I used to travel alot but this property 'The Rhino' will have a special place in my travel history.
Location is offbeat to Guwahati as it is closer to new airport.
Restaurant of this property is excellent. We enjoyed all meals.
Room is excellently maintained, need not to worry about any aspect.

good location,very well furnished room with all amenities. checked-in at 12.10 am and got fantastic dinner served by room service. had a lots of options in breakfast .we had a very good experience.

Experience was average. I called over phone and requested early check in as i had to appear for exam on subsequent days. They replied positively. But on reaching, staff said there were no rooms available. Provided with a very shabby room at first. Very disappointing. I began to search myself and found a room's door open and the room was better than what i was alloted. Requested and got the room but after much delay. Main staff behaviour rude at first when i requested to allot me a room quickly. But later on it was ok. Food quality is ok but costly. Overall average experience.

ideal for students and low budget couples, clean rooms and privacy respecting staff, deluxe room is more spacious compared to non ac, but personally I'll prefer non ac when looking for a decent place to just sleep

We were staying 2 people in a double but breakfast that was complementary but then also breakfast was provided for only one person what kind of management that was I don’t know and also the room was too small and the TV was also not working.

The hotel is at a good location, the staff are well behaved, the rooms are good but it can be more clean and the washroom also, it's a good hotel but can be improvised. The complimentary breakfast is good, overall it's a good hotel. Read less helpful?

It was a lovely property. Far from the city crowds and accessible to all basic needs at the same time. The stay was very clean and maintained. The receptionist was also very polite and very responsive. Also the breakfast was good

GGuest UserVery good hotel and the room is clean except the bathroom. The clerks are untrained and service quality is not good. They should stop making multiple calls to guest's room when nothing is ordered for dinner. I received 3 times of such calls within one day when I was relaxing in the room I felt like I was blamed for not ordering anything from the restaurant. They do not realise how rude it is and think that it is normal practice for Indian hotel but foreigners are very much annoyed by that ”Sir do you want to order anything for dinner?”.

GGuest UserVery good hotel for the low price and located in convenient place. It is walkable distance from Daucus restaurant and not far from the vehicle station as well, but from the hotel directly it is not easy to find auto or cab. The room is very clean and air conditioner is super strong, hot water was available for 24 hours. In the night time around 11 PM the noise from air flights was very loud. Breakfast was South Indian style buffet and the quality is good but the restaurant clerks did not understand English at all. From the cafe space you can always buy cold water bottle at MRP. Overall the stay was great.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and maintained nicely, no mosquites or had no insect problem, yet with some musty and mossy smell. Air conditioner is very strong and had stable hot water for 24 hours. Bed is comfy but felt a bit itchy to touch on, perhaps because they didn't rinse it well and washing detergents were remaining in the bedsheet texture. The bathroom was terribly stinking and in the morning it was smokey also. Overall it pays well and not bad for the price.

GGuest UserGot the hotel name from google. Food quality is very low. much below standard. Staff behavior is so rude that they use the statement. Its not a ”aloo pyaaz” shop. such disgusting arrogant nonsense staff. Booked the room with so high cost but initially given the smallest room. later when i pushed, then changed to bigger room with extra charges which i paid as well.
