Adoramos nossa estadia! 🌴 A equipe foi muito acolhedora e tudo estava perfeitamente organizado. A piscina infinita com vista para o mar era absolutamente deslumbrante, e a música ao vivo à noite criou uma atmosfera mágica. Um lugar maravilhoso para relaxar, tudo foi simplesmente perfeito! 💫

正如司機所說 這是夏威夷最好的飯店 來這之前我們去了大島希爾頓 回到歐胡島入住Holiday inn 沒有比較沒有傷害 服務品質真的是差太多了 這兩間飯店都等到六點才能入住 在這可以感受到所有服務人員的熱情 知道我們來蜜月 我們提早到房間也馬上安排 所有的服務都如此細心 也推薦飯店La Mer的法國餐 吹著海風 看著月光下的椰子樹 享受頂級的服務和餐點 想必讓你一生難忘 下次來夏威夷 我還是會住這裡 因為一切都太完美✌️

首先誇一下攜程的客服。入住當天到了酒店説訂單沒有收到，聯繫了攜程客服在30分鐘以內就解決了，當時國內應該是凌晨，真的很感謝客服的速度。 酒店的話就是比較新，訂的海景房景色很不錯。然後前台還是很友好的，有什麼問題都可以很快解決。航班是當地時間早上到的，但馬上就給入住了，還主動幫忙積了萬豪的分。 最大的問題是Housekeeping。入住當天就感覺床單不是新的，在床尾可以看到一點點鞋印和頭髮。但當天實在太累了就沒有管。第二天打算泡澡的時候發現浴缸壁上都是泥，很明顯就沒有擦過。 在打掃阿姨進來的時候要求了換床單和擦浴缸。老太太告訴我説換床單要和前台申請。於是出門的時候又和前台説了床單和浴缸的事，但前台的反應明顯就是打掃的人應該要自動換床單。。。然後晚上回來以後發現床單是換過了，但浴缸還是沒有打掃！！！可能因為我前晚自己稍微擦了一下，打掃的人就覺得乾淨了。結果我回房間的時候就發現浴缸裏還是我早上掉的頭髮。小費的話放了5刀。但説實話你房間給我的就不乾淨，憑什麼拿更多小費呢？ 其他一些小問題就是淋浴水壓不行。然後可能因為環保的原因，房間裏沒有送礦泉水，除了兩片化粧棉也沒有其他的用品。但浴衣和拖鞋可以打電話問前台免費要。 酒店剛開不到一年，感覺維護很一般。充其量就是一個商務酒店。如果是度假，除去堵車的問題，還是推薦住到威基基那邊去。

This was the best value hotel we stayed at during our stay (we also stayed at Hawaiian Village and Aulani). Location, quality of service and amenities. Had enough to keep kids entertained without being as overwhelmingly busy at Hilton. Enough space to relax, the onsite beach is small but always empty. Fitness centre is big. Only issue was wifi connectivity - lacked solid connection in either the room or generally around the resort however the hotel kindly gave us a portable device for free which helped somewhat. Highlights included kids cinema and movie, pool tables and other free games and walking distance from downtown with some of the best restaurants (highly advised to book ahead).

Consider it a happy little accident. I had missed my flight home because of the Pearl Harbor Memorial Day Parade and was stuck an extra day on Oahu. I looked to see what was the cheapest hotel room available and the Ka La’i popped up which surprised me. Booked the room quick because the Honolulu Marathon was the following day and almost every hotel was sold out. I got an ocean view suite with a King bed as my room and loved it. Bathroom was amazing, bed was super comfortable and overall the suite was spacious. Although it had a kitchen it didn’t have a dedicated dining table, even a small one. Only thing in the sitting area was a glass coffee table that was long enough for my needs of just a late night pizza dinner. Staff was helpful and even as I was checking out, I casually asked if I could tour the Penthouse suite because I had always wanted to book it. The 2 front desk workers escorted me to the Penthouse and gave me a little tour. It was impressive. Definitely would stay there again soon.

Cheguei um pouco cedo, MAS eles ficaram cedo e beberam UMA bebida de boas-vindas. O recepcionamento é Muito bom, há muitas pessoas que Falam japoneses. O quarto de quarto duplo é Muito confortável. Depois de sair Da casa, descobri que esqueci algo. Obrigado por o encontrar. Quero ficar novamente.

Eu disse a eles que era o aniversário de casamento dos meus pais, e eles me deram champanhe de boas-vindas e morangos com chocolate como um presente de feliz aniversário. Também pedi toalhas e água, e elas me foram trazidas imediatamente. Fiz a aula de ioga das 6h30 sozinha duas vezes porque não havia participantes. Custou US$ 20 a mais, mas valeu a pena. Quero voltar na próxima vez.

Você Pode desfrutar Da bela vista do mar do quarto ou do balcão.Todo o pessoal nos saudou calorosamente com ”Aloha”.Perdi acidentalmente OS óculos de sol no meu caminho de volta para o quarto. No dia seguinte, inesperadamente, EU voltei com OS óculos do sol quando fui perguntar o despacho frontal.É tão feliz e feliz ficar aqui!

The ambiance at check in was very nice, since it is a fancy hotel, but it had a lot of historical features, items and artwork. The place kind of felt more like a nursing home in that it was a bit old fashioned, but the engraved doors, beautiful room setup and professional attitude of the staff was a refreshing experience overall.

何度も訪れている場所ですが、 やはりとても素晴らしい！ ただ以前は日本人向けのカウンターがあったのが、 なくなっていて残念ですが、 マウイ島No.1ホテルだと今でも改めて思います。 お写真はホテル内にはほとんどなく、 クラブラウンジかもしくはゴルフ場隣接のレストランに。
