The hotel is in a nice location, perfect for a short relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the free lounge access, with a delicious dinner buffet and refreshing mocktails at the Sheraton Club. The swimming pool offers both a normal pool and a kid zone, making it a great choice for families. Breakfast was another highlight — a wide buffet spread with Chinese, Malay, and Indian options, plus plenty of bread varieties to choose from. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent facilities for both relaxation and anniversary time. 🌿🏊🍴

Had a wonderful stay at KSL Hotel & Resort! The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, especially with the mall connected—very convenient for food, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were great as well, especially for families. The kids really enjoyed the pool and play areas. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for families looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Will definitely come back again!

trip time: 16feb-17feb 2026. As a rider, I didnt expect the security guard to be so friendly and polite during my trip. i arrived at the hotel to verify whether there is motorcycle parking. yes indeed , even for motorcycle - i could just use the roadside parking but probably due to my phobia or unfamiliarity as a foreigner with the place. So, SGreans welcome over here, is safe! Despite not booking the hotel at that point of time yet, the security remain polite and patient when i try to ask for shelter as it was raining. Yes, once inside the lobby, i immediately went to buy drinks for the guard and book a room immediately. well , i book through 3rd party app seems to be a increase in 10+ sgd but is fine can afford it - moral of this sentence is book early. The receptionist is welcoming, smiling:) They speak fluent English, wasted should come work in SG. facilities wise considered sufficient- didn't manage to use their facilities . spacious room which includes a working desk, mini chair. what they emphasize was their pillow, was more comfortable than their hardened bed. given 4 pillows just for 1 person. yes, i slept on the pillows instead of bed. for those that driving or riding, this hotel is very accessible via the highway. less than 100-200metres away. shopping facilities and eateries are all nearby. Hotel bem localizado, ao lado do posto de imigração da Malásia. Café da manhã bom,oferece restaurante para janta(bom também). Tem academia e piscina no 1o andar. O quarto é espaçoso e estava limpo. Tem uma cozinha para preparos básicos (fogão 2 bocas e microondas). Também tem geladeira e ítens basicos de cozinha.

All the staff was helpful there from check in to check out. Especially Samuel who is of great help. Meanwhile as the bldg is still new, there will be some noises here and there from the renovation in other units, which is beyond their control. Earplugs provided is a plus point. Will stay again for my next trip with them.

Had a wonderful stay at Amari Johor Bahru. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast had a good variety with both local and international options, and everything was fresh and tasty. Location is excellent—conveniently connected to the mall and close to key attractions, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service and comfort.

Convenient location to go eateries and short distance walk to KSL. Plenty of parking space and quiet environment. Located at level 56 and a good view of the neighbourhood. The unit comes with a water purifier/dispenser, so there is no need to buy drinking water when staying there. It also provides a washing machine at the service yard but you will need to bring your own washing powder/detergent. Bring a pair of slippers/hotel slippers along if plan to go service yard for the washing. Feels grainy for the floor in some areas, would be good to have a mop in the unit. Do note that there is no Netflix but you can watch local free channels. Before we check in, we were informed in the morning that there is a fibre maintenance by the building management and the free wifi for the unit ended with no internet connection during the stay. Hopefully the internet service has resumed after the public holiday. 4G & 5G signal for my Hotlink mobile service was intermittently slow when staying in the unit and disconnected at times. Generally, it is a nice unit for family and friends to stay.

De pratos asiáticos e ocidentais a peixes defumados e uma variedade de queijos, a variedade era impressionante e deliciosa. Nosso quarto era incrivelmente confortável — espaçoso, limpo e cuidadosamente projetado para relaxar. O Westin Desaru Coast Resort superou todas as expectativas. Had to wait till very late before being contacted by them. Replies weren't answered unlike most hotel that answers promptly. It is almost impossible to stay if your hand phone malfunction. Nonetheless the apartment was well kept and it's smooth once the instructions were sent to me. I told them the lobby letter box area was super dark. The bulb had blown for few days and it was so hard trying to open the letter box to collect the apartment key.

If you like a quiet, cosy place that give you a resort feel, then this hotel will be a good choice. Initially booked this hotel is because wanting to try the Gem Spa, as previously I tried their other outlet which was very good. But sadly due to time constraints, we didn't manage to go the spa. What I like about this hotel is, there is a hard rock within the hotel. So if you do not want to travel 15mins out, then you can actually chill and eat there. The room is cosy but sadly that even I had booked the sea view, the view was not directly. I was allocated a room that faced the road and far right is the sea. But the plus point is I have a bathtub. Overall the service is good, breakfast is average and the occupancy of the hotel is high but you do not feel crowded.
