Excellent location, right in the heart of Athens. The room was exactly as shown in the photos (family room), spacious and fully equipped. Amenities in the room were of high quality (loved the scent of the toiletries!). Extra comfy bed, duvet and pillows. Highly recommended for stay! The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. From a famous restaurant like Milos, I expected something better in quality and taste. The quantities were ok, but lacking in quality. The bread was not warm, the fruit plate poor (tangerine, pear and kiwi) and the omelet indifferent, no taste at all. We didn't dine at the restaurant, so not sure whether it had to do with breakfast or with the meals in general. Very helpful staff, though.

Hotel limpo e agradável. Chegamos tarde, a recepcionista nos indicou que ainda havia opções de comida no terraço. Não o mapa completo, mas bem pensado. Me senti como uma recepção calorosa. A única coisa é que é necessário reservar as espreguiçadeiras, o que consideramos uma pequena desvantagem.

O hotel em geral foi ótimo. Eles não entraram em contato antes da nossa chegada perguntando se estávamos bem ou se precisávamos de ajuda com o hotel. Já conheci outros hotéis 5 estrelas que fazem isso. Na chegada, foram bastante simpáticos e prestativos. Foi exigido um depósito para o frigobar de 60 euros por dia de estadia, o que não foi informado aos hóspedes antes da chegada. Isso poderia ter sido facilmente evitado. O quarto estava limpo e havia uma quantidade adequada de comodidades. Tivemos alguns problemas com a lixeira e o sabonete líquido teve que ser reabastecido após o primeiro dia, mas eles resolveram isso imediatamente. A academia é boa e bem equipada. A localização não é ruim, a cerca de 20 minutos da estação de metrô mais próxima, Neos Cosmos, e a cerca de 30 minutos a pé da Praça Syntagma. A estética do hotel é linda, há um bom bar e clube dentro do hotel. O serviço de quarto era eficiente e oferecido diariamente.

O quarto era perfeito, limpo e arrumado e os membros do corpo docente foram extremamente hospitaleiros, o concierge e a recepção, todos os funcionários. no entanto, uma pequena coisa que foi um pouco decepcionante foi que a piscina exterior estava fechada por causa da regulamentação governamental exceto que tudo estava perfeito

Review for NYX Esperia Palace Athens – Luxurious Stay with a Few Caveats We stayed at NYX Esperia Palace Athens for four full days – two couples, each in an Executive Suite with access to the business lounge. The welcome was warm and efficient, and we received our rooms exactly at 3:00 PM, as per hotel policy. The suites were clean, stylish, and well-equipped with amenities such as disposable toothbrushes, shaving kits, loofahs, a hairdryer, and more. One of our suites, located on the 7th floor, even had a partial view of the Acropolis, which was a lovely bonus. The room’s climate, lighting, and curtains were all operated through digital controls, designed to pamper guests — although, in practice, they were not very intuitive and required a bit of trial and error. For instance, turning off the bedside light required getting up and walking to a control panel. The TV included Israeli channels (11, 12, and 13), which we appreciated. Breakfast on the 10th floor was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, and the waiter service was above average. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional care provided by Ilia, the hotel's Public Relations Manager. She guided us almost from the moment we arrived until we left — recommending excellent tavernas, booking taxis, restaurants, and arranging a private guided tour. On our last day, we were also warmly greeted by Dionysia in the lounge — charming and attentive. That said, there were some drawbacks: Reception service was inconsistent – not all staff members were welcoming; some appeared cold or offered forced smiles. The business lounge was disappointing – small, crowded, with modest food and drink offerings and uninspiring seating. It felt more like a repurposed room than a proper lounge. The pools require advance reservation, with no room for spontaneity. Usage hours are segmented (e.g., 1–4 PM or 4–7 PM), and spots after 7 PM are very limited. The rooftop pool area is crowded, and the adjacent restaurant is also open to non-guests. Rooftop restaurant experience: One evening we returned from a night out and hoped to enjoy a drink with a view. Although two front-row tables overlooking the Acropolis were available, we were initially told they were reserved. Minutes later, we were informed we could sit there for a €25 minimum spend per person. The sudden shift from ”reserved” to ”available for a price” was off-putting — especially as hotel guests staying in suites. The guided tour recommended by the hotel involved nearly 4 hours of driving during a 5-hour trip, leaving us with very little time at each stop. We suggest skipping it. Bottom line: The hotel is modern, very clean, and the suites are luxurious. Service is mostly excellent, particularly thanks to Ilia and Dionysia. However, don't count on spontaneous access to the pool or rooftop restaurant — enjoying those requires planning ahead, much like booking a theater show. If you value well-designed suites and structured experiences, this hotel may be a great fit. If you’re looking for flexibility and full-day pampering from hotel facilities — you might find it a bit limiting.

Overall, this Hotel was good, friendliness in particular! Though we just stayed there for one nite (would have to get on board the cruise the following morning)， the Receptionist, Efie was very helpful in telling us how we could get to the port and went extra miles in sorting out the transport details for us. Also, the breakfast there was satisfactory - though the food variety was just so so, the staff was very efficient in refilling, thus, all hot stuffs were found tasty. As for the room, it was clean and tidy. The cleanliness of the bathroom was praiseworthy (I know too well that I'm very particular on the toilet hygiene standard)。 If I would re-visit Athens of Greece, this Hotel will receive my priority consideration.

O único problema é o mau cheiro no piso do corredor número três, talvez porque o quarto de manutenção e a lavandaria estão no mesmo piso, e espero que possam evitar o cheiro. Claro, vou visitar novamente.

Deixe-me comentar sobre isso, Wyndham, não é nada bom. Após confirmar com a recepção várias vezes: Primeiro, se você ficar por 2 noites, apenas uma garrafa de água será fornecida na primeira noite. (Eu queria perguntar se você me deu um desconto no dia seguinte ou algo assim?!) Em segundo lugar, não havia nem serviço de limpeza. Eu não configurei nenhuma função de não perturbe porque eu precisava arrumar meu quarto. Fui até a recepção e perguntei, e eles disseram, bem, talvez tenham esquecido. Terceiro, eu já tinha pago a taxa de 4 euros quando fiz o check-in, mas quando fiz o check-out eles me pediram para pagar novamente. De qualquer forma, este hotel não tem serviço nenhum, você ainda é um quatro estrelas, uma pena.

The staff in the hotel are extremely lovely and they try their best to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. Matina is wonderful and just brings a smile to my face everytime I enter and exit the hotel. Elina was so kind to extend my checkout time despite the hotel being fully booked. Last but not least, the breakfast staff were so patient and always polite and lovely. Otherwise of course the hotel requires maintenance and the area is too crowded as any populated city, so if you go with the right expectations you will enjoy your trip, otherwise if you have high expectations I recommend booking somewhere else.

Adorei minha estadia neste hotel! Me diverti muito, fezes incríveis, restaurante incrível na cobertura, a vista mais icônica de Atenas, com um cenário deslumbrante!! Não poderia ter pedido mais!! Adorei! Com certeza voltarei :) Também adorei a decoração, todo o mármore, o foyer e a equipe foram incríveis comigo, e a equipe do restaurante realmente cuidou muito bem de mim e das minhas sensibilidades alimentares!! Um enorme carinho a todos que cuidaram de mim e um enorme obrigado!!
