Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer.
We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

All perfect. Note 9.5. If you want to be note 10 you need to have a better blackout in the rooms because the balcony is super clear when the sun is born.
We had only one problem with the lock, because the card failed to open about three times and we had to return to the gateway.

Nice hotel near the airport with solid breakfast and amenities. If you don’t speak Portuguese, the staff is able to accommodate you in English. The TV only had less than half the channels listed on the guide which was odd.
This being Salvador, urban planning is a nightmare. Although the airport is very close, you have to drive a long ways in the wrong direction and circle back around to get to the airport. Be sure to plan accordingly.

The hotel is close to the airport (15min), there are great restaurants in the region, we recommend ”The Lôro Pedra do Sol”.
The staff at the hotel is excellent, congratulations!
Negative points are that the beach area next to the hotel is not preserved, people who frequently discharge waste inappropriately.
I recommend the hotel very much. It's beautiful and the service is wonderful!

L hôtel en lui même est bien , avec sur les photo vu sur la mer , mais plusieurs problèmes ont gâchés le séjours,
1 ère , la chambre 10 qui etait loin de la route , devrait être calme , mais tous les moteurs de Clim de l etage sont derrière cette chambre , donc nuit blanche .
On m a changé de chambre mais
2 eme , l hôtel avait précisé après ma réservation non annulable , qu il y avait des travaux à côté.. j ai demandé a changer d hotel , refusé.
mais ce ne sont pas de simple travaux, c est la construction d un immeuble attenant, avec 20 ouvriers ,du bruit de 7 h du matin à 16 h de l après midi

From the initial service of Catussaba resort I don't remember the name of the official, she, very friendly and gentle, served us super well... we arrived a little before the scheduled time and have already made us available from a room... as we were in 4 (one couple and two children) we expected the room to be ready to receive us... the bed sofa was unrecognized, we asked and soon more resolved... when I went to sleep in my bed I realized I had a screen of blood apparently and I went to watch well until Hair had... we called for the reception and asked him to exchange the bed copper for gentleness... when we returned to the room, I saw that the sleeve was no longer... apparently had changed, however, When I pulled the cover to sleep... I felt wrong because they had the job to turn the dirt copper bed...
Oh, we asked three times to change the control of one of the TV or to change the batteries... we left there without anyone having solved a so simple problem...
Another issue that is worth noting is that the hotel has to check urgently... on the air exhaustor of room 217... was not working! My children on the second day no longer took advantage of the hotel because they were sick and the air quality worsened the situation even more. Things that should not pass unnoticed!!!!
The hotel has a varied breakfast, everything very tasty, the hot pool, the staff working in this area needs more training because one is playing the client to another... perhaps the workforce is heavy because there are few professionals for demand ( holiday).
The park the children loved, the beach is beautiful! The hotel structure is very good! The night is a super pleasant climate!

FFeitianxiaohemaThe hotel by the sea, the balcony can see the sea, the service is super good, there is 24-hour food room servive , no matter how the food tastes, at least convenient. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. Take a taxi back to the hotel and help drive the door and carry luggage. Going out for 2 minutes is the beach, the location is absolutely perfect. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, it is the richest breakfast among so many hotels in Brazil I have stayed in this month. The room is not too big, but the bed is a big bed, the pillow is just right, and the sleep is very comfortable. There are almost snacks and fruits and drinks at the front desk during the day. Stay here next time.

LLEALMy 2x in the Gale village in salvador I like so much that I always go back to la. The view of the sea of the apartment has no price to pay
I did 1x for the gale site and 2x for the trip app. I was afraid to make a mistake because I never did it, and I just loved it. I'll come back

JJúnior FróesI didn't feel much satisfaction with the attendants during check-in and check-out, I don't know if I was tired of the attendants, but I didn't feel so welcome, no one was big or badly educated, but I expected a warmer reception. The Portobello's internet signal is bad, but it has been a good one.
