"This hotel is still in its trial operation, and the front desk service was a bit chaotic with insufficient staff, leading to slow work efficiency. I tried to check in after 4 PM, but there was no room available. The deposit was MOP 2,000, and I was told it would be refunded within 14 days upon checkout. Although it was refunded the following evening, it's the first time in Macau I've encountered a hotel that doesn't refund the deposit on the same day. The hotel's decor is luxurious, but the smell of new renovations hasn't dissipated. The design is quite winding and has too many mirrors, making it easy to get lost. The room was spacious and clean enough, but lacked attention to detail. Going to the restroom or living room required constantly going up and down stairs, which would be difficult for elderly guests. There's only a panda pavilion nearby, but the coffee shop downstairs has good food and drinks. The hotel doesn't offer a free shuttle service, so you have to take the light rail or public bus. Overall, there's room for improvement."

The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive. The resort itself is a destination on its own. The scale is enormous, yet aesthetically cohesive. The beautifully landscaped gardens, elegant pools, and European-inspired architecture create a unique atmosphere. There’s even a charming “castle-like” design element that adds a whimsical, almost fairytale touch to the surroundings—making it feel more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel. Overall, Grand Lisboa Palace is not just about luxury—it’s about execution. The combination of outstanding dining, meticulous service, and thoughtfully designed spaces makes it one of the most complete and satisfying resort experiences in Macau."

"O concierge foi muito simpático e me deu um upgrade gratuito para um quarto com varanda. Que vista espetacular de Macau 😍 porque eu podia ver a torre de Macau. Eu também deixei meu powerbank cair entre os móveis e pedi ajuda, a equipe imediatamente veio ao meu quarto para ajudar. Eu também peguei o transporte gratuito para o centro da cidade ou terminal de balsas. Também é muito limpo e tem produtos de higiene pessoal e água. Vou querer ficar de novo! 😁"

"Desta vez, quando atravesso Macau pela ponte Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau, há apenas dois ônibus gratuitos após a fusão (diz-se que é uma restrição política). Pegue o ônibus Jinsha Hotel no cais do porto e o Artyzen Hotel está isolado em Jinsha, basta virar depois de descer do ônibus. Esta é a primeira vez que me hospedo no Artyzen Hotel. Após a reforma, o hotel está elegante, limpo e confortável. Tem um estilo resort. É adequado para famílias e viajantes que gostam de tranquilidade. Não há um ambiente misto nas proximidades, que é uma das razões para os pontos extras deste hotel. Existem muitas opções de restaurantes perto do hotel, incluindo Coffee Cafe e ice room, que podem resolver o problema do café da manhã. Não é muito longe do hotel para as atrações do centro. Leva cerca de 10 minutos a pé até o Star World. Você pode pegar o ônibus para a Taipa, e leva cerca de 15 a 20 minutos para ir às atrações perto das Ruínas de St. Paul's.
