Hotéis 5-Star em Henan, China

The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

This lovely hotel is as close as you can get to the Longmen Grottoes! Walk or take the hotel shuttle down the hill, and the river and grottoes are in front of you! Our room had great beds, 2 kinds of pillows (I love the buckwheat pillow, my friend prefers the regular pillow), cool air conditioning (it's hot in July), & excellent, powerful shower with high quality shampoo, etc. Although our Chinese language skills are poor, the staff were patient, helpful, & highly service-oriented, using apps to communicate with us. They explained the finer details of getting tickets to the grottoes & moving around the area. The extensive breakfast buffet was terrific, with a huge range of choices to satisfy all palates--I prefer Chinese breakfast foods, my friend prefers Western style breakfast. Both of us were full and happy, ready to climb all the stairs at the grottoes. It is necessary to mention the dinner restaurant at Dong Shang Hotel. It was excellent. Eggplant=100% fantastic! Cilantro salad=100% wow! I recommend their dinner restaurant even if you are not staying at their hotel.

Esta foi a segunda vez que me hospedei neste hotel e parece que não será a última. O hotel está idealmente localizado no coração do distrito comercial central, com todos os seus restaurantes, parques e acesso ao lago Ruyi, além de fácil acesso ao transporte público – você pode pegar o metrô para qualquer área da cidade, bem como para o aeroporto ou ambas as estações ferroviárias. Excelente serviço na recepção e nos quartos, uma boa seleção de pratos para o café da manhã e, claro, vistas deslumbrantes das janelas.

Eu originalmente reservava alguns dias, MAS um novo Plano logo após chegar Ao hotel significava que EU teria que sair Da manhã seguinte.Quando EU informou o hotel, o pessoal era muito amigável, suportável e muito acomodante. A minha inscrição também era fácil, e a minha estadia não era nenhuma barreira, e a manhã seguinte, o pessoal me ajudou a chegar a um táxi à estação de trem. Eu teria gostado de ficar por alguns dias porque, além do grande serviço, a sala era um valor de ponta. Uma cama amigável, um banho e um corredor de banho bem projetados, e um chuveiro separado (se EU precisasse dele), Mais cadeiras confortáveis e um desperdício útil.Em breve, UMA Alta sala, e a um Grande preço. Se EU tive sorte de Voltar para Anyang, EU vou ficar aqui.

Após desembarcar na Estação Ferroviária Leste de Zhengzhou, há ônibus da Didi disponíveis no estacionamento P5. Nossa família de três pessoas pegou um Didi, que custou 9 yuans, incluindo pedágios, e cerca de 77 yuans em contas de telefone. Era um pouco longe. O hotel era bem grande e bem decorado. Havia muitos funcionários no saguão, mas apenas uma pessoa cuidava do check-in. Era preciso escanear um código QR para fazer o check-in e, para cada hóspede, tirar fotos do documento de identidade e fazer o reconhecimento facial. Essa experiência não foi das melhores. Muitos funcionários nos cumprimentaram educadamente, mas o check-in era feito por autoatendimento. Os quartos eram geralmente bons e o café da manhã era razoável. Não havia girafas para alimentar no inverno. O hotel tem um mini-trem para o Zoológico de Yinji, o que é conveniente. Não conseguimos um táxi para jantar à noite, então pegamos um pequeno bonde elétrico. Há ônibus da Didi disponíveis para retornar à cidade de Zhengzhou pela manhã.

O hotel está decorado com um toque Muito elegante, Muito perto Da área de paisagem, e está a pé Cinco minutos.O pequeno-almoço de auto-suicídio é Rico, OS alimentos são frescos e OS alimentos são Muito satisfeitos.As instalações do quarto estão completas e a qualidade DOS bens é Muito boa!A sala também está preparada para frutas, a estadia e a saída do loja têm um excelente presente de acompanhamento. O serviço é Muito cuidadoso.A experiência de estadia é Muito boa!

清晨一抹陽光照進來，為啥酒店圈有鄙視鏈，國際連號看不上國內連號，國際連號的度假型酒店又看不上它們體系城市的商旅型酒店。大部份來開封的遊客都是為景點而來，酒店衹是解決下車睡覺，洗澡的功能，從上一站洛陽希爾頓格芮精選，我是因為酒店去洛陽，到這一站開封西湖雅高瑞享，也是因為這個原因，再到下一站的襄陽洲際，同樣的原因。這三天在瑞享房間站在窗前，看到就是藍天，白雲，清澈的湖水，心情豁然開朗，找到一個天時，地理，人和都具備的度假型酒店，真的可以調節人的心情，提升人的審美段位。國內所謂的這景點，那景點，這一線城市，那一線城市，我都去的夠夠的，如果不是每年寒暑假帶着孩子出外旅居增長見識，我早把全國地圖最後一塊雲貴拼完了。瑞享的西湖宴想多説幾句，裝修，私密性，服務人員的形象和素質真的具備黑珍珠的底子，我這幾個月在全國瞎逛，不光是住這樣，那樣的國際連號或者國內連號，同樣也是美食探索學習之旅，從最北邊的齊齊哈爾龍江A5和牛肋眼和西冷，到北京王府井喜悦商場樓上的大董烤鴨的22天小雛鴨，到上海的梅隴鎮酒家，到武漢光谷的曲水蘭亭，湖錦酒樓，武漢天地的丹青宴，到南昌的春天來了，到長沙的新長福，到廈門的宴遇福建菜薈，到廣州的炳勝公館，到洛陽的真不同，最後到開封雅高瑞享的西湖宴。西湖宴的菜品還有潛力繼續挖掘的空間，希望西湖宴早日成為開封第一家黑珍珠授牌的餐廳，祝願客房的房價賣個好價格，每天天天滿房，讓滿房成為日常。最後喊話攜程，把雅高瑞享的名次多抬高，多曝光，多推薦，你們可以派專員實地看看，是不是像我這三天評論如實描述。

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to a national holiday but otherwise all good.

房間夠大，設施還比較新，有窗通風，打掃及時，每天送水果，服務響應快，服務細節上感受到很關注客户體驗，比如，浴室有易滑換鞋提示，房卡和客房有Wi-Fi密碼提示，不用問前台了。大堂寬敞明亮，禮賓，前台，餐廳服務都很主動熱情友善。地下地上都有停車場免費。位置優越，去胖東來時代、天使、博物館，曹魏古城都是起步價。早餐品種還行，需要改進的就是炒菜不夠熱，還有過了8.30飯菜基本不再補充了，感覺在吃剩菜，早餐時間到9.30。
