The hotel is located just 1 minute from Departure hall in Juanda Airport T1. Best choice for early departire or late arrival with transit at night. Good Breakfast! Although Airport is closed at night there are several 24-hours cafe outside the main hall of airport.

Vim de Batu, então só fiquei de passagem por um tempo. Amanhã continuarei de navio para Lombok.
Com um preço acessível (comprei um estúdio normal para duas pessoas), as instalações deveriam ser para duas pessoas... este sabonete só serve uma pequena... e não há escova de dentes.
Eu uso uma moto e estaciono a moto do lado de fora. Informações da recepção à meia-noite: o segurança vai acorrentar todas as motos estacionadas por segurança. Acordei às 2 da manhã para verificar a moto, mas descobri que ela não estava do lado de fora... o estacionamento da moto continua o mesmo de antes... não é seguro.
No café da manhã, arroz frito e café com chá... nada mal.
Outros são ok, ok...

its soooo close to airport , hence if you need to have the early flight can choose to stay here as a transit stay. and if you have the late night flight also can have this hostel as a late night stay.

Trip.com doesn't have Reviw for ”check-in experience”, but if it does, it is zero star.
This hotel needs to train a young receptionist. I already informed the hotel that I would check in late around 11pm and the young boy didn't know how to checkin and made me wait until other staff came.
When a guest is tired, we do not like to wait for a simple checkin process.
I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel nearby the Surabaya airport.
As you can see from the photo, they don't bother to fix the curtain.

Escolhi este hotel, em princípio, perto do aeroporto e de preços baratos.Para o aeroporto 10-15 minutos de mopedagem ou carro.Era necessário encontrar o guia do vulcão Bromo no aeroporto. No quarto, no ar condicionado e no leito molhado, há um banheiro de banho, eles forneceram um pedaço de sopa, MAS esqueceram-se Da toalha, tudo é novo, exceto a cama, e a mesma cama, porque a compra ainda está Na fábrica de polietileno. Há UMA TV Na parede, há UMA janela, MAS não Na rua, MAS no corredor.Em geral, EU não estava louco - EU estava arranjado.Perto de um monte de banhos comuns - há um lugar para comer. Há UMA oportunidade para deixar a bagagem.

GGuest UserLovely hotel. It's a 35-minute walk from the train station, and also a 35-minute walk from the city center (colorful village, temple, historic district). The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was included and featured an Indonesian buffet. There's a small pool on the terrace. Good value for money.

BberangkatjauhAt the first time, I was trying to stay here cause I just need one night before moving to another hostel since it is afforadble I stay here. I arrived late evening. I was welcomed by Mba Gabriel even she contacted me earlier inform me about the hostel location. I was pragmatismed at the begining cause I thought it's just a normal greetings. But when I arrived it looks like a mom who welcome you back to home. Her sister, Mba Diana is also similar, she welcome me in the afternoon when I came back. I thought she was mba gabriel because I cannot differentiate her and mba Gabriel 😂
Btw I extend here for another 3 nights, because the hostel is very clean, smells good and the bedroom is great. You can experience it later by yourself. I guarantee it. Then after two weeks, I traveled back to Malang and staying here again, I feel I was back home haha.
Price is affordable. Service is 5 stars and it is like home ❤️ when I come back to Malang staying here is a must cause you also can discuss with them about many things get direction and advice for food.

JJescapeIts a very basic hotel. Its good for a night stay and you want to go and travel to bromo itself. But place is very humid which makes the bed VERY humid.
However the view outside the hotel is great! Breakfast is nice too.
Just a bit of stain on the bed its ok i guess. There are alot of dead flies outside. Idk why /:

For such an affordable price, I felt like I received 5-star service. Breakfast was included and quite satisfying, and the welcome drink was really refreshing after a long trip.
I dropped my luggage before check-in, and it was super convenient, I even got early check-in, which allowed me to explore the city right away and save both time and money. After check-out, I also left my luggage at the hotel and enjoyed a nearby café before my departure. So helpful!
The facilities were excellent: power outlets conveniently placed for charging, fresh towels and linens replaced daily, complimentary bottled water, and reliable hot water for showers. There’s also a dispenser for hot and cold water refills.
The view from my room was a bonus, I could see Tunjungan Plaza right from the window. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Surabaya.
Absolutely loved my stay at Amaris Hotel Embong Malang Surabaya. Definitely staying here again!

GGuest UserSince I was staying at the hotel for the Bromo Volcano tour, I didn't have high expectations, but the cleanliness of the facilities and the breakfast were surprisingly good.
The volcano tour I was connected to went smoothly. I didn't want to do a tour that included a meal, but I was able to return to the hotel quickly, returning around 9-10 AM.
However, construction was underway on the second floor during my stay, and I was a little disappointed that they didn't notify me in advance. I was trying to sleep after the volcano tour, but the noise from the construction made it difficult to rest.
It would have been better if they had informed me in advance and asked for my understanding.
I stayed here for two nights for the Bromo volcano tour. I didn't expect much—but the room cleanliness and breakfast were actually much better than I expected.
The tour was arranged through the hotel very smoothly, and I liked that it didn't include unnecessary meal stops. We returned to the hotel around 9–10 AM, which was perfect for resting. However, during my stay there was construction work on the second floor, and I wasn’t informed about it beforehand. After coming back from the tour, it was quite noisy and hard to rest.
It would’ve been much better if they had notified guests in advance and apologized for the inconvenience.
