We had a great time. The hotel is near the Robinson mall and It's really convenient. The breakfast is really fresh and nice. The room temp is fit for my mom and her friends. The staff is really nice and kind . I love this hotel. We really appreciate

The place is perfect if you want a hassle-free stop before leaving Tacloban. It’s ideal for buying pasalubong, doing groceries, purchasing medicines, and other necessities because it’s very close to everything you need. Although amenities like the Wi-Fi and lampshade were a downside, overall we had a great time.

Very basic breakfast No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast) Basthroom is small and full of mould Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming) Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?) On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet. Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. The staff are nice. The room is clean and big, the amenities are complete. The hotel allow us to leave our baggages and allow additional guests with reasonable price. The staff are easy to approach with and very convenient to stay. It's near on the metro mall. The WiFi is too fast and we had a memorable night with my family. I really recommend this hotel. Perfect staycation for family.

Recentemente fiquei no GoHotels Tacloban por um FIM de semana rápido, e a sala estava simples, MAS cuidadosamente equipada, Linho limpo, UMA cama confortável e apenas espaço para se sentir EM casa. Eu gostei especialmente de alguns toques, Como um cozinheiro, um piquenique, e um pequeno despacho, além de que está perto do Robinson's Shopping Mall. O pessoal estava Muito amigável e útil Durante toda a nossa estadia, o lobby tinha UMA vibração Quente e acolhedora, e um BOM local para relaxar com um café Na manhã. Embora o hotel não ofereça muitas acomodações de luxo, é perfeito para os viajantes que procuram um lugar limpo, tranquilo e acessível para ficar. Eu recomendaria definitivamente para os viajantes sós ou casais em um orçamento. Eu ficaria aqui novamente!

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.

Location is accessible to market, shopping centers and beautiful spot. Hotel is very clean and the staff are nice and very accommodating. Food needs to improve a bit.

The staff are very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay because of the quality of service that they have given for our 2D1N stay in Tac.

Good location and also close to airport. We stayed in the executive suite which is very spacious and it was very clean. However for the money it was quite basic, no amenities such as coffee. There is a kitchenette but no cutlery no cups… also in the morning they only opened the pool after 9am which is very disappointing as we wanted to have an early swim. Nice water amenities with good slides but I can’t recommend the exec suite for the money and value provided. Also no breakfast included. Service was good and check in experience was flawless.

This is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.
