The location is very good 👍 It's in the city center and convenient to go everywhere. But you have to order breakfast, not buffet

Great location, nicely decorated room with air conditioning which is essential in this heat. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, will definitely come back again!

The Bathtube was chipped, with big rust stains con the marble. The bathroon door hits the bidet every time you open it. The breakfast was very rich but with no meat, because “they’re vegetarians”. When you go to a five stars hotel tou exepct something different. At the check in they even ask for a credit card or a 50 euro deposit in case you finish off their minibar. I was really not pleased.

Location and transportation: The hotel itself is located next to the US Embassy in Italy, which is considered a safe area. However, there are few suitable restaurants and small supermarkets within 1 kilometer around. The bus or subway has to go at least 800 meters to about 1 kilometer. The hotel's security settings are average, and you don't need to swipe your card to enter the hotel gate or reach each floor. The biggest bug in hotel rooms is that the bathroom shower room is not well designed. Water easily overflows the shower room and flows everywhere in the bathroom. If you don't pay attention, the water may flow to the bedroom area when a girl washes her hair. This is very bad. Fortunately, we only stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, so we could only solve this problem by laying towels on the floor. Mini bars also charge a fee, and the fees are relatively reasonable. Just fine. This hotel is a hotel that I will not stay at twice. Personal living experience is for your reference.

The hotel is spectacular in its beauty with artistic chic. Located in a central and convenient location. Every request we made was answered with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Rome. It should be noted that the toilet in the bathroom is also decorated in a minimalist design.

The location is excellent, and the main attractions are within walking distance. The hotel breakfast is of very good quality, the chef is very skilled and the staff is very friendly. The balcony of the room adds a lot to the holiday. Every morning there will be seagulls waiting to be fed on the balcony, which has become a favorite activity for children.

The hotel is very close to the city centre, you can do everything by walking. 15 mins to Vatican city, 10mins to busy shopping streets and further 10mins to other famous attractions. The breakfast isn't the buffet like what we have in other hotels, but they do bring a lot of food to the table, and you can order anything on the menu. The view from the restaurant is amazing!

The attitude of the five-star hotel I have ever stayed in is the worst. The hotel service staff at the door never pulls the door to the guests (it is not only us to observe), the chat content is full of impolite and swear words 🤬, the quality is amazing, the attitude is speechless, impolite, Not thoughtful, not service, do not know their work content and work attitude. Is it the Sofitel Sofitel in Italy 🇮🇹 that does not employ qualified personnel? Or is the company not responsible for employee training? Or is the company's salary dissatisfied? Superb service, from each and every single member of the staff - from front desk to the restaurant and bar. We needed to stay an extra night and got a very effordable offer by the super lovely manager, Federica, in an upgraded room. If room size matter, the upgraded room we got for our extra night was closer in size to a 'normal' hotel size room for two. Their 'regular' room is a bit on the smaller end. Other than that we had a great time.

The room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling,big windows with antique vibes. The room is modernly designed with great amenities. I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries. The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful,very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum,should I add more ?
