Conveniently located, with the Line 2 and 6 subway stations just about 100 meters downstairs. I stayed here for all my days in Xi'an. The room was clean and the service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Since the original room was a bit small and inconvenient with a child, the front desk attendant upgraded us to a deluxe twin room with a sofa. We had a very comfortable stay these past few days, thumbs up!

We have had an amazing time at floral hotel! Our room has a perfect view of the mountains, the food cooked downstairs was absolutely incredible after our mountain exploring. It is only a few minutes drive from the tourist centre (where buses to both cable car lower stations go from) and 10minutes to the train station (huashanbei). We were given free lifts to all of these by our hosts which was incredibly kind and helpful, making a very easy stay! The hosts and family were so kind, it felt like staying at home!

A uma curta distância a pé da Torre do Sino, da Rua Huiming, da Grande Mesquita e de outras atrações, através de uma passarela subterrânea para pedestres. Nas proximidades, também há ônibus direto para o Guerreiro de Terracota por RMB 49. Em frente ao hotel, há uma cerejeira que estava em plena floração durante a nossa estadia, um dia de sorte.

酒店緊鄰高鐵站，周邊前進路夜市,步行可達,吃飯購物方便，有免費停車場,自駕方便，前台會主動協助指引停車位置。酒店設施齊全,有自助洗衣房、烘乾機。房間衞生狀況良好，酒店大堂及公共區域整潔明亮,很有氛圍感。

We chose to book this hotel due to the positive reviews. The free services (pick-up and drop-off) made everything seem sweeter. When we dropped off at Huashanbei Railway Station, the boss messaged me that the car was waiting for us. True enough, we spotted the car easily. The boss even helped to put our luggage in the car. Throughout the short journey to the hotel, communication was hard because we do not speak Mandarin and he does not speak English. When we reached, we were brought to a front desk where we were charged for our next day trip to Mount Hua. The lady at the front desk quickly checked us in, gave us the room card & booked our tickets. The boss then brought us to our room (about 50m walk from the front desk) and showed us the amenities. The hotel on the outside does not look too outstanding. But on the inside, EVERYTHING is wonderful. We got room 8201 with a huge window facing the small lane. No privacy is not a problem as we get to see locals doing their daily life. As we are Muslims, the boss suggested a Muslim restaurant nearby. We did not go due to being too tired. The next day, our journey to Mount Hua was seamless. Everything was arranged, we were dropped off at the bus area and they explained to us clearly. They even waited for us to have our breakfast first before dropping us. We are so happy with the service, watching the locals quietly go on with their lives, that we decided to extend one more night. Extending is easy because there is a vacancy for the room we are in. And changing our train tickets is easy too. We are now typing out this review in front of the big window, relaxing. We love and enjoy everything about the hotel. The good & efficient service, the clean & warm room, the clean toilet with bidet, the clean bathroom with 24 hours hot water to shower, the wash basin with lighted mirror, the beautiful view we get for this room. So much love. Too much that we are sad we have to go back to Xi'an tomorrow. Highly recommended. Will be booking this hotel when we decide to hike Mount Hua again. Thank you so much for everything you & your staff have done for us during our stay. We really appreciate it and will remember this sweet moment for the rest of our lives.

Obrigado ao garçom Liu Minle por seu serviço meticuloso e atencioso. Ele limpou o quarto, limpou a poeira de nossas malas e dobrou nossas roupas para nós. Quando voltamos para o quarto e vimos isso, me senti muito feliz. Obrigado!

Quiet and well equipped room with a very beautiful view. Not too hard matresses, we slept very well. Free laundry. Very nice owners family, service is wonderful. The daughter was learning English. I suggest she keeps doing so as this would be a massive competitive advantage. Great free shuttle service. Good food. The only remark I would make, as I already told them, is to build a door to separate the smokers quarters from the non-smoking bedrooms, as the smell is very annoying notably for foreign visitors. However, giving 10 as we would come back for sure!

體驗獨特晉陝風情的自駕遊, 來到了史聖故里韓城；去了古城 累了感覺是本地老牌酒店 就下單了 環境：離古城不遠, 寬敞主路邊 吃的方便 房間視野不錯 衞生：大致上收拾不錯, 可惜浴缸地漏有點味道出來 設施：比較有年代了 建議衞生間可以翻修 ； 停車場很不錯 服務：大堂很氣派, 但是接待人員服務響應辦理效率感覺比實際年齡多不止10歲 需加油 整體總結, 如果在韓城安排個三天二夜含周邊, 這仍是一間值得考慮的酒店

Os quartos são suficientemente espaçosos e a localização é próxima do aeroporto, sendo bastante conveniente para quem não quer se deslocar muito pouco antes do voo. No entanto, o serviço de transfer para o aeroporto não funciona como descrito no Trip.com. Em vez de um serviço direto que não precisa ser reservado com antecedência, apenas transfers em determinados horários estão disponíveis, sendo o primeiro apenas às 4h30. Como tínhamos um voo muito cedo, foi estressante e bastante arriscado chegar ao aeroporto em cima da hora. Além disso, encontrar cabelos de hóspedes anteriores ou da equipe de limpeza no quarto e no banheiro foi bastante desagradável. Portas e alarmes muito barulhentos nos acordaram a noite toda. Os detectores de fumaça na recepção obviamente não funcionam, já que muitas pessoas fumam ao lado da recepção, bem embaixo deles, e nada acontece. No geral, não nos sentimos bem-vindos aqui e certamente procuraremos uma opção melhor se precisarmos ficar perto deste aeroporto novamente.
