Hotéis 5-Star em Jiangsu, China

Já me hospedei em muitos hotéis cinco estrelas, mas minha experiência no Pan Pacific Suzhou Wu Palace Hotel merece uma avaliação especial. Primeiramente, o próprio hotel é como um jardim clássico, com pavilhões, terraços, pontes e água corrente — cada passo revela uma nova paisagem, em perfeita harmonia com o charme ancestral de Suzhou. Olhando do lobby, a combinação de grandiosidade e elegância me fez sentir imediatamente que havia escolhido o lugar certo. Mas o que mais quero elogiar desta vez é a cordialidade das pessoas — o atendimento da Elena na recepção. O check-in foi à noite e eu estava bastante cansado. O sorriso da Elena era genuíno, sem qualquer artificialidade. Depois de concluir o check-in de forma rápida e eficiente, ela percebeu nosso cansaço e, proativamente e com atenção aos detalhes, nos apresentou as instalações especiais do hotel, os horários do café da manhã e os melhores lugares para tirar fotos no jardim. Ainda mais atenciosa, com base nas informações do nosso check-in, ela nos lembrou que o tempo estaria mais frio no dia seguinte e que deveríamos levar um agasalho extra para sair. Essa atenção aos detalhes me fez sentir não apenas hospedado em um hotel, mas sendo recebido calorosamente por um amigo.

Despite being here for a kids' football tournament, our whole family (dog included!) enjoyed a perfectly relaxing stay. The staff were all incredibly kind and attentive, responding promptly to every request. The service was exceptional at every point—the restaurant, reception, and pool. A truly outstanding experience. The location is excellent, surrounded by a great mix of convenience stores and restaurants. Venturing just a little further, you discover lovely streets brimming with the warm, lively vibe of local suzhou spots. We also found the information pamphlet in the room very helpful. I’ll definitely visit here again :)

Yangzhou State Guesthouse is located within a sprawling area where many of the facilities are within walking distance. It is like staying in a holiday resort. You can either walk to the different facilities or take the buggy provided. The Slender West Lake (瘦西湖） is just beside the Guesthouse and is definitely worth a visit both during the day and in the evening. A bit too hot to visit in the summer, but it will be nice during spring and/or autumn.

After long journey , I could sleep very very well in the Sofitel in Lianyuangang. The front was very kindly and gentle in all the aspect. Location was great with amazing breakfast, also just hotel downstairs has the Starbucks. .in Lianyuangang , Sofitel will be my favourite hotel to staying.

Minha estadia no Jinling Hotel superou em muito as minhas expectativas e merece uma avaliação perfeita! A limpeza do hotel era realmente de tirar o fôlego. Da cama ao banheiro, tudo estava impecável, até os cantos estavam impecavelmente arrumados. O ar estava inodoro, com apenas uma sensação leve e fresca, tornando minha estadia incrivelmente reconfortante. A conveniência também foi excelente, com todas as comodidades possíveis no quarto, desde uma chaleira a tomadas, até detalhes atenciosos como post-its e chinelos. Não precisei me preocupar com nada e me senti completamente em casa. O que mais me impressionou foi o serviço — eles foram realmente receptivos. Especialmente o CC, a linha direta VIP, que sempre respondeu prontamente a qualquer solicitação ou consulta de quarto, com uma atitude calorosa e profissional. Do check-in ao check-out, fui meticulosamente atendido. Com sua limpeza, conforto e conveniência, aliados a um serviço impecável, o Jinling Hotel é definitivamente minha melhor escolha para quem visita Nanquim e agora está na minha lista de ”lugares para ficar”!

Best hotel service throughout my trip in China this time! Hotel staff are really attentive, friendly and helpful. They patiently answered my questions, helped me carry my luggage to the room, helped us book a grand canal boat trip (near the Confucius Temple) and drove us to the location and waited until we finish the boat trip and drove us back to the hotel. No telephone in the room, so make sure to add the hotel wechat to communicate with staff. They also helped me visit a silk mini museum/factory/store, since I wanted to buy a silk quilt (again they drove me to location, waited, and drove me back to hotel). Very happy, since I successfully bought a 5 pounds-weight silk quilt (equal to 2.5 kg of silk) for a good price! I've tried the silk quilt at home, very soft and comfortable, and had a very good night sleep. In front of the hotel there is a road construction (government project), so when I left for airport, staff again drove me to the main street and waited until my didi car arrived. As you can see in the picture, the hotel is really pretty. It was converted from a historical mansion. The hotel is next to pingjiang road, so don't be surprised if in the afternoon there are street photoshoots (girls in hanfu and photographer) in front of the hotel. Bed was comfortable, and there is a wide sofa next to the window. The room is equipped with coffee machine, and there is an air purifying machine so you can drink water from the machine (can be set for warm, cold, or hot water). There is a mini refrigerator with beverages, mostly free for drink (milk, soda, water), while for beers need to purchase. They also gave a welcome fruit and biscuits in a basket. The room key was very pretty. Bathroom was divided into 3 parts (WC, wash basin, shower room) and also really pretty. When I left, they still gave me a packet of souvenir containing Suzhou's snack (nut, preserved fruit, biscuit, etc). For breakfast, staff will ask your preference (chinese or western style). I chose chinese style and they provided noodle, pork, etc. Very delicious! Staying in pingjiang road is very convenient. Many attractions are in walking distance (from several meters to 2 km), such as pipayu performance, kunqu museum, humble administrator's garden, etc. Many performances nearby in the afternoon and evening that you can choose. Overall I really in enjoy my stay in this hotel. Will stay here again if I visit Suzhou in the future. Thank you!

