Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is near the Wanda mall. It’s also 10mins short drive to 网红墙. It’s a “smart” hotel with robots delivering your ordered food from Mei Tuan. Room is also controlled by AI assistant “Xiao Du”. Hotel manager very helpful. He provides local information as well as facilitates guests queries effectively. Hotel provides free self service laundry on the 11th floor. You do need to understand Chinese to use it. We were there in December and room central heating is too warm to our liking and cannot be controlled effectively within the room even with “Xiao Du”help. Housekeeping between the 2 days can be improve as well. However I will still recommend this hotel if you are in YanJi.

I've stayed here countless times; I'm no longer just a guest, but someone returning home. The hotel remembers my preferences, and they take the time to carefully craft a 'welcome back' that feels like poetry. No matter how rushed my travels, seeing those words immediately puts my mind at ease. It's not a perfunctory printout, but a sincere, handwritten gesture. In an era where everything is fast-paced, it's truly a gentle touch of hospitality when someone is willing to slow down for you. My heart settled. This, perhaps, is what true, elevated hospitality looks like: no templates, just heartfelt care.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff at reception spoke English fluently, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The highlight of the stay was the exceptional room service – one of the best I’ve experienced! The attention to detail and promptness really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service.

Location is close to the forest nature park incl. waterfalls 20 min. (need additional ticket) and is directly at the hot springs bathing area 100m. The entrance ticket was included for the hotel guests. The ticket for waterfalls and vulcano lake could be purchased at the hotel. In general very nice in winter time.

Prime marrow bone. 🦴 Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course. The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾 Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc. The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸 Then there’s the hot spring schedule. Opens at 13:30. When the mountain is closed and the hot spring is closed what exactly is an old dog meant to do? Stare into the snow? Question life decisions? Age visibly? Ah yes — write this review. ✔️ ⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly. Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus. At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for. It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs. Trip.com, if you’re listening: no guest should ever be pressured to review. The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative. This old dog is an independent reviewer. I don’t bark on command. I don’t roll over for stars. And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle. Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers. 酒店滑雪套餐真的是性價比很高了，酒店環境也不錯，雖然是距離雪場遠了點，但是有接駁車拉也還好，基本上不用怎麼等，滑雪的雪道很多人流適中，雪具大廳總有工作人員時刻來幫忙，滑雪體驗非常好。 酒店房間基本設施都齊全，暖氣很足很熱，就是特別特別幹。早餐飯菜味道都不錯，價格也不貴，送的温泉票也挺好，滑完雪去泡個澡很舒服。 就是服務需要提升。接送高鐵站的大巴班次不算多，然後時間地點還不準，説是下午3點發的車，問酒店人員是不是準時也不確定，走過去看到大巴來了，拖着箱子跑過去大巴一秒都不帶等的就跑了，這個確實是讓人挺無語的。
