"[紅色心形R]建築 這點真是沒得説，整個社區建築非常的美，泳池也很漂亮，有兩個。一個大一點淺一點，一個小一點深一點，但泳池中間的小酒吧入住的幾天還沒有開放。泳池水質很不錯，深水區和岸邊有斜坡過渡，一直有救生員到很晚，並且可以提供毛巾。 [紅色心形R]房間 酒店分為直接推開門下到泳池的房型，和第二排面向花園的房型。房間都是loft，比較不方便的是1樓是客廳和廁所，2樓衹有有床，所以上廁所的話會比較麻煩。1樓外有一個小小的露台，有椅子，可以坐着聊天，對於面向泳池的方向來説的話會更有用。 [紅色心形R]服務 人員都很熱情跟你説話的時候會很真誠的叫你sir mam，酒店人員素質也都很高，英語都不錯。 [紅色心形R]位置 地理位置應當是最大的缺點了，離核心區阿羅納海灘車程要將近20分鐘，屬於比較遠的地方。grab比較難叫，偶爾也可以有tutu車。酒店提供免費的港口的接送服務，酒店也有車可以送你去核心區，但是酒店本身在一個很鄉村的地方，沒有任何的商業，所以入住的三天打車也花了不少錢 [紅色心形R]餐飲 早餐還可以，但是早餐廳不算很大，高峯期比較擁擠。酒店在海邊，還有一個bar，也配有泳池，可以點酒和一些菜品，整體偏西式。這次去的時候，沒有嘗試正餐，但據告知正餐其實也有很多菜沒有備齊，沒有辦法提供。 [紅色心形R]活動 入住幾天每天晚上七點都有這個fire dance，酒店衹有泳池，沒有沙灘，沒有太多其他的活動。"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Luxu. All the facilities are brand new and very well maintained. The service is exceptional. Breakfast was good and offered a choice of Asian and western style options, though got repetitive after few days. The only issue we had was that rooms were not soundproofed well, so you get all the noises from the corridor, other rooms and the street, what could be disturbant for some. Count with about 15 minutes walk besides a road if going for the beach."

"The resort has a lot to offer — it has a condominium, beach, swimming pools, event space, restaurants and a bar. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. had a pleasant stay! managed to get our room early with no added charges & loved that the lifts always came fast~ airconditioning in the room also worked well. location was great! only 10 mins stroll to the massive Ayala Center Mall which has so many things & always took less than 1 min to secure a Grab from the hotel to get around Cebu City the staff also always helped us get the door & our luggages, thank you Mandarin Plaza!

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Mactan and were very happy with our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in Mactan Newtown, where there are plenty of food options, restaurants, and cafes, all just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were also celebrating a birthday during our stay, and the hotel kindly prepared a simple cake for us, which we really appreciated. It was a lovely little touch that made the celebration more special. Another great thing is that guests can enjoy access to the pool and beach in Mactan Newtown, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast selection, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back!

The island was beautiful and we really loved the place. However, I was disappointed with the drone policy. Even though I already had a permit, drone flying was only allowed in one specific area, which did not feel safe because it was surrounded by water. It would be better to provide safer and more flexible flying locations for visitors with approved permits.

I love this place because it is a big property with many different parts and things to do. There really many pools, an aqua park, an inflatable island on a large pool, a game room, a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop (that also sells basic medicines and toiletry needs), bathrooms, a garden, the beach front. If you are a family with children of different ages and even if you have grandparents in tow, this would be perfect. They’re not stingy with lounge chairs either and in one pool, you can play volleyball. Their rooms are good sized and comes with a small ref, hair dryer, a carafe and free tea and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with sooo many food and drinks to choose from. There is a BDO cash machine and their staff are very helpful and polite. Grab food are not allowed to deliver at the lobby, they can only make it to the gate of the property and while it is not far to walk there, you can ask for free shuttle to bring you to the gate to claim your order and then back to the lobby. They also take credit cards and water stations on each floor where you can refill your water bottles. There are 2 large water bottles in each room. I think the one issue I have is - I perceived this resort to be family friendly because of the many kinds of activities for different ages but our rooms came with bathrooms that has glass wall where a person outside the bathroom can pull up the blinds. I mean, why? When I booked the rooms, it didn’t mention that the bathroom would be like that. I wish they would provide a distinction during booking so that people who don’t want bathrooms to be like that can avoid it.

This stay was truly perfect for a family trip ❤️ The hotel is right on the beachfront, with comfortable and clean surroundings. Opening the window reveals an endless sea view; just relaxing in the hotel is a treat. What I loved most was the hotel's diverse swimming pools. Both adults and kids can find their favorite way to have fun. Swimming and playing in the water during the day, then strolling along the beach in the evening—it's pure vacation mode 🌊 Dining is also super convenient. They used to offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so you hardly needed to make special plans to enjoy the whole day at the hotel. In the evening, you could even head to the bar for Happy Hour, enjoy a drink, and feel the sea breeze—so relaxing. For a family vacation, I think the most important things are convenience, cleanliness, and comfort, ensuring both adults and kids have a great time.

Location wise, this is pefect. You can just take any public transport and you are there when you get off. The staff are very well trained, very nice and very polite. Everything looked very clean and even if the hotel is not that big, they had a badminton/volleball courts. There is enough beach front to walk around. For a Lapu-lapu beach, their beach is clean enough as well. They had plenty of covered lounge couches to enjoy beach front even under the sun. The pool is small but it feels clean. We paid an extra ₱ 500 to get the ”upgrade” for the ocean view and it was our biggest mistake causing us to lose sleep. Apparently, the room assigned to us was part of an adjoining room and the sound insulation was terrible. We can hear everything happening in the other room and unfortunately the couple in the other room were going at it very loudly (the girl was shouting) until around 5 in the morning. We don't recommend the breakfast buffet as well especially if you are paying the extra ₱1,100 for another person. Very few choices, very salty meat dishes and we don't know exactly what caused it but we had a stomachache after breakfast.

The sea view room offers an incredible view – open the window and you're greeted by a stunning blue ocean and sky! The hotel staff are really thoughtful, and there are plenty of facilities for families. The hot spring pool is perfect for relaxing. The nearby hiking trails are absolutely beautiful, and enjoying a seafood feast on the terrace for dinner made for a perfect vacation! I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? Thank you for your attention and prompt assistance.

We loved the hotel’s amenities and the buffet breakfast. One thing we truly appreciated was the cleanliness of the room, especially the fresh, clean-smelling bed linens. It’s always comforting to sleep and wake up knowing the bed is spotless and well-maintained. The only downside for us was the lack of nearby restaurants. Whenever we wanted to try something different from the hotel’s food, we had to order through GrabFood. We also hope the beachfront can be better maintained. It would be much more enjoyable if the beach were cleaner, with less seagrass, so guests could comfortably swim and make the most of the beautiful location. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this place for families and groups of friends. It’s a great destination for a relaxing getaway.

I had a pleasant stay at Savoy Hotel Mactan Cebu. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to assist with any requests. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool, were well-maintained, and the location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, although adding more local dishes would make it even better.
