I enjoyed my stay at Shahzan Hotel Kuantan, especially as a business traveller needing a quick rest. The hotel is centrally located in town, making it very convenient with easy access to food and nearby amenities. The breakfast selection was basic but reasonable for the price. The air conditioning was super cold, and the shower water pressure was excellent—definitely a plus after a long day. Underground parking is free, though spaces are quite limited. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would consider staying here again in the future. 😊

We recently stayed at the Genting SkyWorlds Hotel (formerly known as the Theme Park Hotel). While the name has changed, the charm of the location remains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, specifically for the stunning mountain views from our balcony. However, there were a few issues with the room maintenance. Upon check-in, we found stagnant water and debris in the bathroom sink, which wasn't the best first impression. Additionally, we noticed a persistent smell of cooking/food in our room, suggesting we were located perhaps too close to the hotel kitchen or a nearby restaurant ventilation system. Interestingly, we found ourselves spending more time relaxing in the room than exploring. Genting has become very commercialized, feeling more like a giant shopping mall and entertainment complex than a nature retreat. Aside from the view from our balcony, the 'green' side of the highlands is fading. Despite the cleaning issues, we still had a pleasant, relaxing time and would return for the atmosphere.

The staff during check in was nice. We request for baby court and it sent asap, the room was good, clean and big. Love the view from our room. Breakfast was so good, because its Raya Haji they served rendang ayam and lemang. Super delicious! We hang out at the cafe, the food was delicious. Surrounding was good, comfortable for those who have kids and baby. My daughter supper happy with the pool and the private beach. Definitely will come back!

Everythings just good except bed. Bedsheet seems like not change because i saw stain at many part of the sheets. Duvet cover have lipstick stain. I've experienced power shutdown last time in my room. Already call the receptionist, then they said will send technician in short time. I wait almost 5min. Then call receptionist again. 1min after that the technician just come and do his work.

Meu Favor de Hotel Durante a visita a Kuantan.Se já lá estivesse Cinco vezes, seguiu o ônibus do MEU Marido. Mesmo que ele VAI sozinho, ele sempre escolheria este hotel.Perto de muitos restaurantes, fácil parque de carro @ um Lugar confortável para um curto estadia. Ponto adicional: piscina!💕

O Classic Boutique Hotel Kuantan dispõe de UMA excelente localização perto de Masjid Negeri, o Rio, e de muitos lugares de pequeno-almoço e jantar. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis, com algumas vistas belas para o rio. O estacionamento é geralmente fácil à noite, mas pode ser limitado e pago durante o dia. Os hóspedes apreciam o valor do dinheiro, o pessoal amigável e o acesso a atrações. Em geral, é uma escolha sólida para explorar o centro da cidade e a cena alimentar de Kuantan.

O exterior do hotel parece bastante velho, mas as quartos são limpos, limpos e bem mantidos.O principal foco deste hotel é o mini-água e piscina, que são um grande golpe com as crianças. Eles tiveram um BOM tempo, tornando-o um estadia divertido e agradável para as famílias.
