日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で行けば5つ星、世界基準で考えたら3つ星、だから、4つ星にしました。料金に対しての価値は十分です。2025年現在、アジアの街でもこの価格でこのクオリティが得られるホテルは、少ないと思います。ラグジュアリーさはありませんが、日本人の感覚で全く問題のないホテルです。
オーナーのスラブさんは、本当に働き者で親切です。他のスタッフは異なりますが、オーナーのコントロールで全てが成立している印象です。
町から少し離れますが、歩けます。空港に向かう道で不便ではないです。バス停の目の前、真横にスーパーマーケット、道路を渡って左に行くと美味しいパン屋さんがあります。
水道水は、飲めます。フロントにウォーターサーバーがあります。
アイロンはないです。洗濯は、16:00までにお願いすれば、GEL 20/1袋でクリーニングに出してくれるそうです。
朝食は、09:00~11:00。EXCURSIONで出発が早い時と深夜の空港に向かう時には、BOXを作ってくれました。
私達は、初めての日本人宿泊者だそうです。日本人の観光客が少ない街だそうですが、クタイシを訪れるなら、このホテルをオススメします。満足感のある滞在でした。

As an international chain hotel, the breakfast was quite ordinary. There wasn't much variety and the area was crowded. What I found really hard to understand was having to pay extra for ordered items, especially considering how expensive one night here is.

驅車來到美麗的庫塔伊西，酒店不大，服務很好，沒有停車場，服務人員會幫你指定停在酒店旁路邊，房間不大但很乾凈，早餐不算豐富，但吃的很舒服，服務很好，酒店位置特別好，就在噴泉附近，一個慢生活的小城市，一個特別適合city walk的小城，非常喜歡。

Pensjonat położony w cichej ,bocznej uliczce Kutaisi, ,jednak blisko centrum, spokojnie w zasięgu spaceru. Kompletne wyposażenie, czysto i schludnie. Bardzo uczynny gospodarz-
-dobrze doradzi, zorganizuje wycieczkę i pomoże w załatwieniu różnych spraw, jak wydruk biletu na samolot, zakup karty SIM, ale też ma się przekonanie, że nie zostawiłby gościa samemu sobie w poważniejszej potrzebie, po prostu widać, że mu zależy, ma czas i indywidualne podejście doi każdego.
Poza tym obiekt jest bardzo elastycznie zorientowany, pobyt zadowoli zarówno pojedynczego turystę, rodzinę z dziećmi, jak i kilkunastoosobową grupę przyjaciół.

Провели прекрасные два дня в этом отеле. Жили в центральном корпусе, номера чистые, удобные кровати, есть диван, столик, холодильник, чайник, стаканы, чай/кофе. Чистая бутылизированная вода для каждого гостя. Вся сантехника исправно работает. Завтраки проходят в ресторане на 1 этаже, каждый сможет найти для себя что-то вкусное. Очень красивая территория отеля, есть зоны отдыха с гамаками и качелями, выход к реке. Игровая зона для малышей. Несколько бассейнов, сауна и хамам.
В бассейн так же приходят гости ”из вне”, поэтому народу много до самого вечера. Хотя, возможно у нас так было, из-за выходных дней.
Ужинали на территории отеля, в ресторане в виде квеври, готовят быстро, вкусно.
В общем, остались довольны местом на 100%.

Гостеприимный хозяин, ухожена территория. Два бассейна детский и большой. На территории множество качелей, ландшафтный дизайн. В номере был джакузи, в рабочем состоянии: бурлилка, подсветка.
Расположение на окраине города, но такси по 4-6 лари решало вопрос.единственно, что огорчало : поломка на линии и полдня не было электричество, но данный инцидент не испортил общего положительного впечатления.

What a really good experience we had in the hotel. The staff there so friendly and couldn’t do enough to look after you. Will definitely stay here again if my wife and myself return to Kutaisi

GGuest UserThe guesthouse is located in a quiet side street of Kutaisi, but close to the center, within walking distance. Complete equipment, clean and tidy. Very helpful host - he will advise you well, organize a trip and help you with various matters, such as printing a plane ticket, buying a SIM card, but you also have the conviction that he would not leave a guest alone in a more serious need, you can simply see that he cares, has time and an individual approach to everyone. In addition, the facility is very flexible, the stay will satisfy both a single tourist, a family with children, and a group of a dozen or so friends.

OOrdevGreat place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

The front desk is on the first floor, and the hotel room is on the highest floor, among which are residential houses, which are not connected.
The balcony overlooks the entire city, the restaurant has a very good view and can see the church on the mountain. The room will be a little sound when the wind is strong. The room is clean, the toilet is clean, the basic facilities are available, and the breakfast is good. As a transit hotel for one night, the overall is OK.

YYui-If you compare it to a Japanese business hotel, it's 5 stars. By global standards, it's 3 stars. So, I rated it 4 stars. The value for money is excellent. As of 2025, I doubt there are many hotels in Asian cities that offer this quality for this price. It's not luxurious, but for someone with Japanese sensibilities, it's a perfectly fine hotel.
The owner, Slab, is incredibly hardworking and kind. While other staff members vary, it feels like everything runs smoothly under the owner's control.
It's a bit out of town, but within walking distance. It's also conveniently located on the way to the airport. There's a bus stop right in front, a supermarket next door, and if you cross the road and go left, you'll find a delicious bakery.
The tap water is drinkable, and there's a water cooler at the front desk.
There's no iron available. For laundry, if you request it before 4 PM, they'll send it out for cleaning for GEL 20 per bag.
Breakfast is from 9 AM to 11 AM. When we had early excursions or late-night flights to the airport, they kindly prepared breakfast boxes for us.
Apparently, we were their first Japanese guests. While Kutaisi may not see many Japanese tourists, if you're visiting the city, I highly recommend this hotel. We had a very satisfying stay.

GGuest UserI often stay at high-level hotels around the world and I can say confidently: This hotel in Kutaisi meets the highest premium standards. Space, design, light and air here create an atmosphere of calm elegantness, where you feel in harmony and comfort. Each detail is designed so that the rest is not just convenient, but inspiring.
I would especially like to note the work of the resepshen, namely Nino. His smile, attention and sincere willingness to help made my stay really warm and perfect. The settlement passed quickly and easily, my wishes were taken into account, and I got a magnificent room with the view of the mountains ideal place for rest and restoration of forces.
I also want to thank the waiter at the Guri restaurant for the attention and sensitivity that made every meal a special one. And I thank the manager of the Lane Hotel, whose participation and care made my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
It is such people who create the same aurora of the premium hotel when you feel like a valuable guest.

NNatia IlinaWe spent two wonderful days in this hotel. We lived in the central building, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there is a sofa, table, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, tea/coffee. Clean bottled water for each guest. All plumbing works properly. Breakfasts are served in the restaurant on the 1st floor, everyone can find something tasty for themselves. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, there are recreation areas with hammocks and swings, access to the river. Play area for kids. Several swimming pools, sauna and hamam.
Guests ”from outside” also come to the pool, so there are a lot of people until the evening. Although, perhaps it was like that for us, because of the weekend.
We had dinner on the hotel grounds, in a restaurant in the form of a kvevri, they cook quickly, deliciously.
In general, we were 100% satisfied with the place.
