The location is good, but the room is very small and quite old, and it’s very noisy at night. The main issue I’m unhappy with is that they overcharged me by $61.91. I called the hotel, and they told me to contact Trip.com, but Trip.com doesn’t make it easy to reach customer service. I guess even if I manage to get in touch, they’ll probably tell me to contact the hotel again. Being pushed back and forth like this is really frustrating.

I used the spa at this location and will absolutely be going back as often as I can afford to! Sheila was friendly, professional, and kind and the rest of the staff were just as amazing. It honestly felt like entering into another world from the busy and. dirty streets of DTLA.

Great location, but as usual the gripe that destination fee wasn't disclosed. Good room size but right next to elevator despite specifically asking for something further away.

This a newly decorated hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is too small for me,it’s estimated to be 18 meters in length. The breakfast is simple and basic. The restaurant is comfortable and opens after breakfast serving coffee and some snack and fruits. The staff,named Mark L is very kind and renders very good services.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none. I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed. The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge. Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Fiquei Quatro noites para ver OS Dodgers, e a localização estava excelente perto do estádio e rodeado por muitos restaurantes e cafés. Embora a área não seja considerada a mais segura, o hotel e o seu ambiente imediato estavam bem iluminados e sentiam-se muito confortáveis.A sala estava limpa, o ginásio estava totalmente equipado, e eu gostaria de ficar de novo.

Pretty good location, downtown. However, a lot of homless around during day and night, a bit sketchy but overall, the service of the hotel is great.