O quarto é espaçoso e tem uma vista fantástica da cidade, mas está bastante deteriorado. A porta do banheiro estava bamba e os rodízios não estavam lubrificados, fazendo um ruído ao ser puxada. O chão estava um pouco sujo. O sabonete líquido não foi reposto. No segundo dia de estadia, o sabonete acabou e tivemos que usar nosso próprio sabonete corporal para lavar as mãos. O café da manhã era oferecido. Havia bastante variedade, mas alguns itens estavam frios. Não tenho certeza se o aquecedor de alimentos estava ligado. As toalhas de mesa estavam sujas e manchadas, mas os funcionários ainda assim arrumaram as mesas para os próximos hóspedes. Tirei uma foto de uma das mesas. Além disso, um dos pratos tinha a tradução para o inglês errada. Deveria ser chamado de Roti Prata/Canai ou Pão Indiano, em vez de Parapet Indiano. Parapet é parte de uma parede. O serviço da recepção poderia ser melhor. Entendo que estava movimentado no momento do check-in, mas pelo menos informações básicas como horário de check-out, local do café da manhã e horário de funcionamento deveriam ser informadas aos hóspedes. Agradecemos a ajuda do concierge ao aceitar nossos pedidos online antes do check-in, embora tenha havido alguns contratempos. No entanto, a atitude do concierge poderia ser melhorada. Fiquei surpreso quando um dos funcionários falou comigo como se eu fosse um amigo. Ele demonstrou falta de profissionalismo e deveria ser mais educado ao falar com os hóspedes, independentemente de sua origem. No dia do check-out, solicitamos o serviço de transporte de bagagem, pois tínhamos muitas malas e estávamos com poucos funcionários. Esperamos por cerca de 15 minutos e ninguém apareceu! Nosso motorista chegou mais cedo e já estava esperando lá embaixo. Frustrados, descemos a bagagem nós mesmos, lentamente. Em resumo, senti que há falta de funcionários neste hotel, o que tornou a experiência bastante desagradável. Não acredito que esse seja o padrão da rede Sofitel e espero que seja um problema isolado deste hotel em particular.

The hotel's decor is elegant and unique, with meticulous attention to detail in everything from the water purification system to the bathroom design. Both seniors and children loved the terrace view. A special thank you to Leo and the other staff for their warm hospitality; they even helped us retrieve an item we accidentally left behind. Leo is a super thoughtful guy, 100% recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay, and the location truly couldn’t be better. Everything was perfect. The room was cozy, with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower facilities, fully meeting the high standards expected from an IHG hotel. The terrace offers a stunning panoramic view overlooking the entire city and the subway station is just a few steps away, making transportation extremely convenient. Special thanks to 小谢 for her outstanding assistance throughout our stay, as well as to the gentleman who kindly guided us during breakfast in the executive lounge.

O Crowne Plaza Zhongyin é um dos hotéis com a melhor paisagem, serviço, comida e instalações que já me hospedei. A experiência de check-in é bastante satisfatória e me sinto como se estivesse em casa. Sou especialmente grato a Amy' , Elaine, Layla e Alisa pela comunicação e recepção. Muito capazes e gentis, meus pais e familiares me elogiaram. Acontece que era meu aniversário no dia em que fiz o check-in. Eles decoraram cuidadosamente o quarto e prepararam um delicioso chá da tarde e bolo de aniversário 🎂. Eles também fizeram upgrade para um quarto com vista para o lago. Muito obrigado! Da próxima vez que vier a Suzhou, a minha primeira escolha é o Crowne Plaza Zhongyin.Vale a pena ficar novamente.
