputed highlight was our Candlelight Dinner on the lawn facing the beach. The beautifully decorated table made us feel like royalty. Service from Faheem, a 21-year-old staff member, was outstanding — attentive and proactive. A brief rain shower interrupted us after the first two courses, but the team quickly moved us into Lancava with the same setup. The food was excellent, especially the Sea Bass and Vongole pasta (flavourful clams with no fishy taste). The chef Mr Zul even came out personally to explain the dish. We saved dessert for the Ocean View Lounge, where Izzat served us cake and complimentary coffee. The coordination across departments was impressive. Second Stay & Family Time For our second subsequent booking, the hotel prepared one of the Deluxe Ocean View Double Queen rooms early. A porter moved all our luggage so we could relax comfortably. The kids loved the pool, organised activities, playground, and kids’ club. The Deluxe rooms were spacious, though the sliding door sensor was overly sensitive compared to our Premier room. We enjoyed stepping out for affordable local food just across the street or into bustling Chenang. Breakfast was peaceful when we went early (7–8 am). This is one of the most detailed reviews I’ve ever written, but Parkroyal Langkawi genuinely earned it. From the warm Malaysian hospitality and constant smiles to the thoughtful service touches, every staff member helped create wonderful memories. It was the perfect relaxing end to our Malaysia trip — money very well spent. We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire team!"

"Such great attitude from the moment you enter until check out. I loved this hotel and actually wish I had come back to spend the rest of my trip here, I am not much of a nature girl, but I needed to relax, so it was pleasant to stay somewhere where gekos can’t get into your room. The room was spacious and elegant, loved the Jo Malone products they smelled good. The bath and shower was clean and this a rare thing to find in Malaysia, I felt so comfortable staying here. The bed soft for a good nights rest after laying in the heat by the pool. I’ve read a lot of reviews complaining about the location, but it was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of towns. Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the music played by the pianist. I also enjoyed the little treats brought pool side for us to enjoy. I read a lot of books and had a lazy time, all the staff was lovely and pleasant. The only downside is that the pool closes at 7 pm, the weather is still hot into the night and a night swim is perfect. The beach is good to swim and perfect sunset pics can be taken on the white sandy beach. It was a lovely stay, thank you for welcoming me as a solo traveler a safe and comfortable resting place."

"The Rainforest Corner Room cost over 11,500 for two nights, which is worse than a 2.3k hotel in China. The service and everything else were just mediocre. Many hotels in Sanya totally outperform this one. I didn't experience any good service at all. I even extended my stay for two more nights, and in the new room I moved into, the cleaning staff just took all my snacks. I was hungry at 4 or 5 AM and had nothing to eat. That was absolutely speechless; I don't know what the staff was doing. The 24-hour room service food wasn't great for the three days I ordered it; the selection was pitifully small. The only upside was the oxygen machine, and the room decor was okay. Just very average, average, average."

"We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Langkawi! The staff were warm, friendly, and always so attentive and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The resort is spotless and beautifully maintained, with comfortable lounge chairs by the pool that are perfect for relaxing. The hotel backs right onto a stunning private beach, offering amazing views across the ocean. We even had some cute monkey visitors around the grounds (they are very friendly too), which made our stay even more memorable! The hotel is a bit further away from the popular tourist places like Pantai Cenang and the north of the island, but there is plenty of taxi service around and at very good rates. I would highly recommend The Westin for anyone visiting Langkawi."
