O hotel é Muito limpo e o pessoal é Muito bom.A sala é Muito pequena (mas é suficiente para duas pessoas). No total, ficámos quatro dias, as noites estavam muito calmas, excepto uma noite, onde ouvimos música de bar jogar de vários blocos de distância.O hotel está perto do HMart. A falta de uma caldeira (na área comum ou na sala) não é um interruptor de negócios, pois você pode usar a microonda (na área comum). Eu gostaria que a combinação de segurança fosse maior, porque não o MEU laptop ou tablet podiam ser adequados, então nós viajamos com nossos dispositivos que fizeram o Caminho Muito cansado. Os banheiros são bonitos, bem iluminados e espaçosos.

The accommodations were perfect for us ! We had 5 siblings and families visiting for an anniversary celebration. The suites allowed for all the children to stay and play together. The mezzanine was large clean and extremely safe for the kids to go in and out at will. The breakfast was excellent! We all were able to eat together and everyone was able to find the foods they wanted. The food was fresh and delicious ! The hotel staff were one of the friendliest of any hotel we stayed!

Bon séjour. Les matelas étaient un peu datés et présentaient des irrégularités. Avions demandé une chambre près de l’ascenseur, ce dont il a été tenu compte. Malheureusement celui-ci était hors service.

酒店位於校園南部，沿着六街或四街步行三十分鐘可達綠街，一路可觀賞校園建築草坪及各類體育場館，這個時節温度怡人，風景如畫，如果想開車或乘公交也非常方便，酒店可以免費停車，校園內停車一般用咪表，不過一般出去晚餐的話，過六點就不用付停車費了。公交可以用一元紙幣，車站就在酒店門口。酒店服務熱情，退房的時候按金當場完成沖正，每天打掃很乾凈，房間大，設施也新，洗漱用品除了沒有拖鞋和牙膏牙刷，其他都有了。 免費贈送的歐式早餐也不錯，品種不多，但營養全面，在此一共住了七晚，在有温度的距離中陪伴親人，並享受閑適的小鎮生活，一段非常美好的時光。 順便説一句，香檳的中餐和各類亞洲餐真的太豐富了，每天午餐晚餐都能不重樣的，可以放心孩子在這裏吃得不錯，每餐含税含小費每人不超過20美元，實際上人均14美元就可以吃得很好。

I travel a lot and this is probably one of the top few in the last 5 years. Hotel is beautiful, a nice bar, room big with a perfect floor plan and a view. I will go out of my way to stay there whenever I’m in the area. I’m a Hyatt fan again (Hilton cancelled a room on me after booking, so they’re dead to me.)

Very convenient spot next to O'hare with the complimentary shuttle running every 15 minutes. Fun place to eat at the 1st floor as well. Would be even better if they had free water in each room.

Stayed here for our trip to Medieval times. It was near the venue. Staff were friendly and gave cookies for each room. I was disappointed that they didn't have the room I requested available and so had to stay in a different type of room.

Acidentalmente reservei este hotel durante o evento Days of the Dead que estava acontecendo no hotel naquele fim de semana. Então, quando cheguei, fiquei surpreso com muitos dos participantes, mas alguns trajes e pessoas absolutamente interessantes estavam lá. Até vi Alice Cooper e várias estrelas do atual filme de sucesso Terrifier nos saguões e no restaurante. Este hotel está localizado do outro lado da rua do centro de convenções e também do Rosemont Theater e perto do O'Hare. Esse foi meu maior problema, tantos aviões barulhentos voando (muito perto) durante toda a noite. Meu quarto ficava ao lado do Rosemont Theater e sua placa muito brilhante era um pouco irritante, especialmente porque as persianas não fecham completamente para bloquear a luz ou ajudar na redução de som. Como na maioria dos hotéis movimentados, os ruídos infelizes de outros hóspedes batendo portas ou tomando banho é algo que eu esperaria de um hotel de marca inferior - infelizmente esses problemas estão presentes neste local também. Minha compra de quarto veio com buffet de café da manhã gratuito no restaurante, e foi absolutamente fantástico. Uma grande variedade de frutas frescas e alimentos de café da manhã padrão, tudo bem disposto e arrumado. Eu iria a este lugar para tomar café da manhã sempre que estivesse naquele bairro. A equipe foi amigável, peguei o transporte do hotel de volta para O'Hare. Tem uma piscina coberta de tamanho decente e algumas salas de ginástica, que eu não usei. Também tinha um bar e restaurante temático Caddyshack, a comida também era decente lá.

The view was breathtaking and stunning! Staff was extremely helpful and understanding, which I was nervous about being judged for how nice it was and how “homely” I looked checking in. I have been to a lot of places and not one single one compares to this place!
