Rather far from the town, but it’s okay, all shuttles will drive you back, unless you decide to walk after meals / activities in the town. Tranquil, clean and warm.

Initially, considering the prices of the Svalbard Islands, we were considering budget accommodation, but the photos we saw in the review were very attractive. I chose this hotel. As a result, this choice was correct. Location: 5 minutes walk to the city center, 10 minutes walk to the sea, clock tower and sake brewery, very convenient location. Landscape: From the large windows of the room, I was able to enjoy the magnificent view of the mountain 々. Comfort of rooms: enough to use alone, central heating is complete in winter 　　　　　　　I was able to spend comfortably without feeling cold. There is also a lamp at the bedside and the brightness is sufficient. 　　　　　　　And WIFI is no problem, fast. Shared bathroom: Very clean and managed, despite sharing with many guests 　　　　　　　　It was always available when toilets and showers were needed. Breakfast: The repertoire was constant, but the bread and baked confectionery were freshly baked and crispy. 　　　Especially the croissant was very delicious and it was exceptional to eat salmon and cheese. Tour: I didn't make a reservation through the hotel, but I was able to participate smoothly because the tour company bus picked me up at the bus stop in front of the hotel. General review: I stayed for a total of 4 nights, but the stay was comfortable, so it was a satisfying stay that I wanted to postpone the flight until the day before departure and extend my stay.

It's a bit far from the center of the city, but if you rent a bicycle on the first day at the visitor center in the city, you'll be quite comfortable moving during your stay. Supper is buffet style and 250 krone, but I felt it was a great deal with all-you-can-eat. Breakfast was originally included in the room rate. The room was clean and the heating worked and was comfortable. Detergents need to be purchased separately at the supermarket in the city, but there are also washing machines and dryers that can be used for free.
