Very affordable, and very spacious and clean! The hotel served delicious Uzbek breakfast as well by the poolside. Shuttle service is also provided to the city centre for free, or you can take a yandex that takes around 8 minutes. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience here

I booked 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located right in front of the city wall. The staff is friendly. They helped me to book a taxi to Moynaq and Bukhara. The safety box didn't work but I felt safe anyways. The room and the toilet were ok just a bit smell if paint or something like that. They have kettle, coffee, water, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the room. The breakfast was very complete and the taste was good too. If you have a tour at 7 am they make sure you have your breakfast before you leave which was very kind of them.

The friendly guy at the front desk told me the view from the 3rd-floor balcony was great. The sunset over the city walls and the sunrise from the opposite side were incredibly beautiful, and people walking along the nearby walls were looking at me with envious eyes. The room was clean, and it was only about a 5-minute walk to the main square of Ichan Kala, so there were no problems at all.
Also, I recommend taking photos of Ichan Kala at sunset. The illumination and deep blue are very beautiful. Be sure to check it out before dinner.

Очень удобное расположение отеля - находится в старом городе, но не в самом центре, а на окраине, при этом до центра 3 минуты пешком. Из-за такого расположения в отеле достаточно тихо. Дали номер с балконом на втором этаже, из которого о коыааося прекрасный вид на старый город. Но номер и ванная очень маленькие, постельное бельё свежее и новое. Завтрак скудный и холодный, но достаточно вкусный. Зернового кофе нет. В отеле есть терраса, с которой открывается красивые в виды на город.

The desk staff was very friendly.
They had a water fountain that lets you refill your bottle.
Overall this hotel is decent. It was within the old city so all tourist sites were within walking distance.

Hotel facilities are clean. Relatively convenient transportation.
But the train from here to Samarkand was not on the date I left the hotel.
I had to check out one day in advance, but should I take out the hotel fee for one night?
It's not my fault.
And the hotel is big, but there is a restaurant, but there is no other amenities, and only one male staff serves the big hotel.
I couldn't deliver something through English.
There is a ☎️ phone in the room, but it is unusable.
Even if you endure this, you will strongly request a refund for 1 night for only 2 nights because you booked 3 nights and the train did not run.

酒店地理位置好，處在希瓦古城的東城牆下，停車方便，適合自駕旅遊。酒店衞生條件好，早餐也不錯，逛古城更是方便，出門向右就是古城景區。雙床房的面積，比介紹的要大，不止15平方米，屋裡還有一張大桌子，放置東西很方便。總的來説，這是一家性價比很高的酒店。

1. Не понравилось: тут неверно указан адрес!! Адрес Караван МедЦентра, разница 5 км. Прикольно было на такси туда- обратно ездить. Измените на корректный адрес.
2.Продавленный матрас. 3. Часть из персонала не говорит ни на англ, ни на русском.
3. Странная ситуация с бассейном, который есть, но он то платный после 12-00, то уже забронирован кем-то(якобы), но если заплатить - то можно поплавать. Итого: хочешь плавать и остановился на 1 день= плати.
4. Стремные обои из СССР.
5. Предоплаченный за месяц номер поставили оплату под сомнение, но (уже плюс), сказали, что сами разберутся с бухгалтером.
Понравилось:
1 офигенский завтраки, жаль не было времени насладиться. Прям очень очень круто!!
2 Большой номер.
3 Недалеко от аэропорта.

ДДаниюшаThis hotel offers views of the old town, and you can even go up to the rooftop to photograph all that incredible beauty. The room itself is clean, new, and comfortable. The guy at the front desk was kind and friendly. His colleague recommended a nearby teahouse, and we didn't regret it at all. The location is such that you can sit on the shared balcony, have a drink, and watch people and the fortress.
On the downside, the room was a bit too dark for us, with not much light. The window faces the staircase, and a couple of times we saw people there, meaning if you walk out of the shower naked, you might run into someone's gaze. Breakfast was just average.

GGuest UserLocated in the old city of Khiva, it's not far from the main attractions. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was quite delicious. We stayed for two consecutive nights and have already recommended it to friends.
