The Hyatt is the best Hotel in LanZhou. Not only because of zero distance to the yellow river, but guest services.  Because the guest room was not available, and we needed to visit provincial museums first, I’ve got guidance for luggage storage, provided local cuisine, tourist places, and reserved us a higher floor Guest room. Then we enjoyed our provincial museum, delicious local food, then we enjoyed the gorgeous view of lunch and the yellow river from the guestroom. I would definitely choose Hyatt again. And I appreciate Rita who provided very warm professional help for us! By the way, the breakfasts are very enjoyable with local special offers.

Normalmente não me importo de deixar comentários, mas a nossa estadia era tão agradável que me senti forçada a compartilhar.O meu marido e eu realmente gostávamos todas as cinco noites aqui. A experiência é absolutamente com o nome de Sheraton e o pessoal continuou a sair do caminho para ajudar com tudo o que precisamos, especialmente o concierge, que era excepcionalmente pensante e atento. Foi agradável surpreender-nos por encontrar um humidificador no quarto, um toque considerável para UMA Cidade deserta com ar seco. O pequeno-almoço foi outro foco, com uma grande difusão, incluindo panquecas e waffles, que realmente apreciamos como viajantes internacionais. A localização também é muito conveniente, apenas um 10-minute condução para as Grottoes de Mogao.Em geral, uma estadia muito confortável com grande comida sem a necessidade de sair do hotel para jantar. After half a month of traveling, this is by far the most comfortable place I've stayed. The decor has its own unique style, not like those generic hotels you see everywhere. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the lighting and little trinkets. Plus, all the amenities work perfectly and are super convenient – everything you need is there. The shower has great water pressure, the hairdryer is effective, and the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and bright. It's perfect whether you're relaxing in or heading out to explore. For this price, getting all these perks is truly amazing value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next summer.

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

The Sheraton Lanzhou Hotel located in Anning District is a popular choice and convenient for visitors to Lanzhou. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent service and delicious dining options that stood out to you during my stay. Will come back to the Sheraton Lanzhou Anning again next time when I visit Lanzhou.

這次入住體驗超出預期，整體環境清幽雅緻，被綠植和自然景色包圍，一進來就覺得特別放鬆。房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，視野很好，推開窗就能感受到清新空氣，晚上特別安靜，睡得很安穩。公共區域打理得很用心，散步、拍照都很出片，很適合遠離城市喧囂、放鬆身心。無論是家庭出遊、朋友小聚還是獨自靜養都很合適，性價比高，體驗感很棒，下次度假還會再來！

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Lanzhou City Centre. Many thanks to front office staff, Debbie who attended to us warmly and responsively. The hotel's location was good and the check-in was very fast. Our high-floor room was clean and comfortable, the best is, choice of pillows is granted. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise view of the city from our window. A point to note, the room window can only be unlocked by staff for cooler air flow as the central heating system is in operation for the current winter season. We also loved the fragrant of the toiletries. Buffet breakfast spread was tasty and varied. We spent a relaxing time enjoying our breakfast slowly.
