We were first drawn to this new hotel in the center of Copenhagen from internet research. Impeccably presented with beautiful interior design, this relatively new 5 star property is located on the water and well positioned to allow for exploration of the city. Suited to tourists as well as business guests the hotel offers well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, excellent towels & robes and attentive service in all departments. Please note, if outlooks and positioning within the hotel are of importance to you I would highly suggest contacting the hotel to get advise on room selection. We booked a Premium category room but made a poor selection based on the limited explanations on the hotel website and ended up on the ground floor facing an office building with parked vans, workers taking smoking breaks and a complete lack of privacy. The premium room category provides ample space with 53M squared but the descriptor does not state this room is a low floor room without a view. You need to book the room 'with a view'. I honestly don't recall that being offered from the list of available rooms when I booked so its quite possible the 'view' category had sold out. In any case, only certain rooms will offer views of the river so it is best to coordinate with the hotel if you have any questions. We stayed one night in our original room but the situation was not ideal - a combination of our poor selection and lack of detailed info on the hotel website. Mehmet Ali, one of the managers was most accommodating and assisted in moving us for our 2nd and 3rd nights to a room offering a spectacular view. We are very grateful for the kind and generous upgrade as this certainly was not our focus in trying to change our accommodations. Mr. Ali is dedicated in his role and wanted to ensure we had a good experience at the NH Collection Copenhagen. He personally saw to it that we were comfortable and indeed we were. Breakfast at the hotel is what one would expect from a fine hotel and the content of the buffet and overall service was a great way to start the day. We did not use the fitness facility but did enjoy the hotel bar where cocktails are professionally mixed and served by a friendly and competent team. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again for future visits to Copenhagen.

Good parts: 1) Room is very big and quite clean; 2) It's located by the river, so the view is quite nice and good for morning walk So-so parts: 1) The hotel is 15 mins walk to the metro line. There's no 7-11, grocery store and restaurants nearby which can be quite inconvenient; 2) The hotel was under construction when we stayed there. It was very noisy in the morning; 3) The staff is not very welcoming compared with the other Marriott I stayed before

The rooms here are very tall and not exquisite, but the design details are very good. There are two USB and two TIPS interfaces at the head of the bed. To turn on the bathroom light, just press it once and keep pressing it until it gradually brightens.

It is really nice，the room is clean and suitable. And the employee is kind. The location is good and you can buy things easily. It is convenient to take bus or train, both are close to the hotel, and the hall of hotel is beautiful. Besides, you can see beautiful sense in the room. The hotel is a good choice for travel and desire to try.

The location is excellent, near the New Port. It takes 700 meters to walk from the airport to the New Port by subway. The main attractions can be reached on foot, such as the New Port, Rosenborg Palace, Frederick Church, Mermaid, etc. The room is on the canal, with a panoramic view of the Opera House and the Royal Theater. Although the room is not big, it has a strong sense of design, good quality, and antique style. There is a Chinese restaurant (Dongyuan) near the New Port, and the food is OK.

The Sanders is a classy and stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Copenhagen . Inviting restaurant and bar downstairs and trendy rooftop bar upstairs . Emilie at the desk is helpful and kind . The food and service is first rate . The rooms are adequate but not large but offer all amenities . Comfortable bed and hot shower . Only mild criticism is room a little dark but overall a great experience . Enjoy the breakfast which was part of our package .You should consider the hotel favourably if you are heading to Copenhagen

I booked this hotel purely for the experience of the pool, but was very happy with the room too, it was so cosy, I loved the attention to detail, little embroidered dragonflies on the pillow cases and beautiful crisp white sheets, the eco toiletries were also really nice to use, reception staff very friendly, our only disappointment was our meal in the restaurant, the steak was really cold and looked almost grey, we just ate it but was very underwhelmed, we finished our meal and went down to the pool hoping for a nightcap, it was 9.30pm we waited around for a bar tender then rang the phone on the bar, presumably it went to the restaurant, we were told because it was ‘ nearly’ 10pm we couldn’t get drinks, it was 9.45 and the signage said open till 10, it spoilt a perfect trip. But nevertheless, I loved the hotel and would come back and also try others from the group.

A historic hotel, taking a taxi from the airport for the past 300 yuan. The first time I met a hotel room, there was a gauge cylinder. The younger brother at the front desk is very enthusiastic. When we left, let us take the subway and give me a road map. Hotel accommodations seem to be mostly business people. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Little Mermaid. The door is the bar restaurant street. Eating at the Nordic level is not particularly expensive. All the fundamental Hagen attractions are around the hotel. There is no need to take a bus to take a bus. The location is great.
