I'd say this is the best value-for-money hotel I've experienced at this price point. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a stunning river view. The place was spotless, and it even came with a spacious balcony. In the evenings, the balcony caught a wonderful breeze, making it incredibly refreshing to sit out and enjoy the night view with a drink in hand – truly relaxing. We brought our little one along, and they absolutely loved it too! I'll definitely be choosing this place again for my next visit.

We brought our family to Changsha and booked a standard twin room. The owner saw that we had a bigger group, two adults and two kids, and kindly upgraded us to a cinema family room for free! The experience truly exceeded our expectations, so I absolutely have to give it a five-star review!
For families with children, location is key. This hotel is incredibly close to Changsha South Station. It was just a ten-minute walk after getting off the high-speed train, completely saving us the hassle of lugging kids and luggage around. It really got our trip off to a great start.
What surprised us the most was the family twin room! The room was genuinely spacious, with a king-sized bed (1.8m) and a standard double bed (1.4m). The kids were rolling around on them, and both beds were more than big enough. We could even watch movies, and the kids were ecstatic the moment they walked in. More importantly, the ample space gave the children room to play, and we could fully unpack our adult luggage without feeling cramped at all. This sense of freedom is so crucial for family travel.
Considering the room conditions and convenient location, the value for money is absolutely fantastic! The hotel's overall environment is also excellent – the lobby is bright, the hallways are quiet, and the rooms are spotless. Our entire family was extremely satisfied with this stay. It's definitely a top choice for family trips to Changsha, and we'll certainly be returning next time!

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I had a wonderful time during my visit to Changsha. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and their service was exceptional. The price offers fantastic value for money, especially compared to other booking platforms. Furthermore, the ambiance and cleanliness standards are just as good as, if not better than, other establishments. It's truly a must-stay!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Wuyi Square, making transportation super convenient. The room layout is beautiful, and the host keeps everything spotlessly clean. I personally found the soundproofing to be excellent, and having independent Wi-Fi in the room with a strong signal was a big plus. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. They were great at recommending local food and beautiful scenic spots. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Changsha!

Wow! The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's super close to the subway, tourist attractions, food streets, and shopping malls. The laundry service is also incredibly convenient. The bed is as soft as a cloud, and the room is spotlessly clean. The staff are so warm and attentive, making you feel right at home! The ambiance is elegant and refined, with every detail thoughtfully designed, making me feel like I've returned to my cozy home. I definitely have to give it a huge thumbs up, and I'll be staying here again next time!

The room was largely as described. The owner was very patient and kind, even helping me with my luggage and showing me to my room. However, do pay attention to the room size – the 'mini sunroom' was indeed quite small, but it's perfectly fine if you're a solo traveler and not too particular.

The location of the Milan Hotel is great and is very close to the shopping and subway entrance. More over the boss's service attitude is super helpful and friendly too. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable to stay in. I will definitely come again and will recommand my friends to stay in too.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are hundreds of restaurants near the hotel: it is very close to Tianmen Mountain and the Tower of 72 Wonders. The hotel is very clean. The best thing is that the owner is very helpful. He guided me about everything .He helped me a lot during my stay. I will visit it again.

The hotel is cost-effective, the environment and hygiene are good, the rooms are well soundproofed and it is very quiet to sleep. The area around the hotel is quite lively and is a commercial street, making it very convenient for eating and traveling.

EEduarda Carvalho[Parks info below] I'm glad that I checked out this hostel, good value for money. Room was nice and tidy, lots of electricity sources in bed and common area, curtains, hot shower. I shared the 6 beds dorm with just another girl, and you make your own bed. No toilet paper, no free water refill, no light in bed. It's worth the price. If you extend your stay directly in the hostel it's cheaper than the app.
The reception area is more cramped but you can socialize there. Most of the people are Chinese but I also met some foreigners. The guy in the reception speaks English and can give you information, in addition to that I recommend you to do your own research. There are two baby cats playing around, and an adult one.
You can get to the hostel from the west railway station by bus line 17 for 2 yuan - last bus at 8:40pm + 15 minutes walk. Location is close to the main avenue where there's a lot of restaurants, and a 24-hour convenience store close to the corner with this same avenue. There are two night markets in the city, one on the avenue like 10 min distance walking to downtown direction, more local, and another one on the street in front of the tianmen mountain cable car, more touristy. The hostel is 15 minutes walking to the central bus station where you can get the bus to zhangjiajie park and 15-20 to the tianmen mountain cable car station.
[ATTRACTIONS] Zhangjiajie (avatar), tianmen (heaven's gate) and canyon (glass bridge) are 3 different parks in different locations.
The entrance to zhangjiajie gives you access for 4 days. I went the 4 days and enjoyed it very properly. If you're short on time, 2 days will do, but plan it wisely based on your priorities. Gates are 1 hour trip distance from the central bus station - 1h30 at weekends. Also, note that before entering the park with passport and face scan, you need to do an APPOINTMENT for that hour. You usually do it there at the gate, but for a saturday all appointments for that hour were sold out in advance and I had to wait for 45 minutes to go in. Recommended to check in advance especially on weekends.
There are 2 types of tickets you can get: including all cable cars and elevator for unlimited time for 450 yuan; or just the entrance (including only free shuttles) for 215 yuan - you still have the option of buying each transport at the park (75 yuan cablecar one-way, 65 elevator one-way). At first, I had understood that to see the avatar mountains, the ONLY way was through the elevator, so I bought the all-inclusive. Turns out you CAN go by free shuttle + hike + free shuttle if you start in the east gate. My favorite part was the huangshi village.
For tianmen, the entrance is 260 yuan. Choose the route in advance because some sell out fast. Gold advice: go at least one hour or more BEFORE the hour that you have the tickets for. The hour of your ticket just matters before the very last point before boarding the cable car. The line was MASSIVE and it took me 2h30 waiting on a Monday - ended up getting in 2 hours late than my ticket time and couldn't finish the whole loop: took only the red trail and went down to the heaven's gate.
About the Canyon, I can't say much because I decided to skip it and save the 210 yuan ticket - note that this price DOESN'T include the activities, you must pay separately. The package that includes almost* everything is 360 yuan.
Last but not least, if you go to the 72 Wonders, there's also an entrance of 88 yuan. You can go/come back with the bus 17 - same line that serves to the west railway station, last bus 8:40pm.

