This hotel is excellent! The cleanliness is top-notch; there wasn't any strange smell when we entered the room. The two glass windows made it very bright and airy. Its downtown location is super convenient for getting around. The breakfast was the best, especially the boiled shrimp! I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

The room is new, clean, and has no cigarette smell. Luggage storage is available. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Zhongyang Street, near a famous ice cream shop and a tasty mala sausage stall. The area at the end of Zhongyang Street is beautiful and less crowded. I would stay here again.

A pretty good hotel centrally located near the Changchun train station. Great for one night if you flew into Changchun and have a train to catch the next day. Room was clean and spacious and equipped with drinks, toiletries, robes, and slippers. The heat was very high though and I could not figure out how to lower it. The lighting system was a bit confusing. There was no window but that was mentioned in the listing. The walls were too thin and I could hear my neighbors but that was solved with earplugs. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall a decent stay and good value for the price.

You can easily walk to several places nearby such as: 🌊 水上市场 (Water Market) 📸 网红墙 (Instagram Wall) 🏫 延边大学 (Yanbian University) 🛍️ 西市场 (West Market) 👗 女人世界 (Women’s World Shopping Area) Perfect for exploring the city on foot. I felt safe and relaxed staying here alone — highly recommend for solo travellers!

We received a free upgrade. Room is clean, bed and pillow are very comfy. Helpdesk is extremely helpful, they even help me to contact the hotel that i’m going to stay, added their WeChat as well as mine just to ensure I can safely reach the location.

Impeccable service. Good location A coffee glass table broke into pieces when it accidentally hit the edge of the bed. Staff came in room time to clean up (late at night) and we were not charged 🥹 Grateful

The stay was great , there was butler help us arrange for station pickup and drop off . There was souvenir given to kids. However the front office staff wasn’t that helpful , we couldn’t use T3 to book taxi, the staff did not help us book a taxi, only ask us to flag taxi on the road ourselves . The smart system didn’t respond too well, wanted to open the curtain by voice command but couldn’t work, and the washing basin couldn’t drain water very well , need to use hand to open the drainage to release water.

Very nice hotel in the city center, close to major attractions and train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially front desk receptionists and 17th floor Ms Xie, who were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel!