As a solo traveler, this stay took my trip to another level! A special thanks to the owner, who supported me from the moment I arrived. This is honestly the best place I’ve stayed so far. She helped me with everything—from booking tickets to planning my entire trip.
With her proper guidance, I managed to explore all the main attractions within my limited time. Without her help, it would’ve been hard to organize everything so smoothly.
I highly recommend booking your tickets directly through the hotel. She arranged my entrance ticket and an unlimited cable car pass at an affordable price, which also saved a lot of time. I didn’t have to wait in long lines—just a quick face scan and everything worked perfectly!
Whenever I had a question or small problem, she was always available on text with quick and helpful suggestions. The place itself is affordable, clean, and very comfortable.
If you’re visiting Wulingyuan, this place will definitely make your stay easier, happier, and stress-free. Highly recommend it!

AAD3KI love Miss Inn! The hotel is cosy and comfortable and conveniently located on Wuling Road. I believe the rooms have themes. The host kindly helped carry my bag up. My room faced Wuling Road but it wasn’t that noisy. The host is very kind and patient and he helped explain and advise the route to take in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The East Gate to the Park is only a 12-minute walk from the hotel and the bus station is also within a 7-minute walk. There is also a resident kitty. When I booked, I didn’t know there’s a halal restaurant only two doors away (with sign in green) - what a bonus!

MM865501****The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the East Gate. The room was quiet and clean, with complimentary bottled water, but the absolute highlight was the impeccable service. The proprietress spent an hour and a half explaining and recommending several park touring routes. We also got a discount on entrance tickets through them. They were truly warm and thoughtful. I highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

SSherlina HengHotel room have amazing views as it’s the tallest building surrounding that area with amazing view of waterfalls and you can see sunset just right from the balcony. Hotel can arrange to pick up your bags from main entrance just need to ring them as lots of walks with stairs. Hotel it’s self has no lift so big luggage you may choose to pack your valuables, clothes & stuff you need in a backpack and leave your luggage at level 1 asked them to safe-keep for you if you don’t mind. Restaurant with view opposite hotel slightly around 20-30% higher then normal. But you pay for the view.. Lastly there’s two type of toilet with seated one n squatting type remember to asked before you get your rooms!

Thank you Laopan! 😀 You just need to be ready to respond to his message, i suggested you to add him in We Chat compared to texting in the trip app. Same number as the phone hotel info. He will pick you up from Furongzhen station & about 20 minutes car drive to his hotel. He’s truly good at his service, he carried all our 28 inch big luggage from car towards the doorstep! That’s the most amazing!😄
The room is same like in the photos & toilet for me is acceptable, clean & have hot & cold water! 🙂 We stayed here during end of October & the weather is slightly cold. It’s so good & comfy to sleep, you don’t even need to turn on the aircond 😆
Other good point is there’s water dispenser! Easy life happy life! The walk to Furong Ancient Town is about 10-15 minutes which i think is quite good as the view along the walk is very aesthetically aesthetic! I suggested you try the massage inside there! Foot + add on shoulder massages! It’s really therapeutic & chase away all your fatigue & pain! 😀

GGuest UserOverall, I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to shopping districts and main roads, making getting around and finding food effortless. The in-room WiFi signal was stable, perfect for streaming videos or working without any lag – absolutely sufficient. The hairdryer was powerful, drying hair quickly, so even long hair didn't take ages. Hot water was available 24/7 with stable pressure, making showers very comfortable. The TV was a good size with clear picture quality, and it even supported phone mirroring, which was great for relaxing with shows in the evening. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was also good. The only drawback is that breakfast isn't included, so you have to sort that out yourself, but there are plenty of options nearby. Considering the value for money, I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Every one at this inn is so nice and helpful, starting from the uncle at the reception in the morning, his smile is contagious! He doesn’t speak English but he seems to understand a lot of it, there’s at least 2 other younger receptionist that speak English so don’t worry about that
Our room was quite big and very clean, clean towels and water are provided every day!
They will explain everything about the park and how it works. Mind that they will suggest you take a lot of cable cars, I think that’s the most common way for Chinese to explore the park. But you can do your own way and take less. I think it’s still good to buy the unlimited cable car ride ticket from them if you plan to stay in the park at least 48h or if you’re not interested in doing any of the hike in the park, otherwise I don’t think there’s enough time to make good use of it
Anyways we booked every ticket through them and the process was smooth and 20¥ cheaper than going through other platforms so I recommend!
